!!!NEVER BRING YOUR CATS HERE!!! I brought my three gorgeous baby girls here. Two for a shot and to be spayed. And one for her yearly checkup. I thought all was normal until I showed up and they said I couldn’t come in with my babies. I don’t know about you! But my cats are my children! My family! And I’m not allowed to go in with them. Ridiculous. Covid is over guys.Anyways the worst part is my two girls that got spayed came out terrified and looked like not only did they remove their ovaries it looked like they were missing kidneys as well, with how thin they looked. And my other girl came out same day absolutely terrified. My little girl loved going on vet visits before hand at tri county in sevierville. But the second I brought her to another vet after this one she flipped!!! Started screaming, crying, hissing, growling! Never have I ever seen her behave that way. These people are aggressive with pets and shouldn’t have the right to take care of cats. Do everyone a favor and stick to the horses. Me and my babies will never be there ever again.Also stole my cats collar tf!!!

Dr Monica and her staff were wonderful, during my vacation in Louisville, my pet (Mr. Cotton) got ill, I took him to the clinic, and they were quick in diagnosing him, everyone was very personal and professional. I would recommend Dr. Monica’s clinic.

Countryside and Dr. Webb graciously accommodated us as we needed end of life care. They came at the recommendation of two different neighbors, and I'm so glad I listened and reached out. My sweet Sam wasn't even a patient with Countryside, yet their staff welcomed us with open arms and grace. They made a very heartbreaking day a little brighter. I cannot recommend them enough. They've certainly earned my business.

Dr. Lillard has seen all three of my fur kids, and I have been very impressed! She is very knowledgeable with the questions I ask, and also responds quickly! She has walked with me through the whole journey of healing a sesamoid fracture in my horse. It has been a very emotional time for me, and Dr. Lillard has made sure to keep me well educated. My 17yr old cat Rascal recently had to be hospitalized, and he is better than ever! I love the facilities, and the farm calls are nothing short of phenomenal!

I hate leaving this rating because I have used this vet for over 15 years and loved every interaction that we have ever had with them so by no means will I bash them and say they are horrible.What I will say is that I have a dog with SEVERE car anxiety..so if you know, you know. This morning I pulled into my normal spot “3” about 20 minutes early to Mollys nail appointment and realized that in the midst of me dreading this car ride to the vet, I had left my phone at the house. I panicked a little because you never know what’s going on with other peoples animals and I knew I had to grab someone to let them know I was there, but everyone was either carrying a dog or speaking to another customer. The last thing I wanted to do was to interrupt something serious to let them know I was just there for a nail trim.I did get up enough courage to grab someone though and then sat back down in the car. And I continued to sit in that same position during and up to 15 minutes after Mollys scheduled appointment with no word from anyone. Now I’m thinking, ok that employee might have just forgotten to let them know I was there and even if that had been the case I’m ok with that. I didn’t mind waiting but I would have liked someone to at least come out to me a say “hey I heard you left your phone but, I just wanted to let you know that we do have you checked in and we’ll get to you when we can” or “hey, we’re a little behind right now but we’ll be right with you. I didn’t want you to think that we didn’t know you were here because you don’t have your phone.”SOMETHING…ANYTHING but no one did and that’s exactly how I felt. I felt so helpless and I was so disappointed that I had just put myself and my terrified dog through all of this, that we just headed back to the house. I’m sad how this one incident has effected me in a way that I’ll be looking for a new vet. I was not going to stay there and try to calm her down if I didn’t even know for sure that she was checked in to be seen. In the time I had waited… 3 cars had come in gone beside me in lane 4. Would you not think you were overlooked and no one cared? Horrible experience.

