Terrible service was told to go to Philadelphia store if I didn't like it by alicia and I am new to town just spent over 300.00 dollars in this store and wanted a simple 6.00 return on wire rack storage shelves that I had the paper on the others that were returned! I am putting my house together and don't want to run to store for every "one" thing. The service I received there when spending 100.00s of dollars was awesome but returning was a thorn in my side to say the least I will not return to store # 1587 in Loudon Tennessee ever again and when asking "Alicia" who was the manager numerous times she replied she was until finally she said "Ron" and then would not give me information on how to contact him so there for I will be contacting corporate because I do not want these general stores popping up at every corner with these attitudes . Where I came from this is almost the ONLY store I shopped at and service was incredibly friendly kind welcoming loving homey people when I said I was glad I found the family dollar she said she was too oh and by the way the dollar general in Lenior City is much closer than Philadelphia just plan mean mean mean sleep well dream sweet look forward to talking to you Ron if you you exist and corporate I think training need done here!! Just one persons opinion like a belly button or an butthole

Family Dollar is not like the Dollar General that's for sure .. Family Dollar had Rotella T 15W 40 Quart's for $2.60 a quart & CRC Brake cleaner for $2.25 ya it's the Green Can but it still works ...

They had some great deals on blackout energy saving curtains, I got enough for 2 rooms for less than 50 bucks!
