I have an autistic son that called and asked why no one was figuring out why no one was getting his meds pre-authorized and the women working on 2/15/2024 was very rude and yelled at him cause he needs this medicine. They told him to not come back to the store and won't tell us how to get the medication. This will be a lawsuit. The phone conversation was recorded. And the names of the women working will be posted here for everyone to see. Awful ground of people. They treated him awful not knowing he's autistic and don't fully understand how to conversate with people. I told them I'm the guardian and I'll come in to pay for it and they told me no. . exoect a lawsuit. I will speak to corporate next. Don't shop at the Livingston TV office. They're judgmental Karen's.

Erica and Deidra are the worst people I've ever worked with. They lied and told me it was illegal to fill narcotic medications without the accompanying non narcotic, which was a lie. Then threatened to call the police when I asked for a refund because they dispensed the wrong medication. It was finally resolved over a month later after calling corporate everyday for a month. The most unprofessional people I've ever worked with in any industry.

The pharmacy is terrible! We had a call in on the phone 7:15pm and it went till 8:05.. knowing that the pharmacy closes at 8 Pm.. not one person answered the Phone.. ridiculous

If you have the resources to do business at any other pharmacy, you should. Worst staff and terrible service. It is unfortunate that there are so few options for people in this area.

Deidra.... a pharmacist at Livingston TN Walgreens has been so helpful from helping with insurance to discount cards the past few months for me and my daughter. I have been at this pharmacy for years but recently considered switching because of poor customer service . With her involvement it is now excellent and I can continue using my local pharmacy. Life is difficult enough without a terrible experience trying to get medications. She is awesome.

Advertising free flu shots… well I gave them my insurance info…. Oh we can’t take that… blue cross blue shield…. Never even offered to ask if I would want to pay for the shot, and when we ask about the free flu shot, oh we don’t do those anymore, but yet had 2 things advertising them….

Worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. My daughter was very sick and had antibiotics sent in after a morning doctor's appointment. Went to pharmacy an hour later and they said to give them another hour. Called after an hour and they said wait another hour. Three hours later I drive back to the pharmacy because I can't get through on the phone. Got there at 5:30pm and they said they would let the pharmacist know so it would be rushed. I left after 45 minutes since I had a sick daughter to feed and take care of. Finally received a text at 7:40pm letting me know it was ready but my daughter was already in bed and I wouldn't have been able to drive there in time before they closed at 8 anyways. This prescriptions was for a children's antibiotic, the kind where all you do is pull the bottle from the shelf, add some water, shake and it's ready. I have had these filled at the Cookeville Walgreens multiple times and they literally just filled it as I was standing there at the counter. I was also met with rudeness during all of my interactions with employees at this location, including the next morning when I was finally able to get her medicine.

Two reasons why I give this pharmacy 1 star. First, the drive thru service is the worst. You get in line behind someone and wait for 20-30 minutes, and your stuck because there isn’t a good way around. I guess they tell the car at the window to just wait while they fill the Rx instead of saying pull around and get in line again, so everyone is forced to wait entirely way to long. Second, I have the walgreens app, which should work great, but for some reason it never does at this location. I should be able to click on the prescription and request a refill but every time I do they magically never get it and I have to start all over. I questioned the pharmacy staff why it never works and if I’m doing something wrong and they told me it’s a problem with the app, and they are working to fix it. Mind you, this has happened multiple times over the last few months. I called the walgreens customer service who told me there isn’t any reported problems with the pharmacy app they are aware of. So really it’s just a problem with this location and not being able to do things quickly and efficiently. The staff told me I need to talk to someone in person or on the phone to make sure the prescription is processed. As you can see from other reviews that takes forever so you’re lucky to get anything filled the same day.

Sick and tired of rude poor customer service at this pharmacy. I get it, sometimes people have bad days and busy days, but this has been multiple times I’ve had rude poor customer service. Completely over it. I’ve worked in customer service myself and that’s just not how it’s supposed to go. I cannot recommend this pharmacy and I’ll definitely be switching pharmacies myself. How hard is it to just be kind and compassionate? Apparently pretty hard. Would rate lower than one star if I could.

If I could rate it at zero starts I would. Rude, slow and unintelligent describes the staff in the pharmacy. Here to pick up a prescription for my very sick child. I’m told they never received a call from my doctor, so I called our doctor and asked them to call it in. They had already done it but did it again. I went back to the counter and the girl behind the counter ignored me and helped people behind me. When I got to the counter she rolled her eyes when I told her what my doctor said. She says who called? Who’d they talk to? She continues to ignore me and screams out to other staff to see if anyone got a call. When someone says yes, she snaps at me we’ll call you and turns away. I ask her how long and I’m told 30 minutes even though it was called in initially over an hour ago!

I waited on hold for over 18 minutes to see if my prescription was ready when I dropped it off over 3 hours ago. The last time I needed a prescription filled they closed at 6pm when store says 10pm. They are super slow and customer service is awful at the pharmacy.

This Walgreens Pharmacy is amazing! Even when they are super busy and backed up they are so friendly and helpful. They have really helped me when I needed prescriptions at the last minute. I am so thankful for them!!

I have had nothing but issues since I HAD to switch because of my insurance regulations. I have a set schedule that I get my scripts. Now again they are all screwed up because they didn't tell me that I was out of refills on a script. But of course it was a "we told you we it was out". Now it's the weekend and I am out of that script. It will be Monday before I can get it. If it were not for store hours and days of operation, I would NEVER have changed from my previous pharmacy .

this is probably the most horrific experience of my life. a pharmacy, let alone a chain pharmacy, should not be allowed to deny service to anyone based on their judgement. making a judgement call based on the type of medication i'm there to fill, is discrimination. flat out. not filling my medicine simply because you don't feel comfortable doing so is ridiculous. you are not paid to feel any way about me or my medicine. you are only there to answer questions & to fill what my doctor has prescribed me. if my prescription was fake, understandable. if my prescription isn't due for another couple of days, once again understandable. me paying cash for a medicine my insurance has to pre approve, when pre approving a medication takes up to five to seven business days, isn't understandable. after calling to speak to your manager but you, along with other, refuse to let me is also not understandable. walgreens might be a big business but refusing to do the job you are fired to do is unacceptable. 1800walgreens, corporate, everyone is being called. this is flat out ridiculous.

The store is fine. I have frequent problems with the pharmacy losing my prescriptions, even ones they've filled many times will suddenly not exist in their system.I would also not recommend doing passport photos here. We had to have ours redone at another store after they were rejected.

Use another pharmacy if you're from out of town and on vacation. If not, you'll get to give them your life history including why you're wanting to get your medicine there. If there have been another pharmacy open in Livingston on Sunday, I would have used them. Livingston needs more competition.

Ask if I can transfer but my pharmacy because my is not open tomorrow told her they fill early but this time not she give me the spill that I should have some extra told her can't do anything my meds that when I told her that why people kill there's self is because of pain. She hang up on me. If she could not work or take a bath or shop even cook I wonder how she would do. I would not post but that's people need to see.

Stopped by to pick up my 6 month olds heart medication, said it wasn’t ready yet. Called two days later, said they didn’t know if we were ready for it, so it wouldn’t be ready until late Monday evening because of it being the weekend. Directed us to the 24 hour location because they’re better suited to handle things.

Worst customer service on the planet worse than McDonald’s. Stayed on hold 17 minutes. They couldn’t care less . Listen up Livingston start going across the street to Super D’s .Friendly staff who actually pick up the phone and say hello when you call.
