General hardware is family owned and ran and they are humble kind, very helpful and make you feel right at home. The Owner sheldon is always open to suggestions for ideas on new products to sell and will do the best he can to get you what u need. Too top all of that off they always have hand baked from scratch treats and goodies for sale that are phenomenal for the price you pay
