The groomer Miss Lucy was superb my dog has always been very hesitant when seeing the groomer he was never comfortable she made sure that he was comfortable to be with her, when I picked him up he was so happy not nervous or scared like he has been with other groomers I asked her to cut him a lot lower then he is used to and she did a superb job she kept me posted the entire time he was at feeders and let me know when he would be ready to be picked up the staff in the store is very nice, pleasant and helpful the store also has great deals I will be recommending feeders to other pet owners and to anyone who has a pet feeders is the place to be. They were very attentive to my dog's needs and really put forth the effort to show that they care for your pets needs.

I am disgusted and disappointed after my trip to feeders today. I work in the animal world and the care of their animals/fish has me appalled. They have fish with ick in overpopulated tanks, their puffer fish are attacking eachother and ruining their fins. One fish had a terrible eye injury from obviously being too roughly netted. Their Ferret cages are extremely overstuffed with 4 ferrets to each enclosure. They are housing teddy bear hamsters together when you CANNOT do that, while I was there I witnessed a fight between the hamsters because they’re housed together. Their reptiles were alright, but they are barely doing the bare minimum of care. If I could leave 0 stars I would. There is simply one sentence to describe my trip today, animal abuse and neglect. Do better, have the day you deserve

The male manager is very rude and unfriendly. Always new gals working. Wanted to see Chameleon lizard but was in the back as gal said something wrong. The fish are sick and wrong lights and humidity on reptiles. Went across street to PetSmart and made purchase of healthy lizard last week. Their care was great and friendly customer service. Prices less on food too.

We love the variety of healthy treats and toys, however I gave a three star because they advertise their wash stations to be open until 8:00 pm and we have found that to be extremely inaccurate. We have come by multiple times at and have found them to be closed during their scheduled hours of operation.When the associates were asked they stated “It’s closed for a deep clean for the rest of the day”. Today it was closed at 6:00 but in the past we have found it closed as early as 2:00pm.

BEST PLACE EVER!! My dog got sprayed by a skunk and they stayed open late to help me. When I got there they had everything ready and explained exactly how to bathe him. It really saved me!

The store is great!!!….Now the groomer Nikki is not a professional dog groomer!!…I don’t recommend her at all…took my dog in last week I was so excited to get him groomed cause my groomer was booked for the rest of the month and my fur baby needed to get groomed but made the worst decision of my life and I’m not a picky person at ALL!!!…..she asked what do you want done on him and I said short hair and round face (his a shih tzu)..well when I picked him up I could not believe what she had done and his face was still wet his ears unevenly cut and she still has the audacity to tell me if you see any uneven parts you can come back and I’ll get it fixed she knew the mess she had done….if you love your fur baby and like to have him looking good this is not the place if you don’t care about how your dog is going to look then this is the correct place ..
