The quality of the furniture is great. The service from Shane Jerde, our sales associate, was outstanding. The delivery guys kept me updated and in the loop and delivered during the heaviest snowfall in Tennessee in decades. GREAT JOB!!

I love the bed I chose from A S. The salesperson, Carla, was professional and not pushy. She also got the bed scheduled & delivered very quickly which was a huge blessing! Shopping and ordering new bedroom furniture was made easy with Kevin’s help. We had researched several companies and pieces online. When we arrived at the store, Kevin was able to show us our top three choices, give measurements, look up availability time frames, and walk us through the payment and delivery options. The delivery crew arrived ahead of schedule and had the new bedroom furniture assembled and the room cleaned up in no time. We would highly recommend!!!

Had an excellent experience here! We've purchased furniture from many places and I appreciated how the sales folks were as helpful as you needed them to be. Never pushy and always have their opinion ready as requested. They have such a wide array of furniture for indoor, outdoor, and much more. We also had furniture delivered to our home and the installation was pretty seamless. I had an issue a few weeks later and they quickly repaired my furniture. End to end it was a great experience and great prices.

Shane was my consultant and he went over and beyond to help me and my mom with everything we needed help with, he was very knowledgeable, kind and patient, and he listened to what we had to say. This was the best experience I've had with buying furniture. Shane thank you again and the manger Julius was extremely kind as well.

I bought a couch online from American Signature and had it delivered by the Madison, TN store. The online process was easy. I did custom order a fabric so took about month and a half to be delivered but expectations were set up front. American Signuature contacted me a few days before delivery to confirm date and address. The day of delivery I was informed multiple times via text about when my delivery was coming up until 10 minutes away (loved this and helped me put my pet easily before the team arrived). Delivery team was very professional and set up the couch in no time. 10/10 experience all around!

Yes, sales rep. Raven had to put me in a relaxed state of mind from shopping for Tesla the same day. She’s very good and choosing colors matching fabrics contemplating on what would look nice in my new home. Even though his store was closing they still let me shop. So my plans is to return back to the store and finish my leisure shopping. I will look for Raven because she is very good at what she does.
