Not only is Mr. Troy fast, knowledgeable, and efficient, he’s a good human being. We were driving to Nashville when the check engine light came on. Mr. Troy got us a snack and back on the road. He was a huge blessing to our family! Highly recommend!

Called Troy's this morning due to a tire blow out on I-40 outside of Nashville and he had a used tire, brought car by and was a quick change to get us back on the road. Super friendly and would recommend them for services.

Called for emergency help at 8am when they opened, as my truck was stranded right in lobelville. The receptionist told me theyd go right over and get my vehicle as it was literally two buildings down from their shop. 3 hours later i call for an update as i havent heard anything from them. Mechanic gets on the phone telling me there no way he could get to it. Excuse me when was anyone going to call and inform the stranded driver that NO ONE was intending on helping me from their shop?! I was told this shop wasnt the best but tried anyway only to be unbelievably disappointed with horrible customer service. Thank you Troys for making my morning even more stressful when my vehicle is already putting enough stress on me.

They are very friendly. Does great work. He works on our automobiles. He's trustworthy and honest. He stays busy and sometimes gets behind but he does what you need him to do and for a decent price.

Troys is one of the best other places told me it would take 350 to fix my car hey fix it for $40 I don't cheat I have stopped there many times just to get him to put air in my tire I've never been charged he was the one who actually found my dog Fred well his family helped to I appreciate all he has done to help I mean he saved me money cuz he didn't lie give him a good rating
