I am beyond disappointed in our local Dairy Queen. Out of all the places it used to the one “good place” we had in Lexington.Tonight out of all places to go I chose DQ because they used to have the best blizzards & shakes. We purposely got out of bed & drove there just for a Royal Cheesecake Blizzard & my husband a chocolate shake. $10 for a mini blizzard & a medium shake. Yea that’s pricey but so is a lot of things so we chose to spend our BUDGETED MONEY here even tho it’s high. The girl at the window handed my husband the shake & the blizzard without turning it upside down which was a red flag immediately until he gave me a MELTED BLIZZARD. His shake was the same. Had she turned them upside down it would’ve spilled everywhere & she knew that.I’m tired of this happening EVERYWHERE WE GO so I had my husband park so we could go inside & get this fixedThe manager was outside so I approached him and showed him the melted blizzard. He also had an awful attitude towards me but did offer to replace it. While we were talking I looked in and noticed the girl who handed us our things from the window along with 2 other girls staring out at us.We went in and I complained. Which is my right. There were two white girls working behind the counter and they both had an attitude. One of them was saying something under her breath while shaking her head like I did something wrong. I am a paying customer. This should not have happened. I’ve spent hundreds over dollars over the years at this location.Me nor any of my family will ever support this location again. And I’ll continue to tell anyone I ever hear talking about going here what happened to us & will encourage them not to go.

I never leave a bad review, however this needs addressing.. i strongly suggest you not give this business a dime of your money. Not only was the facility absolutely disgusting, the customer service was pathetic. I called the manager over to address our “cold burgers” that we waited over 20 minutes to get… even after i made her feel the cold burger she argued with me that they were indeed fresh out of the oven and then walked away mid conversation.. MICHELLE was her name, FYI. I will never again give this business any of my money… and i will also be contacting Health services before someone gets sick.

I'm not one to complain but not only were they rude at the speaker when taking my order they didn't even listen to exactly what I wanted and pretty much made everything in the opposite way it was supposed to be made and then smile at me when they handed the food I figured everyone has a bad day but I know now that they only smiled because they made my order wrong presumably on purpose and I'm not the type of person to make a big fuss but if another customer makes you mad don't take it out on others is bad for business and probably why hardly anyone likes to eat here

Closed the lobby as we walked up and was told drive-through is also closed. So we just stayed on the patio to watch the fireworks at the lake. 10 min. Later they started serving through the drive-through car after car. Then my favorite part same girl comes out and says the fireworks are canceled. Sadly we know better having direct contact with the people setting them off tonight. This place is turning business away left and right. Literally carloads of people keep walking up and they are getting turned away . Most people have parked their cars to watch the show. It's just sad. And these people workup here have flat out lied to people and are rude as heck. Our group of 8 will not ever be back.

This place is horrible. The only reason they got one star is because I had to. Ordered chicken strip and fries there may have been ten cold fries in there. I do not know where they find these little tiny brick chicken strips pitiful more like popcorn chicken . I thought it might be a one time experience but it wasn't same thing couple weeks later I will never be back horrible place to eat

Went the drive thru twice. Once all I ordered a small fries and was given just that no bag or anything just the little box of French fries. And we did not receive our order in a timely manner either time.The second time we ordered a honey bbq strip basket. Got that handed to me on the box. Again no bag no napkins and they didn’t give me my sauce.

It is good if you visit during the day but we showed up at night it looked very dark but you can still see the works walking around . We pulled on around to the speaker the girl came a crossed before we could even say a word and they said they were closed yet it was only 9:25 on Saturday the web site says open till 10:00 . This seems to be the thing now when these places hire these kids and they are pretty much on their own . We went to Wendy’s and sonic for the night .

Ordered a pineapple Sunday. When ordering I was told all that's left is the juice and a tiny bit of pineapple mostly juice is that okay. I agreed to it. When I took my first bite I had to spit it out the little bit of pineapple maybe 4 small pieces and the juice was rancid. When I took it back to the counter the young lady that waited on us asked if I wanted another one as she would open a fresh can. I said no thanks, all i could think of was someone dumping that fresh can of pineapple with the rancid stuff, before she got to back to it. I will take a strawberry one. Now as far as the young lady that waited on us she was very apologetic, offered me water to get the taste out of my mouth, brought me the strawberry one to the table. She was very sweet. They should be proud on how well she handled the whole situation. I think she was the only employee that was smiling as she waited on people and greeted everyone that came in the door and thanked them as they left.the other 3 just looked like they did not want to be there. This young lady will go far in life, I hope she finds another job and gets out of this nasty place. And into a place that deserves her. I never did get her name. As for the dining room.Most of tables were dirty. We walked by about 5 booths before finding a clean one. It will probably be our last stop there.

