One of the best and cleanest goodwill I've been to. The cashier tries to get a little more from you though. Our purchase was around $28 and she asked if I wanted to round up to $30. If was pretty interesting that they ask that question.

The people that work there are rude. I walked in and 5 steps in the door I got stung by a wasp. My husband told the lady that I had got stung, she just walked off without saying a word. I just wanted them to get rid of the wasp so a kid or someone else didn’t get stung. Worst goodwill I’ve ever been into. Customer service sucks! They need to hire some people with people skills.

The Lexington store is always clean n tidy ❤ items are well organized and nvr alot of clutter or clothing hanging half on hanger w half on floor ☺ with the best employees. Their kind, courteous and informative. Very laid back energy helps me shop with very little anxiety n stress unlike most other retail or clothing stores. Would suggest everyone take a trip to the Lexington Tn store sometime in the near future has wide variety of useful items and clothes are nicely distributed easier to find than some other locations I have shopped at in surrounding areas....

I used to work at one in the Inland Empire Call. This store is huge.wheel chair accesible. The employees were nice chi out was fast. I was with a friend if mine who is deaf.one of the cashiers knew a little sign. My friend was very happy said all cashiers should learn to sign. Not everyone is hearing..we loved it here he bought several shirts. Shorts we left happy. He went back to calf.Im sure he told people about it

We will go out of our way just to visit goodwill stores when we are traveling..This store is in need of a larger building to hold everything and not be so cluttered. The back room of the store where the homegoods was located was a mess...Will we go back to this location?.?. ABSOLUTELY..

Sometimes a little overpriced but you must remember that unlike other stores the profits help alot of people!! Great management and staff!!

Prices are going up. The clothes are not as nice as before. Nic knacks are priced reasonable. Store not kept up like before. Shoes are worn out pricey. Some purses overpriced
