Tried calling multiple times, put in a application to start the process and got 1 email back in return. Never heard back from again. I strongly do not suggest this organization. It's apparent they are in no rush to help.

Called multiple times, left voicemails, no answer or return call, ever. Needed help, and they didn't care about the cat enough to give me a call back. Giving 2 starts because I imagine they do help others, just don't know why nobody cared when I called and explained the situation.

Found a kitten, filled out their online intake application, submitted a pic of the kitten and it says 72 hours for a response back. I checked inbox and junk and never received a response. Had another non profit pick it up and they got the donation.
