Not as happy as I was before. I specifically asked for no shaving because they get my two dogs too short and we were traveling out of town for the holidays where it is colder. They did use the shaver and scalped my one dog who is not a difficult groom…she’s been regularly groomed since birth and no one has ever complained. This is a $50 cut on a 9.5 lb dog. She’s all black. That is where she’s been cut all the way to the skin.

These ladies here are wonderful!They go the extra mile for pets and their owners as well.I have 2 fur babies Sadie and Apollo..they are always happy when I pick them up.Poochie Pawlor is always super clean and top notch.To have as many animals as they do the place smells amazing.Its a super hard job and it certainly takes very special people to handle the task.I hope they know how much they are appreciated.I have been to several groomers and they are by far my favorites 😇I very highly recommend them and support this wonderful business ❤️ We need more groomers who take the time on animals as these ladies do for mine.

Leslie has taken care of Gracie (13 yr old Shih Tzu) for 4years. Excellent every time. Gracie goes to the "spa" (hair & nails) every 5 weeks & is treated like a princess. She 💓s it & they 💓 her. The ladies that work there are top notch as well. Thank you all for caring so much. I never have to worry about our "little lady" when she's in their care. Cannot say enough good things about this facility & all who work here. It so easy to see that the animals come first. I wouldn't take Gracie anywhere else!!!

Been using Poochie Pawlor since 2020. They did a fine job of grooming my little Shih Tzu, Mia. My issue is the amount of time my puppy was locked in a cage waiting her turn. Today was the final straw, we dropped Mia and my daughters two Poodle/ShihTzu mix off at their scheduled appointment 8am. My daughter got a call at 12:30 her dogs were ready but not Mia. She was told Mia’s groomer was called away to help another groomer work on a large matted dog and she would not be ready till 3pm. I called at 3pm and was told she would be ready in a few minutes. I got there a few minutes before 3 and ask the receptionist why they made appointments if my puppy was still there over 7 hours later, she left to check. She came back about 15 minutes later with Leslie, the owner and Mia. I ask Leslie why it took over 7 hours to groom Mia and ask if they had even taken her out to pee, no answer. She told me one groomer was assigned all three dogs even though they all had an 8am appointment, she then said maybe we should not bring them in at the same time, I said I wouldn’t bring her back at all, her reply was “fine”.I found this lady rude and unprofessional, I thought her actions bordering on animal cruelty! No wonder she is always shorty staffed!

I took my Australian Shepherd there for the first time and they did amazing! She is an inside dog so I don't like to shave her for the summer, but I do like to get her cut short and cleaned up. They did amazing and she was SO soft. She was definitely a happy pup leaving there! Also, the first time a groomers has not mentioned how hard she was because she is so hyper and energetic all the time. Definitely will be taking her back and I would recommend them to everyone!

My doodle made her first visit last week. She was well over-due and matted up in spots. The girl who worked with her (who’s name I regretfully didn’t get) was very patient and kind. She did her best to keep as much hair as possible while still getting the mats shaved off. She did not judge or shame us for our dog being overdue for a grooming, as other groomers have in the past. We were very pleased with the end result and our sweet doodle seemed very comfortable there! We will definitely be back again soon!!

There is absolutely no where else I would ever take my fur babies for grooming, than Leslie. She has 20+ years of experience. I never have to worry about my babies when they are with Leslie. I highly recommend Poochie Pawler.

Our fur babies are usually depressed & act really weird after being at the groomer. This wasn’t the case when they came home from the Poochie Pawlor! They love your babies as much as you do. They get a day of pampering. Some say spoiled, I say loved!

These ladies always take great care of my dog. I have been taking him for about a year and have never had a problem at all. I can tell they truly care about their clients fur babies. They are always nice at pick up and let me know if they have any recommendations on anything regarding my baby. He always looks amazing and smells great for days! Prices are very good also! We found this place too late for our Misti, it would take me 6 hours just to shave her and clipping nails would take an hour. When we adopted our Piglet ( A 10 pound Pap/Pom mix), we had his nails clipped someplace else the first time and he absolutely hated it. We found Poochie Pawlor and Piglet absolutely loves them, as do we. They even told me to have something checked out at the Vet, which we did, and the Vet confirmed the issue. They even told me the best and safest flea prevention which has proven successful. The way they groom is perfect although he hates having his teeth brushed. They take their time so as not to injure the animal. Yes, there was one time Piglet ran a little later than expected, but, most of the time he is done a little earlier than expected. He is crate trained, so, being crated is never an issue, even at home he often will just go into his crate just to be in a "quiet place". Being at the groomer for any length of time is a good thing, he is able to be around other dogs and humans and helps with socialization. Even at Vets they are crated if there for any type of surgery. No one is perfect, we all have bad days as do our dogs (no matter how well trained). I love this place, my dog loves this place and I have often referred friends here. They care about their clients (human and animal), and I will continue to take my Piglet there. Thank you Poochie Pawlor for everything.

We drive almost an hour for Leslie to groom our boy Cruize (Mini schnauzer). Leslie and her staff have always treated us all just like family. She’s always told me the best appointment times to make so our day goes smoothly.We started with Leslie after our baby had a bad experience at another groomer that ended with a vet bill. Poochie Pawlor has made grooming an enjoyable experience for him. His grooming by far has exceeded our expectations.The service is superior! We are more particular about our fur baby than most are about their children. My only wish is that she had a boarding facility as well for vacations.

We brought our little Pomeranian to get groomed. Had a 1pm appt. and It took 4 hours and$48.00 to get back the same dog we brought to them. Not happy at all!!!!

These ladies always take great care of my Gracie..They are Awesome!!! I was told by a different groomer my dog needed medication before I brought her to be groomed..I was giving her the medicine because I thought she needed it and it would take her until the next day to be herself again..I was Blessed to have found these ladies at Poochie Pawlor to take care of my baby and she has never needed medicine..They say she is great!! They take very good care of my girl and luv her...Gracie and I luv these ladies dearly😊THANK U LADIES FOR ALL U GUYS DO...U GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!
