We got a pup in 2019 ot 2020. Staff is friendly and helpful. When I was there, it was obvious that they were doing what they could with almost nothing. Judging by more recent pictures, it looks like they're making improvements. We paid $20, waited 3 days, came and picked her up. It was fast, easy and cheap. I think they get a lot more flack than is deserved. Maybe more social media presence would help, but I doubt they'd have the time. Little Sheila is happy and healthy in Washington.
