Been storing my boat here for 7 years. The pricing is right for how close it is to a major highway, and the property is always well maintained. Can’t ask for much more! Highly recommend.

While items are secure, the management is horrible. They're often not there to accept payment. They ask for a 7 day notice of moving. If you're still using a unit at the end of the month and want to leave, they expect you to pay in full for the following month. I gave my notice at the end of September. I would have been moved out in 1 day, before October 1 but they had my unit locked until I paid for October in full. Do not use this place.

It's a shame Google does not give an option for zero Stars. These people are wanting to charge my credit card for an extra month even though I vacated the property on the 30th claiming that I signed a contract agreeing to 7 days notice. There is no signed contract on file and when they tried to provide it to me they started calling me a scammer since they did not have it on file. Use caution and look somewhere else for your storage needs. Also the owner seems quite unstable and must have some emotional issues because he was not able to have a normal conversation about the topic which could have led to an amicable resolution.Edit: very evasive response as you know the card is in my wife's name. However as long as you're saying you won't charge any credit cards that you don't have a signed contact to match, that's fine. And different than what you yelled earlier.

In my opinion, i would not use this facility. He would have 0 stars if able. The owner is unreasonable. I was charged a full month for a small unit, when I was only in it for several days before moving to a larger unit where he charged me the full month there as well. Used his facility for over 5 months. Two days before the end of the month, I called him to let him know that I had moved everything out and was no longer going to need the unit. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to give him 7 days notice and then charged me for the full month. I called him at the end of the month-more then 7 days prior and told him that I was giving my notice. I asked for some sort of documentation that I gave him the 7 day notice. He refused, told me that I was ridiculous and never to use his storage facility again and hung up on me. All I wanted was documentation stating that I gave him the 7 days notice so that he would not charge me another month.

Me and my son pulled in to clean my truck now I will admit the bed had trash in it we was cleaning it out the employee came out looked said we had to leave I said I would get it he got mad I got in truck drove off last time I checked careashes are to clean cats and throw away trash it was just trash in my bed I was cleaning do not use this place for car wash or storage they will ripped u off

Worst carwash ever. Wax didn't work. Tire cleaner didn't work. Water was cold. Pressure was low. Brush puts out very little soap. Soap is mostly water. AVOID! GO ANYwhere else! (This place was ok. a decade ago. now? not!)

Very nice facility, with really nice units, especially the climate control units. The owner is very nice and reasonable, & always available when needed. Would definitely rocmmend, and use again.

Most of the time at least a quarter of the machines are out of order but it is still a good car wash. Even when you can't vacuum.
