Not sure where all of the great stuff in the pictures is but our experience was not good. The ice cream is bluebell which is solid but we can get that at the grocery. I ordered the snowball. The ice was hard and by the time I was half way through it was a big solid ball of flavorless ice. This was our first time and it will be our last. Hopefully it was a bad day for them because the other reviews are pretty high.

Scoops was once next door to O'Reilly's Auto Parts on Church Street but they relocated to Hwy 104 N and they now have, not only more room but an expanded menu. My family, my employees and I order from there and visit there multiple times per week and we have never been disappointed with the food or the service. They have a special almost every day that you may access on Facebook. The taco salad is very good, I really enjoy the chicken wrap and on several Friday's, my son has brought me the hamburger and fries special. The burger is real ground beef and you can tell it. The fries are unusual and unique, you must swing in and experience it for yourself. There are many ice cream flavors and special ice cream dishes, along with awesome milk shakes. We will continue to patronize them and recommend them as an exceptional home owned and operated business worthy of your business! The dining area is often full because so many people have discovered this lil gem of an eating experience and take full advantage of it's ambiance.

OMG the best kept secret in Lexington Tennessee.... the ice cream is GREAT but the service a AND hospitality takes it over the top... the menu is sooooo much more than just fast food it's totally chef quality with a touch of down home cooking... I highly recommend stopping here for anything on the menu.... 5 STAR review and 100% customer satisfaction

Not only was I pleasantly surprised to find a nice selection of Texas’ best BLUE BELL ice cream, they also have an impressive menu. I got a loaded baked potato and it was a work of art. Beautiful and Delicious. I’ll definitely be back.

We stopped in for some ice cream and we were so disappointed. The quality of ice cream left a lot to be desired. Every flavor was gritty and had ice crystals throughout, that felt like it hadn’t been kept at a consistent temperature. Not creamy at all. The chocolate chip flavor had a very bad taste and was inedible, so we threw it away. The place wasn’t particularly clean either. A cute space that needs a lot of work if it’s going to succeed.

My favorite local place to eat! You will always be greeted with a smile, whether calling in your order or walking in. The food is delicious, great quantity and price. They provide different food options than others in this area, and it's fresh ! P.S. who doesn't love ice cream??

Recently moved to the area and was jonesing for some real ice cream. Did a search and The Scoop came up. They also had a FB page, where they show creations...😋 They show a shake, called the Butter Beer Shake...Wow, killer shake! Found my new ice cream shop...!

The ice cream is over priced but ok. Better bang for your buck at Dairy Queen a couple miles down the road but if you just want something over the top for an Instagram photo you might want to stop here.