I cannot express how much we love Dr. Webb. She cares for each of outlr fur babies exceptionally well, even in emergency situations. She has a calm nature and we can tell how much she loves animals. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a vet who cares.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Backus and staff at Countryside. They have taken care of our 3 dogs for 3 years now and they are all happy and healthy.From performing an emergency tooth extraction for a broken tooth when our Rottweiler was under a year old, removing 22 severely infected teeth from our mini greyhound rescue, to saving our 10 year old pitbulls life last month from pancreatitis (they stayed all weekend with her in emergency care), to say we are grateful for Dr. Backus & the Countryside Vet team would be a colossal understatement.Not only do they provide above and beyond care, but they also give us enough time to pay the bills and have never made us feel uncomfortable if we didn’t have the money available on the day the services were provided. The prices are reasonable but even if it similar services were available for cheaper somewhere else, we would gladly pay extra for the level of care and love shown at Countryside.Also, they communicate so efficiently when annual shots are due, they give notice in advance of expected costs of services, and are punctual about appointment times.We are continually impressed here and always grateful. Dr. Backus truly loves and cares about our animals and it shows.THANK YOU DR. BACKUS AND TEAM!

Only Vets we'll use. For both our small pets and cattle. All Vets have provided excellent realistic care for our animals. In all my experiences with them they answer questions about care or treatment, Dr. Lillard and Dr. Johnson are really good at what they do. As for cost they have been reasonable. Every encounter has been non-judgemental from our our little dog that was rescued from a hoarders house (shes a bit nuts) to assisting in pulling still born calves. My multiple bad experiences with other vet offices is what helped us to find Country Side, Ive recommended them to my neighbors as well.

I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. We took a goat that was having a difficult time giving birth for a C-section in stead of them telling us she was toxic because the baby was dead longer than expected they went through with the C-section made us pay $555 for us to bring her home and die an hour later How I feel is they should have stopped the surgery gave us a call and tell us there was no need in going any further because they baby was dead longer than expected I would have much rather pay to put her down than to pay the $555 for her to just come home and die. So no I wouldn't recommend nobody to this vet.

Dr. Cindy has taken care of my Isabelle, Lily and Susie for as long as I can remember. When it was time for my Isabelle to leave us, at midnight, Cindy was there and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else but herthere by my side, she was so heartfelt. I drive from Sevierville just to let Countryside take care of my furkids.

We have used Countryside for many years. Cindy Is a great Vet and I have have good experiences with her and several of the other Vets. ( both large and small animals) However, in the past few years the people in the office are just plain rude at times. I don’t know if it’s because of Covid and the extra work-because patients have to pull up to a space and call into the office when they arrive, then they come out to your car and get your pet or bring what you need- or if they are just understaffed. They are NOT friendly and basically rude for no reason. All Covid restrictions have been lifted, so I don’t understand the need to keep people out of the office. (You can still wear a mask) Sadly, we will be taking our pets elsewhere for a more personal experience. Just be kind. Open the office back up!Update: We called for an after hours emergency with our dog and were told there was no small animal Vet “on call”. We were referred to another emergency Vet center which we used- but we were very disappointed no Vet was available to help us at this “state of the art” business. We won’t call them again.

Dr. Jennifer Johnson and her assistant Lauren were exceptional! Our 5 month old goat was in gastrointestinal distress and the were at the farm in under an hour to help get her sorted out. I can't say enough about how much they cared for our two goat girls with gentle hands. Were excellent at providing us as new goat parents with information. We are grateful!

Wonderful place. Wonderful vets that we have had dealings with. They have been to the farm for our pigs, worked with our goats, and recently dr. Webb did her best to save our beloved Phoebe. When she called to break the news she was crying herself. That goes such a long way.

I cant say enough about the Staff and Monica at Countryside! We adopted a Husky/Curr mix back in December and my previous vet nearly killed her with a does of Heart Guard. We were recommended to this vet by a clerk at Pet Smart and this was the best move I have ever made.Monica is very thorough with your animals and letting you know what you need to know. If you need them in the middle of the night, they are there for you. They love and take care of your animals so well that my dog gets excited when I pull in the parking lot! Wish I could say that when I have to go to the doctor! :-)

Dr. Rebecca Lillard did my Doberman puppy’s ears, and she did a really good job, I recommend her to anyone who’s looking for an experienced doctor who specializes in cosmetic otoplasty( ear cropping), but I will say to save your money.

