We just bought our first travel trailer! 2024 Forest River Wildwood X-Lite Platinum. It has crazy amounts of storage and is perfect for our family of 3. Gorgeous light colored interior with awesome lay out. Large bathroom. King size bed that tilts up out of the way. Even comes with several storage containers that fit perfectly in the space. Only downside so far is the king mattress is super thin even with an added foam pillow topper. Steven Powers in sales was amazing to work with! He’s super friendly, easy and laid back. Steven was also very helpful with all our questions. We would highly recommend this great team! James in finance was the best too! James was nice and low pressure. In the end we bought more than if James would have pressured us. Zack, I assume was the manager, took excellent care of us and helped finalize the deal. Henry and Chris both great with walk through. Couldn’t say enough nice things about Henry!! He was there to answer all your questions and not rush you on walk through. Brandy, in the store, keeps you laughing and is top notch as well. We will be back to check out those mattresses, Brandy!! Awesome team! So glad we went with Camping World! Go see them!!!!

We had the best experience purchasing our camper here from start to finish. Brooke was phenomenal, she was responsive and super friendly. We had our walk through with MJ and he was so thorough and answered all of our questions. Justin was super helpful and clear/transparent with finance.Give these three a raise! We will recommend this particular camping world in the future so long as they are here.

Stopped by with wife and kids to look at inventory and meet two nice ladies at the desk when we walked in. They asked if they could help and I said we wanted to look at the inventory. Was told that we needed a sales person to enter the lot that all units are locked. But that all sales people are busy and that we could shop around inside and if we got tired of waiting we could leave and make an appt to return another day yet we were approx 2.5 hrs before close. I guess I will not return to look since they won’t even let you in where the inventory is located. We returned to our vehicle and proceeded just a couple exits down the interstate to another dealer that allows you to look around on your own. Sadly we did not see anything there but also saw nothing at camping world because we couldn’t even get in.

All the staff at Camping World in Louisville on Clinton HWY. was very helpful and pleasant. Robert was our sales person and I feel that he went above and beyond to help answer all of our questions and we had alot never owning a camper before ourselves. He was very honest and upfront. He helped us to get what we wanted at a great price. If at some point we trade ours in for something else he will be the guy we go back to A1 in my book.Tony Spoon

100% would recommend Camping World Louisville, Steven was our salesman and he has been by far the best salesmen we have dealt with at any location!Josh in finance was so transparent and easy to work with, he walked us through the entire process start to end. Anytime we had any questions he was always there to help with ease.Zach Rand the GM has been so hands on with our purchase, making sure we understood everything, giving us his advice on helping make decisions that would get us in the right camper.These guys have really turned this location into such a positive experience that I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for our camping needs.I highly encourage everyone to give them a try for your next camper because we are now life long customers because of them and their help! They lost a sale over $500 and I'm thankful that they did. They came to our house twice, the first time my husband actually wrote them a check for a down payment but they lied. We gave them another chance a few months later it didn't work. I'm thankful that they were like that. I have new windows and they are very good windows. Thanks to Weather Tamer

We took our RV in to have a few minor items done on it. It took them almost a month when we were told it would be a couple of days. They charged us for four hours of labor to do what could have easily of been done in under an hour. After we got home with our RV we discovered that one of the items we were charged for had not even been done. This was verified by the manufacturer of the parts. When I called and talked to Austin about it he sent me a text with instructions on how to fix it myself. Why would I need to fix it myself when you just charged me to fix it? His instructions were not even for the correct part. Save your self the time and money by choosing to go to a different place.

I would be very cautious about using Allison (Allie). I was asked to put a down payment on a camper, because the people beside me were interested in it.Not sure if this was a scam or ploy to get me more interested in it. I was told if my wife didn't want anything to do with it when I talked to her about it, then I would not be responsible for the down payment. Now I'm dealing with my credit card company. Make sure you have everything in writing before Initialing or signing.The trust in the some people has really deteriorated over the years.I hope this is helpful and informative to someone, have a nice day.

