Nice place. Clean showers and friendly faces. Plenty of truck parking. But you can't see it from the interstate because it's in a secluded area surrounded by trees.

There was a heavy set man with a blue button down top and a gray cap working today 03/19/2024. He was the absolute rudest person I have ever encountered at a Love’s. I was trying to get his name off his name tag but he made sure he kept his back to me the entire time. I left the store and called to ask who was the man in the button down with a cap on his head. I failed to mention with red hair that may have yielded one name. It just didn’t sit right with me how I was treated. His name is either Peter or Brain someone please address his behavior. I came to the counter he can see me through the glass and let me stand there for quite a while. He proceeded to walk up to where I was and rolled his neck and eyes with a mean look on his face. No smile no smirk a dry mean look not a hello welcome to loves, not a how can I help you just a look. I said can I get a shower he rung it up on the register and pointed to the rewards scanner and walked away to ring it in the the other computer barely turned around and said the door is open and balled up the shower slip. I looked because I was unsure of which shower and he said shower 1 the door is open. His demeanor and tone was very nasty and he definitely need a class of customer service one on one. Maybe Thomas can teach him because his customer service was great that’s why you get one star. I will never be back and I don’t recommend anyone come to this love’s if this is the way he treats all customers.

Clean truck stop, lots of parking, even had rv hookups and a dog park. Took our two large dogs to the park on site and they were able to safely run around and go to the bathroom. Dog park was also clean.

Nice and big truck stop. But in shower floor did not sweep properly. Lots of lose hair all over in the shower. Even temperature was very low too inside the shower. About cleanliness this is one of the worst showers I saw at Love’s truck stop.

Everyone on the staff is excellent! Extremely personable! They work hard to get to know their customers! Very clean store. Fast service. Best truck stop I’ve ever been to!

Manager over the loves in Loudon Tn is ignorant seen me and my family standing in line and was able to take the order of the lady Infront of us we stood in line for 5 plus mins and then we step up and she goes were shut down till 1130 literally logged out of her register infront of us she has short hair and wears glasses don’t go here she was running the register at Arby’s and yes she’s a manager she carried the tills to the office to count them ruined our night after a very long day of traveling and just wanting to go to our hotel room with some food she was ignorant enough to log out instead of taking our order too and goes you can wait 30 mins do not go here the manager is very ignorant and doesn’t care about the customers horrible horrible customer service!!! Who ever made her a manager made a mistake!!

My husband and I have been going to loves over the years during our travels to use their showers. We always get a team shower which cost 17$. Randall the manager (who tried to charge us 34$) told us that “we have been getting away with that price”…which means every other Loves we have been to has been charging us incorrectly…? Bad form Loves. Rude manager, wont be back!

In the service station lazy guysDon’t care about your time if your tire is flat dont waste time here just move forward for next service station. They were two guys and one lady. They don’t like work just waste time there is was there 7:00 am and left from there 1:00 pm just flat trailer tire.

The service shop is lie in your face. Love have to stop this kind of contractors speedco. They told you Will get service then later no call at all and when you ask they tell you maybe tomorrow. They want you to give up and go. I want negative 5 Star for this place.

Took my truck to the shop for tire repair and check, my company was billed for the service they rendered only to find out later they didn't do anything other than billed my company for work not performed. Please avoid the tire shop or probably the shop itself. I asked them several time did they check all my tires and they said yes and it was a lie and they said they repaired my tire and that also was a lie. If you do go there, please before you leave check to see if they performed the work being billed . Me myself I would avoid that particular Loves.

Do NOT bring a low boy in here. There is a massive hump at the fuel pumps and the scale. You will get high centered with a big load. Not a good place for OD loads or OW loads on multi axle.

Very lovely experience traveling from Ohio. Mel was so heartwarming and professional. It's folks like this that makes traveling long distances, so much more memorable and comforting! I love running into kind hearted individuals like your employees. We had great time getting souvenirs and anything else we needed. The store was immaculate and neatly organized!

I usually dont do reviews, but for these guys I had to… as far as the truck service side of things, these guys are the BEST… I had a ripped up tire, I was already parked in a spot for the night because I was close to my driving/working limit for that day, instead of pulling into the bay (which could’ve possibly violated my hours if I drove too fast, and somebody else taking that last parking spot available, leaving me in a really screwed up situation), they came out to me and got it squared away almost immediately!! every last one of those guys were friendly and kind which you don’t always get out here, willing to do anything to make my situation better, big time SALUTE to you men, we need more shops like this one out here in the trucking business, even the grounds and the store, it was clean, organized, bathrooms spic and span, clean showers, service 5 stars all around, WE NEED MORE PLACES LIKE THIS! SALUTE again!

To say I am impressed would be an understatement. Over the top for a "truck stop" Travel center for sure. Large opening fuel island, dedicated truck lanes out back. RV sites and a dump station for a fee of course. But also had water to rinse, not drink. Clean inside with wide variety to choose from. Clean facilities.

One of the most clean and professional looking Loves I have been to. They made sure I was WELL taken care of. Made sure I had everything I needed and I was as comfortable as possible. The staff was unbelievably nice. I wish more Loves Travel Stops were like this one. If I am ever back this way I will 100% stop again!Shout out to Peter and Derrick!

RV stop. Concrete is not level. Concrete crew, you had one job.Wifi is paid for in the reservation, but the network is not present or available, nor is it a hidden network.There is a different network for which the provided password works, as soon as you pay for it in addition to the one you already paid for.Called the phone support line. Told them where I was and spelled it three times. She said I'm sorry I only need the city and state. It's there an IQ test? Or a below minimum wage option if your IQ doesn't register on the scale?Emailed the store. Apparently that email address is not monitored. I'd go in there but I have mobility issues and it's a really long walk. And do I really expect a network issue to be fixed by a cashier?Their fee to purchase this service when I try to sign in is $3.99/ 4 hours. That is the value they place on this service. Therefore I am due a refund of $23.94.They didn't seem to have all these technical problems taking my money.

Our first overnight stay at a Love's RV spot in Louden,TN.Easy access, straight back-in parking.First thing we realized: The pad is not level. We had to drive up on blocks in the front. Not designed for 40' motorhomesSecond thing we realized: Due to the width (narrow) of the pad, you can't back up all the way because the bin door for the water/electric will hit the power pedestal. Thus, parking the car in front is tight.And, what aggrivates me most: You pay $40 a night to be parked with RV's away from the semi's with their generators running all night so what to they do? They have 3 boondock sites between the pumps and RV sites. So there are 2 refrigerated box trucks parked 30' in front of us with itheirs generator running.Will definitely ask many questions IF we ever decide to try this again.
