New to Lewisburg, they do not have a Kroger where Im from, so walking in I didnt know what to expect. I was greeted almost immediately and all the people in the store seemed to be really nice. They had a good selection of produce and I found everything I needed. I guess I just found my new grocery store from here on out.

Kroger has been my favorite grocery store here in Lewisburg. Produce is fresh people are nice. Yeah they do have backups sometime in the check out but it's worth the wait. Five Stars

Yes, I was just at lewisburg Kroger (4/20/24 at 15:30 time) customer service desk and waited for 10 minutes. No one and I mean no one acknowledged me waiting for help. This isn’t the first time this had occurred, not only for me but for others customers as well. I’m A frequent customer at this store. It seems to me that it’s getting worse.

Small, crowded, not fully stocked. No cashiers. Prices were decent this time in comparison to last visit. Oh and the pics that come up are definitely not from Lewisburg's Kroger.

Went into the store to buy something they didnt have and one of my friends needed to use the restroom so we waited but when we left the store manager walked out and took a picture of our plate we asked why but she kept walking and didnt say a word.

5/3/24: big improvements recently! Items have been in stock and most recent pickup order was perfect!Previous review:I’ve always had good experiences at other Kroger and Walmart stores, but this location struggles with a lot. Items are often priced incorrectly, many items listed in weekly ads don’t seem to ever be stocked in store (like gallons of Kroger brand organic milk). They’re constantly out of the produce that’s supposed to be on a good sale, even if you go the first day of the sale.Pick up orders have been a mess. I almost always have items missing, and substitutions are often calculated incorrectly so that the substituted item is more expensive than what I was trying to buy. I’ve received moldy/rotting food. And once I was even charged for an item that I hadn’t ordered, which shouldn’t even be a possibility.

The grocery pick up experience has been awesome! I love how it shows my last purchases items and makes sure all my coupons are applied. I love the sweet young ppl that bring the groceries out too.

There is only one cake decorator, so when she calls out, no one gets their orders that day. It’s not the employee’s fault. This is a multi million dollar company. Hire enough people so when one employee is out, the whole department doesn’t crumble.

New to Lewisburg and very happy to have a Kroger in my life again!! Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, fabulous produce. Great savings with the Kroger savings card too! I love that I can also get my normally hard to find health and beauty items that I used to have to order online. Lots of great name brands!

My family shops here all of the time, using the kroger plus card to help save on gas as well as groceries. The prices and deals are great, the staff is okay ( though sometimes customer service can be a bit hard to come by ), and if something that was on sale is out of stock, they'll give you a rain check on it so that when it's back in stock you STILL get the deal! Overall it's a wonderful store that I'd recommend.

The only reason I gave this store one star is because it was necessary in order to write a review .............................................................................................................Since I posted the following review , the Store Manager has been transferred & I've after hearing this I revisited the store & it has improved GREATLY !...........................................................................................................Now that they have a new management team , I shop there 90% of the time . The store is clean , the employees helpful , & the new managers are beyond friendly . They've turned a 1 str review into a 5 !

Really upset that the Lewisburg, TN store cannot keep my brand of cigarettes in stock? I go out of my way to shop at this store, and when they don't have my cigarettes, which are *Basic Light 100s*, it's quite upsetting, especially when I have to backtrack 2 miles to get them elsewhere? Otherwise the store has a good group of people working there most of the time.

Their Kroger brand is really good. The savings you earn with your Kroger card really pays off. You can very up to thirty cents off at the gas pumpsof you do all your shopping here. Not ever time but you get at least three cents off everytime on had with the Kroger Card...

Store is very very very small! Not to many selections! The Hispanic section is the more pathetic I have seen! Just salsa and tortillas!!! What is that??? Get GOYA products, RICO products! It needs to be cleaner and have more meat selections! Praying to get a Publix in this town!

I have come to prefer Kroger as my primary grocer,over the years, for various reasons. This is ,by far, the smallest of their stores that I have encountered and I almost took away a star because of that, but I won't. It's all there, and the staff is great.

The produce and meat is great. Everything there in general has great quality. If you have a Kroger card, you save a lot of money even with gas money.

Kroger in Lewisburg is a great place to shop. The vegetables are fresh and the meat and deli departments are well stocked. The pharmacy has convienent hours with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone at our Kroger is always friendly and helpful .

With the virous going on, its its your workers that will spread the virous. When you try to walk in you have to go through 2 workers talking, no wipes to clean buggies off, and 3 workers blocking the meat the point of having to touch them to get anything from the cooler.

And that one star that I give Kroger's pharmacy is generous. Their Pharmacy is in my insurances Network or they are contracted with Medicare but they, the pharmacy, will not let me move all of my prescriptions to them because I have to take a pain medication and they have said for the past almost 2 years that they cannot take anybody else that takes any pain medicine because they have already ordered there allotted amount for the year. I was told this today and she even went on to say that in the past two or three months they've been running out we're only in the fourth month of this year. Does that mean that you're just stupid or do you think I'm stupid? Cuz that makes absolutely no sense. I know people that have walked in off of the street with a prescription and headed field right then and there but yet I can't? I don't understand oh, I do not understand how you can be a providing Pharmacy especially for something like Medicare and turn people away that have Medicare. So maybe somebody needs to work on that situation.

This is an older Kroger location so it's a bit more cramped than the newer ones, but it's still a great place to shop for groceries!
