Head on down to the square and enjoy more of the Franklin/Jack Daniel’s vibe. The Hardware store staff are pleasant and helpful. They handle the steady flow of guests very well! Glad to have the chance to purchase a few souvenirs… they have a great selection, from cooking seasonings to front door mats, t-shirts to barrels. (The barrel shop is connected). Nice courtesy gifts too - free shot glass given when you show your tour ticket and make a $10 purchase, as well as the souvenir tin if making a $75 purchase.

Great stop while you are in town. Has a lot of Jack Daniels items to buy. Prices are as expected. If you do a tour come here after and get a free shot glass with a $10 purchase. One per person. If your a Jack Daniels fan you will find something to buy if your not then you won’t. Simple as that. They have a shop that makes “stuff” out of the barrels. That was worth coming by to check out as if you need something for your bar at home this is the place to get something.

It's an old hardware store that has ties to the distillery. It is now being used as the official gift shop of Jack Daniels. It's very spacious and has unique items and gifts for the Jack Daniel's lover. My favorite part of the store was the handmade crafts made from the old used barrels.

The best selection of Jack Daniels merchandise and souvenirs on the town square! Whether you want a sweatshirt, t-shirt, dress shirt, barware, key chain, recipe book, post card, food items, you can find it here! You can even buy a used Jack Daniels whiskey barrel or half barrel here. Your ticket from the distillery tour is good for a free shot glass if you buy $10 of "stuff" - which is way too easy to do here!

Great little store for distillery... All kinds of stuff from shirts, coasters, hats , hoodies, variety of JD bottles of liquor.. loved the historical timeline for the story of JD .. would definitely go back when I have the chance

My husband and I took the Flight of Jack tour today!!!! I would highly recommend this for everyone, whether you are a Jack Daniels fan or not. So informative. Our tour guide Lea did an amazing job ( it was his first)!!! The property is beautiful !! And of course the flight tasting was the icing cake!!!!

Oh my gosh this place is awesome!!! We went on a dry distillery tour and it was so cool to hear about the history of it all. When it was all said and done we walked down and across the street back to the truck and asked the two guys guilding people to the shuttle and answering questions, and Barry told us to check out the Lynchburg Hardware & General Store cause that's the main Jack Daniel's store, so we did just that. There were two floors of products of every type like the golf section and the fire fighter area. There was so much merchandise it was just amazing. Everybody got their own shirt and all of them were something you could only get there. They were unique. We also got a military discount and shot glasses for every $10 bucks we spent. The store was clean and organized, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly and we all got everything we wanted.

This is the gift shop for the Jack Daniel's distillery. If you're a big Jack fan, this is the place for you. The barrel shop is attached and there are lots of cool things to look at. I got a fridge magnet and some candied nuts.

I spend too much money in here. Lol. Love this place ❤️. All the Jack Daniel's knickknacks and clothing one could want. From hat pins to hats to barrels. I could spend a whole day in there along with all my money.

This is the official Jack Daniels merchandise shop just a quick jaunt (5 min walk) away from the distillery that's located on the town square. They have a great variety of Jack Daniels branded products with friendly and helpful staff. Their barrels and wood items made from barrels are really neat. The only complaint I have is that their things are overpriced. $36 for a hat (which I bought anyway because I liked and wanted it.) I skipped some other clothing like a t-shirt at about $30 and a drink chiller ice cube at $15 that chills your drink without having ice melt. Y'all make a ton on your whiskey and it's a great seller and the tours are a bit high too. You could be a bit less greedy on your swag which, essentially, becomes free advertising for you when people wear it. That said, please do go there. It's a cool store.

Not impressed at all. Customer service is absent. We went in, they looked at us, no smiles, no hellos. They are only nice to you if you express interest in purchasing their items and require assistance.After going to the distillery and experience that fantastic customer service, their "general store" is a total flop.

Great store, alot of of merchandise to choose from. You get $10.00 discount on merchandise and a free No. 7 Jack Daniel's glass shot glass if you take one of the tours. The whole downtown area and stores and restaurants were wonderful. Nice Harley shop, got a shirt there too and great food at any of the locations on the square. Nice town!

Visiting from Ohio and made several apparel purchases. Without going into specifics, we ran into a bit of an issue once we returned home. Talked with Crystal who helped us resolve the problem. Great, hassle-free customer service!! Southern hospitality at its finest. Would definitely shop here again.

Been there a few times. I've bought a barrel there & several souvenirs. If you love Jack Daniels it's a must go. The nice thing is i just live an hour away. I love this store & the little town of Lynchburg. You can feel the history behind it all.
