I took my puppy here and it WELL worth the 25 minute drive! The $10/day WAS initially the appeal so I took a chance. Having very bad experiences with other boarding places in the past (with coming home with fleas and watching them literally DRAG my dog into the back right in front of me, separate occasions,) I was leary because of the low price. But was I so happy to meet Shannon! Her kennel is well kept and her personality showed she trully loves what she does and it isn't about the money! I even called a day before and asked if she had time for a last minute grooming before we took him home and she was very excited to say that it wasn't a problem! Living in Baxter, I will NEVER think twice about the distance. The care is what's most important and that she has!

I feel so quilty for dropping my dog off here. He was filthy when we picked him up from the "pet spa". He smelled like pee and was covered in feces. She went to wash him off after I said how nasty he was but she couldn't dry him because she left the towels at home. Why did she leave the towels at home because she didn't work on the holiday and it's hard coming back to work after a three day weekend! I have no words other than DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!! I wish I hadn't ever. My heart hurts for my dogs. He has no voice. Please don't use this place. She needs to be shut down and I will do all I can to make that happens.

OMG, Animal control should close down business like this, especially when they cause dramatic issues with our pets. All need to be aware if an establishment receives 1 or 2 boarder line reviews, it could be just a few people not happy. However when you see this significant amount of reviews stating severe horrific experiences, people should never, never go to them for anything ever.... I hope they get shut down quickly. PPL, RUN!!

Left my dog here for an hour and came back to blood all over the table from her cutting his nails too short:( he was in a lot of pain and is now afraid of anyone to touch him grooming wise. She also cussed about the dog when we picked him up talking about how awful he was. I hope she does better in the future but please save your babies and don't take them here! The best place in Livingston to go is The Pampered Pooch on the square. She is very sweet and takes care of our dog.

HORRIBLE!!! I will never take my dog there again!! She is nasty and can NOT cut hair. My dog looks like a gremlin!! Not worth 30 bucks. Pathetic

Took my baby in for a spa treatment and was overjoyed with the service and care provided by groomingdales. I would highly recommend anyone to use them.

Please don't leave your pets here. I've heard this place is terrible. I've heard of animals left in poor conditions here, lack of care, rude employees and owners, and many other terrible things about this place. If you love your fur babies..DO NOT board them here.
