My pup was such a mess when I took him for grooming. They did an amazing job getting him all pretty again. The price isn't bad either. The two ladies there are very nice. Now they do cash or check only. The sign is on the door. I didn't see it. It's even a big and pink sign. Lol. So be mindful of that.

I asked for a traditional mini schnauzer cut and they cut his hair all Off! Besides his face 😢 I was so sad when I saw him. They relayed the message to my husband to bring him back for a free wash, and they charged full price for cutting him balled! (There’s nothing to wash!) it’ll be months for his hair to grow back. Bad business, I will not be returning or referring anyone here.

We were going to have to have our dog put to sleep to do her nails at the vet, and they got it done in less than five minutes! They lovingly put up with a very squirmy and scared pit mix. Super friendly!!!

Edit to respond back to the dog parlor's response:Wow! What an uncaring response. It's obvious from the pictures that you messed up. You couldn't even call me back but chose to reply via text. I do know what a westie cut should look like. I did want the skirt lowered a bit but not a blunt hard line where the skirt is. It should have been blended better. Come on, you can't think you did a good job? You failed. I'm not trying to ruin your business. I just want people aware of what can happen at your shop. If you aren't familiar with how to to groom westies or certain breeds you should disclose that to your customers.adding a photo of what a westie should look like.WORST experience ever!!! I brought my sweet westie in for a grooming and the cut he received was atrocious.I called to complain, and they offered to redo his hair, but the cut was so bad that I would not even dream of letting her touch him again. I just hope she doesn't ruin any other dogs hair style like she did mine. It will take a while for it to grow out and look right again. I am so upset!

I can’t begin to tell you how thankful I am for these ladies! I have a 1 year old shih tzu and have went so many places trying to find a groomer that not only I felt comfortable with but was good to my sweet Baby loves. Well my baby loves going here it’s like a play date when she gets there :-) I even have her go on the same day as one of her besties lol so they can play. My baby is a very hard cut cause unfortunately she had a bad experience at a groomers when she was smaller and they cut her and it has made it difficult to groom her but if you have a shih tzu you know grooming is a must and thankfully after looking and looking I found these ladies!! I trust these ladies and when I leave my baby there I know she is in great hands. It’s funny when I drop her off she is usually not wanting to leave my side but there she takes right off not even saying bye to me :-)! I highly recommend The Dog Parlor to anyone that cares about their baby and wants to be able to trust they are in great hands and understand that a good groomer will be patient and take their time to insure they gain your babies trust.

I took my 4 Bichon frisés in and she did an awesome job! I’ve taken them to three other local groomers in the the past looking for someone to do a really good job, and my search is definitely over! She also sent them home with handkerchiefs around their necks and treats - I am just so impressed!

We went there to get our dogs nails cut. They were very friendly and upbeat! We were literally in and out in about 10 mins and that included the cut, a nice conversation which ended in laughter and a treat for our pup. I would highly recommend The Dog Parlor in Manchester.

My 9 year old Steady has NEVER allowed anyone to touch his nails when getting a bath and grooming. Melina, handled Steady with care. He actually loves the Dog Parlor now...and his nails don't rip my couch any longer. Melina is so great with the dogs. It's like a happy place for them. I will always use the Dog Parlor now

The ladies are nice depending on the day you come in. My first experience was fine. However, the second time I brought my dachsund in she was nervous and scared. I felt like they handled that aggressively. They got a bit ruff with her, she was a rescue who had been abused so she scares easily. When they got done clipping her nails, and she was handed back to me she was shaking because she was so scared. I dont know if I will go back.

They are wonderful ladies. My dogs love hoing to see them. They get excited in the car when we get xlose and they run to the door. I've been going there with my fur babies for 5 years. Highly recommend.

These gals are great. Gigi always leaves looking like a million bucks. Prices are very reasonable. Gigi loves not being left in a cage all day and loves playing with the other dogs.

They pulled my dog around. First time I took him they told me $40 for bath, nails, ear cleaning. When I picked him up they said $45. Second time dropped him off for bath only. Picked him up was told $50 because he was difficult for her to bathe. I said it was $45 last time for bath, nails, and ear cleaning. Owner said I can go somewhere else from now on. The ladies there were mean to my dog each time and now tell me $50 for just a bath. This place is terrible and a rip off. I have a Huskey. And ONLY place my dog has been scared for me to leave him. Trust your dogs. DO NOT GO HERE.