We could not have asked for a better buying experience than the one we had here! Steven really was one of the best salesmen we have ever dealt with. James in finance really made sure we had the best finance experience possible and was wonderful to work with, then Josh was so great when we completed paperwork. I can’t make this review without mentioning our longtime favorite associate, Brandy, though. She has taken care of us for years and we adore her! We met Bianca on the day we picked up our camper and she was absolutely wonderful, as well! Go see them! You won’t be disappointed!

Our salesman, Phillip was extremely helpful! We came in knowing specifically what we wanted. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and never pushed us out of our comfort zone. Me and my wife bought a brand new camper (2023 forest river wildwood platinum) 6 months ago and at the dealers suggestion we purchased their extended warranty. We were initially pleased with it, we only towed it twice. However I went out one day and noticed mold growing in several places inside of our camper. After looking closer we noticed the slide out was not properly sealed and would not align with tracks causing damage to floor and walls. There appeared to be water damage as well from the leak. Like any consumer would I called the dealer and dropped it off for them to look at, when dropping it off they were a little evasive when I asked questions about the repair process, and the Service dept said they will have to wait on the manufacturer to respond before they can start repairs without a timeline of when I will receive my camper back. I’m currently waiting on general manager Zachary to get in contact with me to explain next steps. Hopefully they will correct the situation, I will update this review on the issue after it is resolved.

do not recommend, walked in and immediately was greeted by the absolutely worst attitude by the receptionist she also had another customer on speaker on the phone talking to him while trying to be very rude to us. when asked why we had to have someone walk about with us because other places have not had anyone walk around with us she was very rude, who would’ve been our sales person was very polite & nice and while talking to him the lady at the receptionist desk proceeded to laugh at us. We immediately left because of her attitude and will not return to a camping world period which is kinda sad for us because we were looking to purchase a camper today… Please just be mindful when going in. Lazy Days will have our business from now on.

The camping world location in knoxville was one of the best experiences I have had in the RV business. I have dealt with many of them over the years. I dealt directly with the general manager, Zach, and he made me and my family feel right at home. Very informative, and customer service was #1 to them! Entire Staff is friendly and outgoing! It was nice to see a team working together and wanting everyone to excel. You are met with friendly faces and outgoing personailties everywhere you turn. The service department is on top of things, the sales team is educated, and management is down to earth, ready to answer any and all questions you have. I am officially a lifetime customer of Camping World and excited to see what the future holds for them and my family. I HIGHLY encourage you to go in and experience the elevated customer service they give!

They want to make sure you sign the paper. They dont care if you have issues after with a brand new RV leaking or being broken. They just want the money. GM Doesn't return phone calls and is always "away". They even screwed up my name on the finance papers AND DMV papers.They are moving to exit 407 to pray on the out of state people. BUYER BEWARE.Service department also lacks intelligence.Prices in the store are 20% marked up on most common items. Its faster and cheaper to get them through Amazon.

The service department held my camper for 3 weeks before starting to work on it. The they wanted $90 to diagnose a lock I told them was broke. Parts and labor were way over price. They lost a customer for life.

They are very good at selling. We have had some issues with our camper that were supposed to be fixed before it left the lot also brought it back the day after we picked it up. They give you no assistance after the sale. We have been trying for almost 6 months to get warranty issues fixed with no results. Even spoke with the general manager who said everything would be taken care of but 5 months later nothing is done.

Purchased a Coleman Rubicon 1400bh. I went there to look at a different camper. Steven Powers was my salesman. Little did he know that I would turn into Goldilocks looking for the right camper for me. He was patient and answered all my questions. He asked me questions to help me narrow my choice. He never pressured me about buying. He never assumed if i knew or didn't know something. When we returned to the Rubicon 1400bh, he was honest about his limited knowledge on the new model. I left feeling fairly certain it was the right model but still needed time to decide. Steven was responsive to my multiple text questions in the next few days. He was always kind, professional, and respectful during every interaction. Thanks Steven for helping me make my selection and purchase stress-free! Also, thanks to Chase, Josh, Bianca, Tiffany, and the service technicians who walked me through the entire process of initial scheduling, financing, obtaining required accessories, and a walk through of the camper and my tow vehicle!

