I went here to check it out for a possible transfer, I met the GM as well as the Assistant and was very pleased and impressed with them. The store from what I seen was decent, unlike some others I've seen. I would be happy to transfer to this store, I find it's all about the people. People can make or break a place.

The people are so friendly & helpful. I lost my keys last night & the very tall gentleman`for got his name' helped me while doing his job. I felt so bad that was trying to get the toilet paper shelved correctly & help me.I'm saying they go out of their way to help you know matter what.🤩🤩BUT I FOUND MY KEYS‼️

The store is always clean & the staff is super friendly! Although I find some items are out of stock quite a bit, I can usually find what I'm looking for, so it makes a convenient option when I need to just pick up a few things & don't want to go to Walmart or Kroger.

Best Dollar General EVER. Been going to this location for over 2 years. Its very convenient to my house. I always choose this store not only because of location but because of the great customer service I recieve. I am always greeted with a smile and made sure that I am appreciated for shopping there by James. James is the best, greets everyone who comes in, very attentive and is always positive. He just gives off the vibe that he enjoys being there. Stacey is great, he's always informative and helpful. I think Cara, Im not sure cause I always look at name tags and don't recall her wearing one or I may have over looked it. She is friendly and gets to know people. I will continue to shop at the Dollar General located at the round about at Miser Station-Mentor Rd-Louisville Rd....lol Thank you for that you do. I have never been so welcomed in a store ever. Keep up the great work!

It's always a lot easier to make a quick stop by the dollar store to grab a few things than to have to go to a big busy store. You can get in and get your stuff plus the digital coupons save money and get back to the rest of your day.

Didn't receive one of my bags called close to 20 times no one ever picked up the phone. wouldn't have been a big deal but I don't really live close to this location and couldn't go back to get my stuff that night and the receipt was in the bag I didn't receive so I knew I wouldn't receive my items just by my word.

Usually the staff is very nice & helpful but this one lady maybe she's new but I was lookin for envelopes and she said I believe they are one one of these 3 isles ...nope I looked down all 3. Then I ran in2 this lady that came in same time as me I sales if she happen to know where there was some at and she knew exactly where & there were 2 kinds & I said u know the difference between the two and she knew exactly what the difference was so she was 10 times more help than the person that work there who had me running all over the place LOL

This is a nice and clean Dollar General. It's very convenient to run down the road and buy the necessities, and then some. It definitely saves gas and time not having to drive all the way into town.

Friendly staff and had prepaid cards we needed on top of a happy bday balloon they filled up for us for our daughters 17th birthday, so we love to shop here!

There is absolutely NO phone reception in the middle to the back of the store .I needed to call my husband and had to walk outside to the front door .I just took my dollar store app off because there was a problem every time I tried to load my digital coupons so I just started buying all of my laundry supplies at Wal-Mart again .We also have a shop in Madisonville and I also just started but all my supplies at Wal-Mart down there also .I used to buy everything from laundry detergent to big packs of paper towels , toilet paper etc..... Apparently the Dollar store does not need my money .

Was unable to use the wifi. Clerk affirmed the service did not work in the store, so I was unable to do any price checks or clip any coupons on my app. I will not return to this store because i rely on price checking when I shop at DG.

Nice polite and will help consumers when they asked for help they had a lead cashier he doesn't work their no more and wish he didn't leave he helped elderly and helped people that asked

On Saturday, customers were backed up and when I asked an employee to help she refused. On Sunday I was back in this store and the customer in front of me had a problem and this same employee locked the register and stated she was not waiting on anyone else. Needless to say I had to go another store.

Me n a friend was shopping there when they were about to close and the manager was very snotty to us when she told us they were closing.. she basically rushed us out the door! I mean we were paying customers and thought that was very rude!
