I see what this has less than 3 stars, you have a prescription turned in at 8am, they said would be really at noon, then was told it would be after 11 THE NEXT DAY then the next day they did it wasn't supposed to be filled until today, then why at 6pm was it still not ready and they giving us attitude as soon as they answered. This is the worst pharmacy I've seen in my life and the rudest ppl work there. Will drive to Columbia to pick it up from now on at least they don't talk to us like trash for needing our blood pressure medication. Very rude, very disrespectful, worse place to go would give 0 if I could

I would give them a 0 if possible. It takes them 4 or 5 hours to fill your prescription. This is the same every month. They have to teach a class on how to be rude, because every employee there is unbelievablely rude. They complain they are short staffed. Every business is short staffed. Get over it already and do your job. I'm short staffed at work but I am nice to my clients and get to them in a timely manner. This is my last time using them. I am transferring my meds. You know what is sad they don't even care that the clients are unhappy. The worst pharmacy in the world. I tell them I have to take off work until they get my medicine ready because I work an hour away and they are closed by the time I get off work. Please tell me why you can't fill my medicine in a timely manner? When I ask they say we have 40 or 50 other prescription. It can't take 5 hours to fill 50 prescription

Will not return here. Or any locations for that matter. I live 2 miles over the county line, Shelbyville won't fill my meds, Lewisburg won't because my insurance isnt contracted to Walgreens. The male pharmacist is pretty rude. No way to treat customers.

Awful and incompetent. They claimed I filled a refill at a different pharmacy about 2 hours after my doctor called it into Walgreens. Also, they only gave me a 7 day supply of a med that I was supposed to get a month's worth of. This place is a joke.

They say prescription is on auto refill. Well that means they system orders your refill before you run out right? Then tell me why they never have it and I have to wait 3 to 5 days?? It's a good thing it's not life threatening for me or I'd be dead! They don't know how to manage the system or they just don't care and that's sad. The people in the pharmacy are better suited to work in a factory where they don't have to use people skills because none of them have any! Get your act together and do your job or find another one!

Retail staff has always been friendly and have helped us with requests such as passport photos. The pharmacy staff has always been kind and explained refill status to me. Never had a problem here.

I have never experienced a pharmacy as rude as this one. I dealt with 3 different pharmacy assistants, they were all extremely rude. I love the Walgreens pharmacy in Pulaski and never had these problems. Management needs to read all of the bad reviews and address the issue! I will never go back there.

10am appointment for vaccine, staff in state of confusion 15 minutes wait 1 person waited on in 15 minutes. Spoke with manager, it took her 5 minutes to get them to answer. Pharmacy lied said there were 4 people ahead of us. There was one person in front of us. I doubt I will ever come here again. CVS from now on

Absolutely rude workers in the pharmacy! I have only been here twice and both times the pharmacy staff and how they spoke to customers was terrible. One worker in particular is the worst! If I could rate zero stars I would. It is a shame because the woman working the retail side was so polite and wonderful. Cutting all ties with this location!

I was being harassed by a man at the pharmacy section and when it was my turn to go to the front, being visibly uncomfortable as the man wouldn’t leave my side, the younger tech started asking me my personal information and I know they’re supposed to but they need to be more observant on body language. I was visibly uncomfortable not wanting to answer because why would I? A man I don’t know could’ve heard and followed me home. But for her to repeat my info out loud was just irresponsible. Although their customer service is good, I know this man bothered them too which is why they were being snippy with him and making face as he was clearly not right stumbling everywhere and repeating and slurring his words. He ended up following me throughout the store.

Worst pharmacy in Marshall County. If you want a pharmacy that refuses to fill prescriptions, even after talking to your doctor, then go here- they’ll be great for you.Most rude pharmacy I’ve ever used and I’ll never be back, not even to pick up a photo.

I just called again and they should hire people with empathy and eager to help! I’m amazed how this pharmacy has survived! Customer service in the pharmacy is none existent! The attendant in the pharmacy should be not working with people! She doesn’t know how to treat people! She doesn’t shows interest on helping people.

The Pharmacy staff are very rude and Absolutely no help they make you feel like you are a inconvenience to them.In December i was suppose to get 12 pills of d12 with 4 refills and they gave me 4 pills and said i had no refills left but i can see the prescription on the app.. I was told by my insurance that walgreen was not running my new medication thru my insurance I sat on phone for a hour with my insurance who sat on the phone with walgreen to get no results . I ended up have to ask to have medication transferred to another Pharmacy they told me I had to contacted my doc have them resend it to another Pharmacy which makes no sense the lady was super rude the whole time.

Terrible. Not helpful, every time I go there, the tech assisting me is in a terrible mood and very rude. Switched to another pharmacy because of the attitude. Never came in contact with anyone in the pharmacy (aside from the pharmacist) that wasn’t in a terrible, snippy mood. Never again.

Rude people I have ever met. My doctor faxed in my RX and I wait a couple of hours before I go pick it up to give them time to fill it. I get there and a lady tells me it's not ready to come back in 20-30 minutes. OK I'm fine with that I go sit in my truck and I wait 45 mins. I go back to the drive thru and this time am told they don't have my medicine and that nothing was ever faxed.Now am pissed I leave call my doctor and she tells me she faxed it at 7:48am well the first time I was told it wasn't ready it was 10:30. I call Walgreen's sit on hold then they just hung up on me. So now I'm really pissed. I go back up there and I go in this time to hear it's not ready yet are you kidding me right now. So I wait for 5 more minutes and guess what I finally got my medicine at 12:30. So if u are in a hurry don't have any thing faxed.

Just moved here from Tulsa and about to fins out if this Walgreen's is any better than the one i left! Very slow, rude and incompetent. Lets see how well they handle my refills from Tulsa...then i can give more stars or not waste any more time on this!

Refused to fill a med because lack of instructions from the doctor.... the med in question has full on details on how to take it time of day and how many within the package... this was a issue for 3 weeks until resolved as the doctor had to put follow instructions on package... so was without meds for 3 weeks because all of this.

It's always something. Absolutely impossible to have a smooth transaction with the pharmacy. I'm done with Walgreens. Take your business to Wal-Mart Pharmacy, Kroger Pharmacy, anywhere but Walgreens!

Very rude workers in the pharmacy....after I finally had it with their rudeness I switched pharmacy. I told them NO ONE is allowed to pick up mt kids medicine except for me....so tell me why when I went to pick up my daughter's inhaler they tell me its already been picked up....im like i didn't pick it up and i didnt give no one permission to pick it up either...the woman was like it dont say anything on our computer about anyone else that isnt allow to pick up the medicine....remind you I told them before only I was only allow to pick up medicine and they said ok We will put it in the computer....so now thanks to them my child doesn't have her inhaler that she needs....i will NEVER recommend this so called pharmacy to anyone...

Pharmacy only........Rude, Inconsiderate, slow as all get out and can't get things right. They don't do what they say or when they say. If there was another Walgreens in the area or another pharmacy with drive thru, I'd use it. I've used other locations in middle TN and they are not like this one.

Way to expensive, you can go to Walmart or kroger and get the same product cheaper. They sell outdated items

They wouldn't answer a phone call 10 minutes before they closed and then get there get there like 2 minutes before they closed and they were already shut the door Like they should not be closing early and they should answer the phone even if they are about to close
