TLE at this location is the absolute worst ever. The guys are talking instead of working and not worried about getting customers taken care of. For the amount of money they are making, they should be getting these vehicles on an out quickly. I have had to wait almost 2 hours just to have a sensor replaced!! Never again will I ever purchase tires here!! If 0 was a choice I would NOT even give them that!!

Worst Walmart, I have been into. 2 lines open and only self check out. The young teens didn't pay any attention to those who needed help, like the veteran in a scooter who needed assistance waving his hand, nor to a woman who was 100% stealing and not hiding it I any way. But boy, did they flag me when they thought my box of noodles didn't scan. She pulled up the video of me scanning it and even looked to see if all 3 of my items were scanned. It wasn't a problem that she looked, but her little young attitude was disgusting. I would be absolutely ashamed as a business owner to have such a person working for me.I didn't meet 1 nice employee in there at all, and I had asked for help from multiple people. Definitely won't go there again.

I’m new to the area and the amount of times I have had to deal with rude employees here is baffling. Back in Christmas when it was busy as hell there were some older employees just playing away at their phones instead of doing their job at the self checkout. Had to get another employees attention cause she was too busy playing with her earbuds to realize that people needed help at the checkout and just now had an online order employee almost hit me with her cart and didn’t even bother to say sorry.

This location always has a really good selection. They are almost always well stocked and don't have pallets of products going up and down every aisle. My only reasoning for not giving five stars is due to them normally only having one or two check out lanes open.

This is one of the best Walmarts in the Southeastern United States in my humble opinion!Everyone I've ever spoken with at this location has always been friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and everything is well stocked. The parking lot has recently been repaved and it's very nice and smooth with no potholes. The automotive department is also top-notch! A gentleman named Martin has been working there for years and he is always very friendly and helpful as well as Janice at the register and Misty also. I get my oil changes here and sometimes buy new tires for my pickup truck every 3 years or so. I cannot think of one single complaint about this Walmart location.

This brought back Great memories when I was young. Playing at the arcades at the mall's. Probably wouldn't have left if the games were on. Couldn't believe I saw this arcade room inside Walmart, felt like a kid again for that moment, just by seeing them 😊

this store reminded me of the oliivebranch store. Takes longer to checkout than pickup your groceries. By the time you go thru checkout your frozen items are thawed and milk is not very cold . They can do better than that but bad management and greed are the rule of our choices now.

Just used the pharmacy but they are always helpful and even though my medicine wasn't quite ready I finished my shopping and got notified that it was ready sooner than they said. Well done!!!

My husband always has a problem finding an electric cart. It's 8:30, and there's quite a few, but they haven't been plugged in and DON'T work. This happens all the time here!

Poor management and terrible customer service the brand of milk I was trying to purchase was not on the shelf I could see it behind the racks in the crates asked a employee could they get me what I was needing back there they told me the only milk they had was on the shelf with me looking at probably 30 to 40 gallons different brands of milk that had not been stocked guess I'm gonna start back shopping at DG

Always do grocery pickup there. The food is always good, the people are nice and they are quick at bringing out your delivery. I will say these big companies need to pay their people more, the employees are more important than the CEO, Board and stock holders.... that bring the money in, and they give their life to the company. That is much more honorable than taking so much money that you are able to buy a half a billion dollar yacht. No one is worth that much money.

I go to this location often. It is easy to get to. I haven’t had any issues shopping here. The clearance aisle is small but usually has good things to get.

0 stars all the way. My tire popped while I was driving, and I risked driving on it for a little longer to get to Walmart at 6pm because I know they close at 7pm. I walk in, and I’m told they stopped taking service at 5:30pm… Why have the hours showing 7pm letting people think they still have time to get there? Now I’ve wasted my time and potentially damaged my rim hoping I can get it changed with a whole hour before they shut Auto Care down. That’s ridiculous.

I do pick up here and the service is great. However the people that shop for us always get rotten fresh produce like raspberries. Don't double bag heavy items and we are seniors trying to carry the bags as they tear apart.

Heading towards one star. I don't like or agree with self checkout. I had a cart full of groceries and the only lane with a cashier was 4 deep. I got in that line only to have the cashier tell me that she was closed. I was just about to leave the cart with almost $500 worth of groceries and go home. Walmart you are on notice. I will shop elsewhere before I check out myself. Next time I will leave the groceries sit in the aisle to rot and cut all ties with Walmart. Prices mysteriously missing from many items. Becoming more like DG every day.

This place gets worse by the day. Can never check out. Nope don't do self checkout don't work there! Now the shelves are empty....prices are thru the roof! Can't even get someone to bring a chest freezer to the front for purchase...the cashier literally said "just order it online and have it delivered"....worse by the day, empty shelves and the most unfriendly staff I ever encountered...now there are stockers all over the store and it is a congested mess....you can never get help with large items to bring up front for purchase...a couple of associates actually said no one to help get that loaded just order online and have delivered to your house...really ...zero customer service 😞No improvement, aisles are cluttered with stock and shelves are emptied. The staff trying to restock are rude and act as if the customers are in their way and not the other way around. Most are too busy chitchatting with each other and playing on their phones. Terrible work ethic 😔 it's becoming harder to shop with associates that are stocking the shelves and they actually believe the customers are in their way...

Lexington, Tennessee Walmart is always clean and pretty well organized. They just repaved their parking lot and it looks very good. The staff is usually willing to help all they can. I love to go thru a line with a Checkout person instead of self-check because you can interact with the person and I feel like that's the way it should be. I'm not a paid employee so it's not my place to scan all my items. Overall I am very pleased with the Lexington Tn store.
