They gave me a cell phone number that they don't even answer. I told them multiple times that I'm picking up my dog on Sunday morning. They said that way fine and nothing else was ever said. I came back after going on tour to find out that no one is here and I have to wait till Monday to even talk to someone. I tried driving to the building and knocking on every door and calling every number I could to get my dog and make sure he is safe. I now assume that they will try to charge me for an extra day even tho I showed up on time. I will never do business here again. Not even for a vet check. You play with my dog you are playing with fire. There better not be a single thing wrong with him.

They are always great with Lakota, and he loves it there. Could not ask for a better retreat to take him too. Thanks for everything you all do. Awesome job!!!

Had issues getting in touch with them for the entire first week we were on vacation and kept having to call the hospital to get in touch with anyone. Was finally given a cell number that we were supposed to of apparently been given to begin with. Was told he wasn't eating. Great to know almost a week into our trip. Told them to give him wet food and that fixed that issue. Then got told he got what they call "happy tail" and had to see the vet to get it bandaged. Said it was caused from beating his tail against the wall. We were told when we dropped him off he would be in the largest run because of his size (95lbs). He wasn't and the run was too small for him. Got charged for the vet on top of everything else. They might be OK for small animals if you're only going to be gone a few days. We were gone 18 days with a large dog. Will just take him with us next time and save the $600...

This was by far the BEST place I've ever boarded my dogs!!! Staff went above and beyond from the moment we called to schedule their stay until the moment we left. Other places had my dogs anxious, smelly, and stressed when we left but this place my dogs seemed happier and more relaxed after staying here! Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of care and activities involved that are included in the price. Definitely using this kennel for all of our grooming and boarding needs for now on! Thank you for caring for our babies so well!

They did a great job on Nikko, only reason not 5 stars is I asked for short apt because he is 12yrs old and took 6hrs
