Operating a business inside of another one isn’t the easiest of tasks. Especially during peak when my clients for Jackson Hewitt occupy a steady line to the bathrooms intersecting with Customer Service. Without the front end especially the Team Coach Greg’s benevolence it would be chaotic and stressful. I appreciate the consistent kindness, professionalism and respect that’s given. This store is going through a remodel. Items and shelves are moved daily. I went there yesterday and could not find 2 items. I ask one of the staff for assistance. Her name is Lisa and I was told she is the HR person for this store. She told me she would find out about one item and found Ashton (I think I spelled the name correctly) to assist finding the other. Between the two, I got everything I went into the store for. The staff at this store is amazing. Lisa, Thank you again!!

Understaffed. And to much spaces wasted for processing online orders.. and hate the self checkout,if that is only thing open. I leave buggy were it sits and shop elsewhere.if there was minus 50 stars that would be the rating.and taking up parking for a un needed Duncan donuts.makes another minus 50 on ratings.thr store is a horrible joke.better service and shopping experience at Ingles.

The managers at this store are awesome people. Be aware that the store is under remodeling currently, so stock is low in some areas and things are being moved around. It should be an amazing store when construction is complete.

Was looking for a specific toy for grandkids. Husband couldn’t find it on the shelves at the local Walmart.Even though their website said it was in their inventory. He had to leave for an appointment so we ordered for curbside pickup. During the Christmas rush, if you know what you want, that’s definitely the way to go. Easy, quick, and convenient!! Wish this service had been available years ago when my kids were young.

I have shopped here for more than 10 years, and never had such a bad experience as I did today. I ordered my groceries, and when I picked them up:1. The vinegar was leaking, and leaked into my car.2. Frozen items were thawed3. Kale was wilted.4. I got notification of substitutes 4 minutes before my order was finalized.5. All the meat was under weighed: meaning they gave me the smallest they had.Since this is a very small town and the only other options are the first Ingles ever built or save-a-lot, I don't really have a choice but to shop here, but I don't think I will do pickup anymore. The order pickers need more training.

This is a great Walmart. Clean, Organized, Helpful Employees. I do a lot of my shopping here. At the least 2 or 3 times a week I find myself here. I also like there online services as well. I've been told by multiple folks that it's a great place for employment also. Which makes Walmart stand out from the rest. My rating 9/10.

Rarely are shelves fully stocked at this Walmart. If go to a Walmart 30 mins away, they are fully stocked, so it's not the current supply chain issues. Half stocked chips and snacks, half stocked bacon, with no Oscar Mayer brand uncooked bacon. This store usually disappoints, so I drive the extra 30 mins elsewhere.

During my recent visit to a Walmart store, I couldn't help but notice the new layout that bore a striking resemblance to Target's store design. As a loyal customer who appreciates a well-organized shopping environment, I found the familiar layout to be a refreshing change that added a touch of comfort and ease to my in-store experience.The clean and organized layout of the store made it easy to navigate through different departments and locate products efficiently. The strategic placement of displays and signage, reminiscent of Target's layout, contributed to a more seamless and enjoyable shopping trip. I especially liked how certain sections were grouped together, making it convenient to find related items in close proximity.While the new layout is a step in the right direction for Walmart stores, there are areas that could be further improved. For example, the checkout process could be optimized for speed and efficiency, and the availability of self-checkout options could enhance convenience for customers with smaller purchases. Additionally, enhancing the in-store signage and product displays could help customers easily locate specific items and make informed purchasing decisions.Overall, Walmart's store layout, with its subtle nod to Target's design, is a positive change that brings a sense of familiarity to the shopping experience. I've gone to this location several times in the past 3 months since I moved here. Every time I've had great experiences.... Except today. Around 245p I was in the self check out line with my 6 year old daughter who was helping me out groceries on the counter to scan. One of your employees made me feel real uncomfortable standing 5 inches by me. Watching me as I was doing something wrong. She was so close to me that I'm sure she could read the numbers off my debt card when I paid. She didn't do that to anyone else. Not sure what her issue was. Maybe it's the fact I was hisp and she might not be use to seeing someone different than her. So to the heavy set lady with black hair who was like my shadow, I actually paid for all my items. It was not like I carrying a huge purse to stick items in. I had my debt card in my pocket. I gave you no reason to stand 5 inches from me to stare so hard at me and make it so obvious to everyone else.