Bought 2022 5th Where Luxury Sierra, From The Folks in Knoxville/Louisville, TN..We did buy used.. And ran into a few Hiccups with the water pump and electric heater.. Zack (GM) of Knoxville/Louisville, TN, never hesitated to answer our calls, take a extra moment of his day to ensure he communicated updates, he went above and beyond making our experience Great!Y’all have an amazing GM.. My family was initially excited to visit the Blount county location to get our next camper.This quickly changed after dealing with the receptionist at check-in, she was very rude. We simply went to other dealers in the Knoxville area and will not return to this location.

Had an appointment at 11am to drop off camper to service. Stood in line for 40 minutes while one person was working the service counter. New guy been with CampingWorld for 3 weeks. Store was busy with lots of staff working but not helping customers, moving stuff around the store. Employees kept saying “we’re moving”. More employees were in the back sorting holiday decorations ignoring customers. Guy was sitting at service counter on a laptop ignoring customers.When we pulled in some sales guy came out and nagged my wife about where we had parked and was very rude . There was nowhere to park as the gate was closed to pull into and park. He was rude and offered no assistance just wanted my wife to pull the 46’ Raptor Toyhauler forward and when she said I was inside the store he said “well I’m not gonna wander the store and yell and look for him” and she said “well I guess it’s gonna stay here and rolled up her window".People in the service line were sharing there horror stories of dealing with this dealership and the poor service.Poorly run business.

My husband Mike Cody purchased our first Travel Trailer here. They made it super easy and went over all the bells and whistles as this is a new adventure for us. Normally I would handle all these things but he was there on his own. He told the sales agent what we needed and they delivered. The only thing I would say is the Trailer was not as clean as I would have liked it, but they did an amazing job getting it ready as it had not even on the sales floor yet. So I can't fault them for that really. Highly recommend them.made it to the sales floor yet. Plus they are even helpful Easter our purchase. Highly recommend them

Robert Knowles was who we worked with. I couldn’t be happier with our experience. We came in knowing pretty good what we wanted. There was no high pressure sales tactics, no beating around the bush.Robert showed us the camper we liked, we did in fact love the trailer we came to look at. Robert and the finance team immediately went to work, secured us a great rate, and gave us a better price than we expected on the trailer.The walk through was fantastic, and Mark made sure to answer all of our questions. With us being first time camper owners, this was super important to me. We found one small issue on the walk through, and the tech group made sure to address immediately preventing a return trip for us, which with a 2 year old, and a 3 year old, is a huge deal to us.Then finally, the sales team, especially Brandy, and Robert walked us through what all we would need to get started, explained the differences between more expensive selections and more budget friendly. We were set up well, and we finished stocking the camper the next day.Really looking forward to our first trip this weekend, and super excited to step into the world of camping. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Alcoa location has, terrible customer service, specifically at the front desk when you walk into the store.We had found a camper we were ready to buy that day. Two women at the front desk (one older and one younger) didn't look all that happy that customers had walked into their store. After a few moments of us standing in front of the desk, one lady finally asked if they could help us. We said we found a camper that we would like to buy, and they told us we would have to wait for a salesman to take us over there (we already saw the camper). We asked how long it would take to get a sales rep with us and they lady just shrugged her shoulders... we went to another dealership and bought a camper that day.I know camping world is a big corporation and it doesn't really matter to them that they lost one sale of a small camper, but it is a real turn off for customers when they feel like the reception at the front desk doesn't want to deal with them. I know sales reps would appreciate the commission they could make if they could keep customers in the store...

Robert was the best sales representative we have ever worked with. His no pressure, but highly informative approach was refreshing. He provided us all of the information we needed to make an informed decision, but gave us the time to consider options, discuss with each other and just spend time by ourselves in the travel trailers we were considering.All the way through the process, Robert was professional and personable, as was all of the staff at Camping World - from the technician who walked us through the controls and technical details of the trailer to the finance person who did a great job of explaining our options, to the retail counter people who gave us pointers and details about some of the accessories we were buying that were helpful.Truly a top notch organization.

Worst customer service! Waited over 30 min for somebody to help us. We found a camper online, has cash to purchase and ended up leaving. THEN we get a call 4 DAYS later asking what they can do for us! NOTHING!!! We’ve since purchased from a diff dealership. 😁