Please read the one star reviews before you ever even think about going to this place ! I wish I would have! Negative 10! I couldn't believe my ears when I walked in the front door and they said that they were doing drive-thru only. Only two employees working... the Drive-Thru line of vehicles was all the way around the building. Seems to me like they would lock the doors and put a sign up if it was closed inside. The fat girl was really rude to me! Since I was on my motorcycle I decided to walk around to the drive-thru and waited to place my order and then she was rude to me again!?... telling me "you're just going to have to wait"... I just told the people in the car waiting "she's probably going to put a booger in my food, I guess I'll leave now" LOL. My first and last time ever to visit this Dairy Queen. So ridiculous I can't help but laugh I was not upset in the least bit... plus the rude fat gal told me she was the manager when I walked around front to ask for the manager. In my humble opinion they need to hire more employees and get a new manager!I rode down the street to Sonic they were much nicer! If she wanted to she could have just rang me up on the drive-thru register and taken my order even though I was inside the building. I guess she just didn't like the way I look or something??Oh yeah she locked the door when I walked out... I guess that was supposed to insult me, but it did not. It should have been locked to start with.

This is the second time I have attempted to have ice cream with my family at the establishment in Lexington TN. As well it is the second time we have been refused entry to the lobby. Meanwhile the staff is standing around joking and laughing. It is hours prior to their closing time so there is no reason they should be closed. As well the wait time is ridiculous as my order was melted almost to the point of being drinkable instead of eating it.

Just let me start out with the lady today so was nice and helpful, the guy in back was a big help today when a customer said some mean things to my grandkids, grandson should say, and the workers there helped me out and even said if they heard him talking to 9/7 years old kids he would have told the man to leave, even tho I went and found the guy still didn't help at all and yes I didn't go to off on him, he like he didn't mean it he was playing with them, ya don't play around saying the boys are ugly and the girls are beautiful, what he a creep or what, don't care old man or not he had my grandkids crying, and the young man working there helped me so much with them, and the other lady's there helping make all the kids laugh, thank you so much today coworker that work together and help there customers out, the guys name is Dakota hapten if I spelled it right, also my grandson said ya made him feel so much better so thank you for being there Dakota, ya the best young Man for helping my grandson out today

I sat their Sat morning at window waiting for biscuit gravy, scrambled eggs and a side of bacon. For 20 mins. Four people pulled out behind me. I asked her what the problem was she said we was waiting on scrambled eggs. We all know takes about 2 mins to cook. I noticed all the people on inside was getting their food. The manager was just drinking coffee not helping at all….

I remember coming here when there were bands playing on the weekends, car meets and events, back when there was food worth eating, now, you get, a blizzard that taste like the last one ordered (they don't clean the machine's paddles) that's cross contamination if you are allergic to something like the peanut butter.. The fries taste like they were made the day before and reheated throughout the day.. No matter what burger I've ordered it taste Unseasoned and few times uncooked.. Chicken strips come out improper cooked.. And staff, if they are present and not glued to their phones or hiding in the back of the kitchen, don't help you any... And lately they now close the lobby just so they don't have to deal with customers and say it's a low staffing issue.. Used to be worth going here but much like every other place its went down hill the past few years

Food was DELICIOUS. The cook had an attitude. Because I asked for no salt on my fries. But I praise the manager for taking care of the situation real QUICK. KUDOS to the manager. I even tipped the cook afterwards. Because she did fix the fries, and my chicken strip like I ordered them.

Have been satisfied with this establishment in the past, but went last night and will not be returning for a while. The food wasn't that good. The employees that were working were very mouthy. They were cussing and talking about the customers in their drive-thru. Had a group come in with almost an hour before closing and refused to allow them into the dinning area.

I've always been told if the parking lot is empty on a Friday night, don't eat there. That firmly applies to this location, there's a reason there isn't a line. Of the three times I've tried to get food or ice cream there, always with someone else, not by my choice, of those three times my order has been wrong if it showed up at all, and twice after ordering it somehow never made it to the back. There's nobody in the parking lot but you can't put a burger on the grill? There's major problems. Steer clear. Go literally anywhere else.

The food was okay but staff seemed a little disorganized. Seemed like manager had 2 very young girls hanging out in the restaurant. They were playing in the coke machine. They also forgot to flush the toilet in the ladies restroom. When brought to the attention of the manager she did go in and fix it. She said the handle is kinda broken. The counter could use a little cleanup.

My wife walked up to the register to order. One person was on my left the another person walked past the right register and went over to the other person on the left register. We were right in front waiting to give our order. Boy were we hungry. I love DQ hamburgers... Noboday said a word to us or even smiled our way. I expected a one liner. Ill be right with one.. or one sec please. but nothing. We walked out and went somewhere else.

Passing through stopped for dinner. No one has a name tag on so here goes. Young lady taking orders was friendly and smiling. The food was good although we had to go get it after sitting for 10 minutes. The food was sitting under the warmer for how long? No one in sight except for a young lady with ling blonde hair cleaning the tables. ALL but one ketchup was empty. She ignored us as went searched the tables for ketchup. After we sat back down she grabbed two empty ketchup bottles and huffing walked away. Really why the attitude? If you've done your job we would not be searching it would already be on our table full. Won't be back when we come through!

Easy to see from the main road. Handicap parking and access. Easy to pull in the parking lot, large parking lot easy to park spaces. it was my first time here and I will be back again. I have recommend this to anyone. Feel like my reviews please leave the thumbs up. Enjoy yourself and have some sweets. A good place to cool off on a hot day.
