Took my dog to get groomed, right when i picked him up his paws are all gushing blood and bleeding in between each toe. Of course the people doing the grooming didn’t say anything about hurting him. I am beyond furious. I understand accidents happen but to happen between each toe on all of his paws and not let me know when i pick him up is absolutely disgusting.

Came in today to get my little poodle groomed. She had never been there before. She had been going to a groomer in Madison for 2 years and before that a groomer in Madison for 7 yrs. Mimi is a anxious dog when it comes to groomers so I don't like having to find a new one.i have to say bridget saw her today and she came out looking fabulous. I will definitely will be going back to see her.

Now this is personally just my experience. How smart is a pretty okay place. My concern and only complaint is some of the stuff they sell is not really good with their warranty. I have a 7-month-old German Shepherd puppy and I bought him a couple harnesses and some toys that were supposed to be indestructible and he's tore them up within 2 to 3 days. And their reasoning and excuse to me was because he was not playing with them right or I was not handling this stuff right. So for that reason alone I will not be buying any of that stuff any more from them. And yes the stuff that I bought was Kong products.

They did an amazing job on both of my girls, and we're so accommodating with my Lab Chloe. I accidentally booked her for the next day and I really appreciate them working her in with my other dogs appointment. You guys are fantastic and thank you Chase for doing such a great job!

Love this store and our pets love Bridget, our oldest dog is 12 years old and has injured his toes & knees during covid by running on hard wood floor with lots of fur, so after he was treated we found it hard to get him groomed from after effects of injury and probably his anxiety but Bridget has always been great with him once we explained to her what happened with his injury, so give them 5+ stars for that alone and they have always been great in every other area. Thanks Petsmart!

I have been going to this Petsmart for ages, its a great place for pet supplies. I also noticed, instead of nicknames like teddy bear or panda for the hamsters, they have the correct names, long haired or short haired syrian. They even have chinese dwarf hamsters, which most pet stores ive seen dont have. They also keep all the animals in good conditions from what ive seen. Also a very good place to get pets groomed ive watched the groomers groom dogs and even when a dog panicks, they are very good at calming them. They all treat the animals very nicely and its great :)

Well lit, very helpful employees and manager: however; they do need to post a sign for pre- scriptions by the pre- scription food like HILLS AND ROYAL CANIN. THEY ALSO HAVE BEAUTIFUL YOUNG CATS AND OLDER ONES UP FOR ADOPTION! COME SEE THEM Oh and a pet grooming and a pet hospital inside.

Edit: I was here on the afternoon of 03/28. I just needed some crickets... while I waited, I looked around found a stand I could get for my old 60 gallon aquarium... while I waited and waited and waited. I watched a staff member not even acknowledge my existence but cater to a woman who brought in dead fish and her grandson for about 15 minutes before calling in help. That help promptly went up the other woman bringing back dead fish leaving me waiting more before I finally gave up and left. In either case the staff didn't really figure out what was going on and just said "I don't know." At one point I even heard misinformation being given out if one of the fish someone was interested in. So all in all, I walked out with nothing. Also, I won't be going back for my dog grooming. It was a bad experience for him.I was here on 12/08 for management purposes on whobearned this review. Lynne in the fish department was helpful and knowledgeable about the items and stock there, clearly loved the fish she worked with. The lady at the counter who checked me out was also very nice and helpful and accommodating.

My puppy needed grooming his hair grows fast. I took him some where else 3 times and they refused to cut the hair out of his face due to shots, due to overbooking etc. I called and was told he could come in today. They turned us away. So I called pet smart. We will be going back there. They assist owners in knowing what to do how to help and how to prepare for the next visit they cut him down gave him a bath dried him trimmed nails and every thing for a very low price. James was fantastic and I watched all the girls back there too all very loving and spoke calm to all dogs they we're working on. Thank you! UPADATE. L let's just be honest most times you return to a place that you gave a high rating to they don't do as good of a job the second time however James and everyone else there did just as good the second time as they did the first time I would not recommend anyone else any higher than I would this team. James and all the girls their thank you so much for all of your patients and your understanding and your sweetness and caring for our puppy allowing us to trust you and get quality service for much less then some of the more name brand companies out there( private owners) I do appreciate all of your work even though I insist on checking on my puppy every 2 hours which is more than annoying for you however your attitude towards me is nothing but grateful and appreciative

Had Yoshi, take there beginner dog training course. The classes was over 5 weeks. The classes were amazingly well done. Our trainer Happy, he is amazing, very knowledgeable and Yoshi loved him at the end :-) Will be back to do more! ;-)

It's always a pleasant experience at PetSmart. We're able to take Tesla with us so that she can pick her own treat or toy. I've been to multiple PetSmart stores and the staff are always polite and helpful.

Positives: The store was clean and there was plenty of up-front parking available.Negatives: We waited 15 minutes for assistance and left after 45 min with ZERO assistance. The Customer Service deserves one star, if that! The cashier who rang us up could have cared less to the point of NOT explaining the rewards program. He said to ask about it on our next visit. (There will be NO next visit.) The prices were outrageous and not one thing we purchased was placed under the correct price tag for said product. Everything we needed as a new kitten owner was answered and all supplies were purchased through Amazon. THIS PetSmart is a PetNOT! That would explain why there is PLENTY of parking!
