They always have what I need and most of the staff is really nice. The last time I was at this store, a young man waited on me. He never spoke to me except to tell me my total and change, and he didn't even look at me. I thought that to be rude. But otherwise, its a good store.

Store could have been cleaner. Stock was everywhere couldn't even get up isles. Staff were ok could be a little more friendly. Didn't really pay attention to what and who was going in and out.

Visited here while visiting a relative. I like this store very much. Like the products and clerks. Store itself was very neat and clean. Had been rearranged since previous visits. Much better arrangement. Had everything I needed on this visit and they are very helpful.

This store is dirty and over crowded with so much stuff it's hard to shop. Multiple items are priced incorrectly and they won't fix the price at the register. It doesn't matter if the item is tagged on the shelf a different price than what it rings up. I asked a employee about a sale price on cereal and was told oh that's not the right price that tags been there forever. So why would it still be displayed? Shouldn't they have to accommodate if it's there error and the tags been there "forever". This is an ongoing problem with most dollar generals and either they don't care or figure most people won't notice. Either way they need to do a overhaul and get this fixed.

The woman in the picture posted by Kathy Cupp is me. I was either on the phone with my boss, my district manager or our Employee Response Center. We do not use our personal phones at the register unless necessary. Also I am the Assistant Manager and as the manager on duty I am allowed to carry my personal phone. As for the mops in the "wrong" place they look to be different sizes. I am sorry you do not like our store but we get ALOT of compliments on how clean and nice our store is. We also get compliments on how friendly and helpful all us employees are.

This is why I dislike this dollar general....the cashier is ringing up people and she's on her personal cell phone...poor customer service, also I was going to buy a mop here are 2 Mr clean mops the same thing in separate holders with different prices. Ugh infuriating

Every time I've been to the Dollar General store in Luttrell everybody's been very nice the girls are always very helpful and always in a good mood which is a good thing because nine times out of ten other stories you always end up with somebody hateful and that is a big turn-off
