We moved to London County from Commifornia last June. Where our Vet had told my wife that her beloved cat Legolas or "Lego" for short hAD "A RAGING HEART MURMER!!" Over the phone too! My wife was understandable disturbed and concerned with this news, she even called me during work crying about the news. I decided the best course of action was inaction. Well, we moved. We came to Mulberry Street Animal Clinic to get our cats checked out after the stressful move, Lego, and his lil' brother Gimli, a mostly blind rescue. Well, what can I say? The difference in bedside manner and communication was so wonderful, the Vet explained Lego's heart murmer issues and gave us warning signs to watch out for, and a lot of peace about the issue. Lego is in good health, destroying our house with his brother daily. I daily recommend this Vet to my mother in-law who refuses to get her overweight Black cat a checkup. 5/5 will eventually visit again, the boys are way overdue.

We moved to Loudon recently and wanted to establish with a local vet. Dr. Fann was absolutely amazing with my dog, Oswald Cornelius. Her and the staff were patient, kind and gentle. So thankful to have them so close.

My 14yr old dog was deathly ill. She needed immediate care and Mulberry Street Animal Clinic was able to schedule her in. I was a first time client and they still took the time to help. They were exceptionally kind and comforting during such a difficult time.

Friendly and caring staff. Took us back within a few minutes of arrival time. The vet thoroughly checked Dr. Suess over and explained everything to me. She was very nice and gave me options without pushing certain treatments. And the prices were about the same as other vets. I would recommend this vet and their Friendly staff to everyone.

Wonderful! We loved how the staff and vet cared for our sweet Bean and how informative the vet was! He was awesome, but I know he's not the usual veterinarian, but I hope he continues to stay there! Pretty good vet location. Didn't understand that our follow up visit was shots only, and couldn't ask the vet a couple questions we had, because simply that was not permitted since they had scheduled us for shots only. I own and operate a human medical office and would happily "curbside" questions for people who come for vaccines or blood draws only. Otherwise they have the vaccines, meds, and know-how with pets, and pricing seems appropriate.

Called early on a Saturday about a stray I had rescued locally.. staff was extremely friendly and patient. Got me in that morning and did an exam and shots at an affordable price. Very compassionate and caring. If I lived there they would be my local vet for sure! They even prescribed me some anti anxiety travel meds for kitty to make the 9hr ride easier. Thank you so much to your team! Kitty is very happy!!

We're retirees in the area now from Michigan and frequented two other veterinarian clinics nearby but found "Mulberry Street Animal Clinic" to be the best for professionalism, caring, kindness, respect and attitude. And fair and reasonable prices compared to the other clinics. Bring your pets here and see for yourself; we highly recommend it! Have a great and blessed day.

I absolutley love this place, the whole staff is very friendly. My dog is always nervous at the vet's office, but the Dr just sits down on the floor and starts petting and talking to him.. she is great!!!! Couldn't ask for a better place...Luca says thanks😁

We found 6 five week old kittens with no mother and took them in to be evaluated. The staff was so attentive to the little ones. The vet looked at each kitten and took so much patience with each one. They answered all our questions and I never felt rushed! I am going to make them my home town vet!

Took both my furbabies to get nail trims and one got a rabies vac. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not busy, I was in and out within a few minutes. Nice clean waiting area and exam room. Affordable prices. I will definitely be a return customer.

They were awesome! I took my three month old puppy in and I couldn’t have asked for better service! She had to get her shot snake other meds and they were so gentle and loving with her that you couldn’t even tell she got anything! The vet and vet tech were amazing they answered every question I had and were very knowledgeable :) I wail definitely be back!

Love this place so far! I called to schedule an app for my dog and I have a hectic work schedule. They have drop off service for no additional fee! I took my girl to be dropped of and they weren't busy so they actually got us in right away. The techs were very attentive and kind. The vet came in and did a very thorough exam (that wasn't happening at my previous vet). She listened to all of my questions and concerns (I always have many) patiently. She seems to be very caring. I am a very attentive animal owner and for once didnt feel like I was treated as a dollar sign. Some vets like to order unnecessary testing/procedures/meds and I am happy to say I dont think this is how they run their business.

I absolutely love the staff and the doctor. They are great at calling you back and following up after an emergency situation.Both of the doctor that my fur babies have seen went above and beyond.Recently my little Maltipoo had her dental cleaning there. I didn't worry like all the times at other places. They are also fair with their pricing.I just can't say enough good things about my experience.And they are following the covid-19 guidelines which is a big plus for me.

Everyone in there is always so kind.... We were new the the area and my precious boy passed away. The told us to bring him in and they would have him cremated. They were amazing! Every time we've been there since has been a good experience! Would definitely recommend them!
