We walked in because we could smell the chicken clean across the town. The fat girl in me couldn't pass up this opportunity. I do not know when I would be back around to get it.We walked into an amazingly decorated store and very nice staff. They greeted us with smiles and warm welcomes. Ms. Wendy let us taste so many different things before we bought them. Because of her we bought more than we would have because we are usually not too adventurous.We ended up going with 15 oven baked, 15 spicy wings, 2 kabobs, 2 strawberry cream cheesecakes, 4 pieces of chicken, potato wedges, French fries, 2 chocolate chip, 2 peanut butter, and 2 white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. Everything smelled and tasted amazing! The potatoes were cooked thoroughly, the chicken was not only crispy but juicy and hot, and everything was fresh!While standing and waiting for my husband to return, I met a guy in line who used to live where we now live and work where we worked. It was an amazing stop. You couldn't ask for better food or service. It is clean and conveniently located. The customer service is outstanding and the prices are even better. I would recommend it.

This dodges has an issue with calling customers by pet names. Please stop calling your customers “baby” and “sweetie”. Especially when multiple employees have been asked time and time again not to do it. The professional title for customers would be ma’am, or sir. Other names are reserved for significant relationships. It makes for an extremely uncomfortable interaction. This should be considered sexual harassment when you are told multiple times not to call me baby or sweetie. Management please talk to your staff about how to address customers in a professional manner. Next time this occurs I will contact corporate or the BBB.

I've always been a Dodge's fan. What can I say 🤷‍♀️ The Dodge Store was clean when I was there. The ladies were so nice and very helpful. I made just a quick stop. Ya know, gas ⛽️ & a drink I ended up spending about 20 min. I looked at everything I think they had. I enjoyed myself. I needed to clear my head and just breathe, relax. I've had the same experience at every Dodge's chicken location I have found.

I went for my usual breakfast and the store was spotless. Counters clean, cups stocked, case was stocked and the food was fresh. All the team asked how I was doing when I walked in, it made me feel at home. Cashier Amanda was amazing and went out of her way to assist me . The cook Janie was very friendly and answered all my questions about the food. Sheri and Selena are very good leaders for the store.

I brought my 4 kids in with me for trip snacks. The lady that served us (Nichole) was very patient while the found their snacks. My daughter chose the last pizza stick but it was broke. The lady was more than happy to make a fresh one for her.Store was clean. Even the bathroom.

I'm done with this store!Got lunch a week ago, barely edible. Overcooked and cold. Got breakfast today and the sausage was RAW in the center!! Severely undercooked!! Mine and my wife's. Of course we're already down the road before we notice this.Both times the employees were more interested in talking and cutting up with each other than listening to what the customer wanted... probably why the food is so awful!Also... Haven't bought gas here in over a year. One price on the sign and a higher price on the pump. We're being forced into a cash free society, yet they charge to use a debit card... debit is instant, NOT credit!!They have ripped me off for the last time!! Again, I'm done with this place!!! It's a rip off!!

Very Rude! Didn’t get any of my order right! Alexius you’re very lucky we had been on the road all day! You are the most disrespectful and have the worst customer service! You need to attend an training on customer service! Not only did you not get my order correct. The lady, another customer yelling and you act like you out of space!! You pay your hard earned money. And you could care less. You should know that’s how your salary gets paid! You should’ve stayed at home tonight! Especially if you’re tired or high! Whatever your case maybe!! Then you say, you can’t get the order correctly! Wow!

Watched what seemed to be a manager ignore an entire line of people after the cashier upfront was asking for assistance. I believe her nametag said Selena? I know she had Red hair and medium build. I honestly feel bad for the Cashier and other employees who had to deal with her, but it's truly the customer that suffers when someone in management sees running the register as below them.
