Food Lion in the village is a nice store always clean and the staff most of tlthem to me seem young and you know most of the time young kids just horse around. But I will say the young man and women are good hard workers. Its nice to see. I would get the management staff there and a plus for the hard work and train these kids.

The only place we shop for groceries in loudon. Clean and the staff are always friendly and they will help you with anything you need. Prices are alot cheaper than rip off city

Bought a Christmas tree that took on water up until 3 days before Christmas day. Very pleased with the shape and strength of the branches. Very little needle drop the entire 3 weeks plus that we had it up. $60 price was fair for the product.

Appreciate this store always have what we need. If they don’t they will order for the future! The only reason 4 stars is twice the checker was obviously sick. Go home or work in the back.

I normally love food lion but my experience with my son's birthday cake really altered my opinion of them. I ordered a tractor themed cake for my son's 2nd birthday party and when I went to pick it up.. it was ALL WRONG. I specifically asked for whipped icing, it was not whipped. The picture of the tractor was not proportional whatsoever. The writing on the cake was halfway off the cake and written on the border. When I went to pick the cake up, the lady said they tried to contact me but the employee who took my order had such terrible penmanship that you couldn't read the order slip and they definitely called the wrong number. I was so upset. They did not even offer a discount for the major inconvenience until I asked for it. I will most likely NEVER order from their bakery again!!

Without a doubt, THIS IS the BEST grocery store I have visited. It's ALWAYS clean and the variety of products fresh. Their staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful regardless of time. Kudos to the Managers for continuing to care for the customer. Highly Recommend.👌👍

I drive 10 extra miles to get the BEST prices and customer service at Food Lion. You never have a shortage of cashiers or bag your own groceries. There is always someone asking if you're finding what you need. Very clean store and restrooms as well. This store is so well managed that it makes competitors subpar.

A great grocery store option for residents of Tellico Village. While not the modern day mega mart, this store has everything you might need. The store is clean and well staffed and the staff is willing to help at any time.While the remodel looks good and gave the store an updated look, between supply chain issues and the explosion of houses built / people moving in, the store sometimes is lacking on the shelves. I wish they had built new and expanded into a more competitive mega mart. At least with the larger size they may be able to keep up with the now increased demand.Don't get me wrong. This is still an awesome store with an awesome staff. You won't regret going there and getting to know this location and it's staff.....and what I hear being there today, they are always looking for new people. This isn't really surprising anymore as everyone is hurting for people. If you're looking, they'll be interested in meeting you.Update 11/2022So many fresh new faces but the same great attitudes. I'll keep coming back....

Very clean store. Produce section has nice variety of fresh fruits and veggies. Meat section is adequate but not up to par with some of its competitors. Very professional staff. This store does get substantial business and often runs out of items before the next truck arrives to restock inventory.

Nice staff and nice organization. Store isn't busy ever. Make sure you check the dates on your food. Several loafs of bread with green mold and 2 out of 3 times we go we end up with expired food.

Nice clean store. Prices aren't any higher than any other grocery store really. I grew up on food lion and I still kinda prefer them over the bigger chains.

i thought the cashier had kept my change.i was throwing the bag away and noticed something green in the bag.silly woman had put my change in the bag instead of giving it to me.every time i go to this store i find several reasons why i don't go here regularly. prolly my last trip. wasn't any silver i don't know where it went.i understand why i hear so many complaints.

They don't have everything I need like other chains, but they are right down the road and they are mostly very nice, and clean. They seem to be removing a lot of their perishable non-dairy and meatless items though, which may be suitable for farm country, but not so much for our household. Unfortunately, this is really inconvenient for us, and will eventually drive us to competitors for the bulk of our shopping needs.

This may not be the largest grocery store available, however, it has a nice selection of quality goods and I cannot find a friendly or staff to work with. Regardless if you're a member or not they seem to be helpful try to give you the best deal and work well within the confines of their positions.
