nasty store and rude workers who dont know the law u cant ask someone for the dog papers its against the law i got a 6 lb shiz and i was holding her thru the store. someone should ask if she got papers for being that ugly

I would give 0 stars if I could but my issue about this store isn’t the store itself but it’s the management. I think Corp needs to get involved. What happened was my mom had major surgery like 3 surgeries in one week it was pretty rough but after 2 weeks in the hospital she got released then after 2 weeks at home the dr have her permission to drive I’m not gonna go into to much of her surgery but let’s say she only has a small amount of bowls and a incision from underneath her chest to down past her belly button.But let’s get to what happened. We needed some things from the Dollar General in Loudon so we went and while we were their she needed the bathroom and with the surgery and very little bowls she can’t hold it long like she needs to get to a bathroom fast but the lady at the cash register said no their bathroom is out of order (which I new was a lie because I know they use the bathroom their as employees) so my mom showed them her bandages and said she had surgery and she has to go to the bathroom now so the lady pretty much proved I was right because she asked the manager if they could give her the bathroom key that she had surgery and needs the bathroom and the manager said no the bathroom is still not fixed yet.I think it was ridiculous they could have allowed her to go they wasn’t even that busy like one of the workers could have walked her back and waited back their. So disappointing.

Mgr came behind me as I was testing a pen for caligrafy on the back of a 10% off sticker found n floor. I had 3 felt pens in hand already to purchase. Wrote Haopy Bday on the back of the trash sticker. She scolded me for testing pen. ( nvr tested a pen inside pkging. no pkg was opened) I explained I nvr harmed any product. At that time Amanda accused me of stealing INK n demanded pens are for the paying customer!!! In shock, i took every pen in hand and said Im ready for check out as ill be buying all 5 pens. She went into ofc. I went to register. I n passed her ofc n said i was ready to check out... she came to register upset with me. I said I need this customer b7tt

Everything I was there for was empty on shelves, with exception of 1 item. That one item was priced on shelf and search on app for one price, but scanned at a higher price. They refused to do anything, said they couldn't. Even argued it was a different item. -5 stars if I could do that. Most other dollar general locations have items in stock yet this location never does.

Great place !! The "New" Manager is as good as it gets.. She has taken on the challenge of turning this location around.. I look forward to going here now.. Unlike past visits, I'm in and out quickly.. The store is clean, and the staff is effecient and friendly 👌

I like the prices at Dollar General and the staff at this location are always super nice. My only complaint about this location is that it's a bit hard to maneuver through. It's small and there's always stuff out that hasn't been put away making it when harder especially if you have a cart.

The staff and management of this store is very friendly and helpful. Always eager to help thier customers in any way they can. And u can't beat the prices better than food city.

They usually have what you need at the right price. The only negative I can think of is that the lighting in this store is a little dim when compared to the other store in Loudon just down the road a bit. Upgrade the lighting and this store would get five stars.

If I could give this store a minus rating I would. Nasty, cluttered, total lack of organization. When I questioned the Assistant Manager about the conditions her reply was "who's fault is it - the manager doesn't care - and they don't tell us to clean it up". Ummm - really?!?!? You have to be told to clean up the store.I will be contacting the owner of this store and sending him the pictures I took.

I don't go to this one often, but I was on that side of town. I was very impressed with there customer service they lead me in the direction I needed to go when I walked in and was very nice at checkout!!

I like going to the dollar general to pick up a couple of quick items as opposed to going to the ever busy grocery store. I can run in and grab things like milk, bread, eggs, drinks, coffee etc... they even have a frozen food selection as well as a cold/dairy section.

There is no telling how much business your company could do if you would just keep the shelves full. It's pathetic every Dollar general I go in the shelves are so empty. You can't sell eggs out of an empty basket

Younger cashiers arent friendly at all. The younger girl checking me out came to the register talking on her phone. Rude! She hung up before checking me out but she should save personal calls for when she's off the clock!

I love being able to save money and the coupons and promotions are great. This particular store however, the last couple times I've went wasn't stocked on alot of things.

Great place to stop and pick up a few things you need. Cheaper then anywhere else in loudon. They have a good selection in their lawn and garden.

This store seems to have great difficulty keeping either managers and regular employees. As a result the store is usually completely unorganized in every way.
