To meet the colonel is to just adore him! He is nice and old fashioned! Speaking with him is like stepping back into time. His factory is peaceful and clean! He takes great pride in his products having no blemishes from manufacturing. The leather is superb and his designs are amazing. I have a Bible cover and went to visit his store on the square. Get you a cd He sells there for $5 where he tells stories and has bluegrass music in between! The colonels products are well worth the price and something you can be sure will last a lifetime!

LOVE this company. They do such a great job of making you feel special, to the personalized email they send you when you place an order to the Moon Pie they send as a thank you in the packaging. I bought a No. 2 Billfold wallet and I LOVE IT. I ended up sending it back to them to get my initials monogrammed on and it looks even better. The quality of the leather and the stitching and the product’s functioning all around is just outstanding.It’s the wallet I’ve been searching for and didn’t know I’ve been wanting!! I like to carry cash and this enables me to carry a lot at once, but the leather is so thin that the wallet stays really compact. Even with like 10 cards inside too. It’s just fantastic. Well done, Colonel, I am thrilled with my purchase!!

It's a long drive to Lynnville but it's definitely worth it. Colonel Littleton's shop is located in a very old and quaint building surrounded by a small library, a fried pie shop and a yummy little hamburger shop.The products made by the Colonel are meant to last a lifetime. Everything is made with great care and is guaranteed. They have the best leather products money can buy. This is not a mall leather shop. It is American craftsmanship and creativity at it's finest. Whether you buy a belt or a bag, it will be the best you have ever bought. They are expensive but you do get what you pay for. The service is excellent and the guarantee is exactly what it should be. These are products that are meant to be generational. I do recommend the website if the trip is too far. Love, love, love this place.

Over the past decade I have ordered many items from Col. Littleton, all of which have held up fantastically well despite daily use and regular travel to all corners of the globe. In this time, I have had many compliments – especially on the American buffalo 1943 briefcase. When I have purchased their products as a gift, it is always well received. Recently I had an issue with one of the metal elements on a product and upon writing to customer service it was replaced immediately and without question. I could not ask for a better product or service than Col. Littleton provides.

Products are nice, but service when an issue arises is one star at best. Placed multiple orders for Christmas. One package was delivered to the wrong address even though I am certain shipping info was correct. Asked to have the package re-routed before it ever delivered, no reply and no call back. Spoke with Tina the day it was delivered to a home we aren’t at for 4 more weeks, explained the issue and asked if they could at least send me a shipping label via email for the package to the corrected address and even offered to pay for the label and the time it takes someone to create it so that a neighbor could get the package off of the porch and shop it for me . That was refused. A 500 dollar order sitting in the rain, at the wrong location, and zero attempts to correct their mistake even when I offered to make sure THEIR mistake cost them nothing other than 2 mins on the shippers website. Spend your money somewhere you matter as much after the card swipe as you do before.

I love the Brand, the bags are beautiful. I was gifted a used bag from a family member and the bag was missing some parts. I called the company and First Lady I spoke with was sweet as ever I did not get her name, she transfers me to the manager Joyce and when I asked her if I could purchase separate replacement pieces for my bag she gave some story about a man that had called about his bag as well wanting to order replacement pieces. She kept implying that we were the same person. I kept trying to ask her about my bag, she got extremely rude. I said I wasn’t sure how her story pertained to me, but could she just give me a price for the items I was wanting to purchase. She said we do not do sell replacements parts….. I’m still able to use my bag but it’s sad that a manager would act rudely and treat anyone that way.

I bought a GP No.2 convertible backpack purse and I absolutely love it. The quality is excellent and the size is perfect. Not too big but enough room for essentials and a few extras. The customer service is excellent. I plan on purchasing more in the future. Well worth the money.

I have been completely astounded by the gracious customer service from Col. Littleton. They are 'old school' with 'old school' values where nothing is more important than the quality of their product and the customer's happiness with it. It's so nice to find a place where these values are still practiced and Col. Littleton has personified them in their every dealing with me. When they say that their products can be expected to last "a long, long time'" and then solidly stand behind them with no "if's, and's or but's", they are being genuine and sincere. I am proud of them and am grateful that companies like this still exist where I can buy the quality things I love and am still willing to work hard for, even at 77 years of age.

I want to recommend the company as a whole. Full disclosure: I have not visited this site. I’ve only ordered from the website. It exceeded my expectations! The quality of leather is impressive. They live up to their (trademarked) motto: “We strive to be stellar”! The Buffalo leather purse, trimmed in Alligator is gorgeous, sturdy and classic. I’ve received many compliments. What also makes this company stellar is the marketing when they send your item. From the leather coaster to the mini Moon Pie (explanations included), they are entertaining and informative. You feel connected to this solid company. I’d like to visit someday soon. It’s great to support local businesses and this one deserves your business!!