I have been taking my dogs to Countryside since moving to the Knoxville area 11 years ago. The staff is great--Susan and Wendy, especially--the facility is always clean, and the grounds themselves are beautiful. From yearly vaccinations to maintenance medications, from kenneling to emergency services, this Veterinary Clinic is one of the most responsive, progressive and supportive that I have frequented with any of my pets. And Dr. Monica Webb is absolutely the best! She is both knowledgeable and intuitive as well as compassionate and understanding. I can't imagine taking my pets to any other facility (or doctor) in Knoxville!

The clinic front desk is friendly, efficient and helpful.I have several dogs and and during the years they have always received incredible care.The practice has diagnostics and on site testing; including state of the art ultrasound and x ray machines. Results for any off site analysis are timely.Dr. Monica Webb is the vet I go to, she answers questions and works well with the animals.I shopped several practices before selecting Countryside.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Never again will I take any animal to them. For the,last two visits, they didn't even take my dog in the building. The last straw was Wednesday. My boy knocked his lower k9 sideways. The vets response was it will fall out in a few days. Here we are now with two more exams by different vets, and he has to have surgery.

It really saddens me to write this review. I will never again use this place for any animals of mine. Our dog Dylan had been seeing the vet here for about 10 years (he was 13). He had multiple issues as he was old, on meds. Every time I tried to ask his vet questions I was met with resistance and an attitude. I let it slide. What I won't let slide is the fact that when he passed away, we brought him wrapped in a blanket in a laundry basket. The vet tech that met us at the door to take him for cremation put him in a GARBAGE BAG right in front of us, and then told us to have a nice day. Or how I can not get anyone to return a call in regards to this. They didn't have his name spelled right, it took numerous calls to remind them and a call to the actual cremation place. His vet never called after she was informed, even though shed been treating him for years. When my boyfriend went to pick up the remains of the dog he had from 8 weeks old to his death at 13 they just shoved it over the counter at him and said bye. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I finally got parts of his records back, there are notes from staff saying "he is EVIL, he has to be WRESTLED DOWN for all procedures, and tries to kill us" He was a 10lb min pin. If I was wrestled down I would act the same. If that is what they put in their notes what else did they do?? No wonder he didn't like going there. It is a shame that that's how they treat the animals that we consider family. Dr. Katie Maxey is the only good person there. She did a wonderful job with the nose and paw prints she made for our boy after he passed. If you love your pet, think twice before going here. This situation broke my heart.

This was my second time at Countryside and I was absolutely blown away by the staff and how they actually care I had to take 2 of my 4 big dogs in for an emergency today and they were patient and kind with my fur kids who were scared they were so sweet and most of all very knowledgeable and they keep you updated with every single step they make. I wish I had found them sooner. I've never come across such an amazing establishment. I would highly recommend them to anyone there were all sorts of animals there horses goats dogs cats cows. Dr. Mia Holmes and the nurse who I forgot her name are my angels today. Also Thank you to the "money lady" I also forgot her name. I can't thank you enough. Have had a very mixed experience here. Have had them come out for livestock we had (goats) and had a great experience but for small domestic animals I’m not very impressed. One instance of a few specifically, I called to explain I have a cat who was attacked by something last night with a wound on his neck with swelling and the person who answered the phone gave no advice whatsoever nor asked any questions about the animals state and just said “Well we can’t see him today” that was it. Not sure if they are short staffed or what but very disappointed this didn’t turn out to be a vet I would trust taking my domestic animals to.

I have been coming here for over 25 years..originally at village vet with Cindy Backus. .you moved to the garage on airbase rd..and my cockapoo was the 1st small animal you accepted...after Cindy got overly busy with large animals and horses..I switched to Monica Webb..she has been our vet for over 18 years..she is the most amazing person..she is so compassionate..caring vet we have ever had ..and we have had pets all our lives..she is quick to respond by phone or text...she really cares about our animals and their owners..HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. .and we have to others

Having 5 dogs, I have visited numerous veterinarians in search of somebody kind, personable, and willing to meet the needs of all of my animals. Countryside is the first vet that I am 100% satisfied with. Dr. Becky LIllard and her staff have met those needs for me and Dr. Lillard has helped me in a pinch with questions and worries that I may have. I am very thankful!!!
