Worst employee ever.... always messy, employees lazy (outside smoking and talking about customers or their boss loudly)I live right down the road an drather drive to Centerville .... constantly hiring known to the community drugheads..hell the store has even been shot at and several fights..ask the local sherriff dept if ya dont below me

Store was filthy, aisles cluttered with stock that hasn't been worked. I know that they may be short staffed but if the employees weren't out front smoking and talking constantly they might actually be able to get some work done.

Just pulled up at 3:43 on a Tuesday afternoon and 3 employees were standing in front of the door talking and smoking cigarettes while kindly informing they are closed til 5 o'clock. What kind of business operates like that?

Customer service here is better now that the old manager Cathy is back. The store has been stocked heavily with everything and anything you need...from ice cream to socks.The folks here are always helpful. The Christmas isle looks so cheerful with all the decorations on the shelf .

I always love stopping in at Dollar General!!! Being a mother it is much more convenient when you just need a few things. The prices are usually great. Not to mention...I come out with more than 1 bag for a lot less money than if I had been to Walmart. The staff is always friendly.

Dollar General is always a convenient place to stop for essentials. You don't have to deal with a large store like Walmart or Target. Staff are always friendly. The stores are typically unorganized, but it's not enough to make me complain or stop shopping there.

They offer fedex but have no clue how to deal with the FedEx the lady was asking me is she supposed to what is she supposed to do with them or is I supposed to pay something is she supposed to scan them what is she supposed to do she had no clue so I told her no thank you I will take them somewhere else that knows what they're doing if you're going to offer this service make sure you train your people

I like the dollar general for the most part and try and take advantage of the clearance items and the digital coupons. My biggest problem is when clearance items don't ring up correctly and there is one cashier that is particularly rude. This usually sends me to other local location.

good Customer service and alwayshave what I need in Stock and If they dont, They will go out their way to make sure they have and even take it to the next Level and bring it to You were ever You are they will Find You and Personally hand Deliver You the item too wanted but could Live without 😉😀😜👍P. S that isnt true and only my fantasy, Yes that is Something that I wished would happen but Ik it won't so now my day is ruined 😕 geuss I'm going to Walmart, one Place that makes me feel wanted and Loved by anyone who Shoes there as Well who works there! 🤗☺

They do not have automatic doors and in summer they keep the buggies outside. If you are lucky to catch someone coming out, they will hold door for you to bring your buggy inside. The aisles are almost always clogged with either stock carts or company advertising stands with their items. It's very hard to get around. Also, not always clean.

Cashier called sheriff's department bc 3 of us was happy to see one another as we were getting out our vehicles to go in the store , yes we might have been talking loud but we was excited to be reunited, Dollar general should be proud there stores bring old friends together and should've never called the law over us being excited

They never have rubbong alcohol, they do not have water hoses nor do they ever have glues in stock like e6000, hot glue all sized very small to extra large they dont have any and the prices have gotten crazy use to be my favorite store now I avoid having to go at all.

I had to run in right at closing time, which employees usually hate. But the ladies working couldn't have been more friendly to me. I appreciated that.

I went to two different dollar stores today. The one in lyles Tennessee was nasty and people that work there were extremely rude and downright hateful. I will not be going back there. But the ones I went to in Fairview Tennessee was clean and the people that work there are very helpful nice and courteous. There was a huge difference and how I felt when I left each place needless to say I felt a lot better when I left the store in Fairview. I will be going back to the store in Fairview Tennessee.

I went to buy some file folders & there were 2 differant prices. When bringing up the prices the manager Geneva went to check, she acted like it was a bid deal! When she came back she gave me lower price that was posted on the tag. When doing the price change I said sorry if this was any trouble, but 2 differant prices need to be corrected, she said ok with attitude! Not even a I'm sorry, or a smile

All the staff seem to be really nice I might just moved here but I am in there pretty often might get 1 thing might get 20 but no matter what it is or what it isn't the staff is friendly for the most part and willing to help location something

9 Dollar Stores in this county and all of them are worthless never have anything in stock and I mean little things like cherry BC'S or stomach pills sleeping pills deodorant shampoo soaps and when what little stock does come in it's still in they're boxes in the middle of the aislesI'd rather go to a Fred's instead every time!!!

No. This is my hometown store. We're terrible. Dirty, not nice but we are forced to use them cause apparently this is all our county believes in getting.
