Ok, this review coming from someone who has shopped at goodwill for over 30 years and donated almost as long. I just went in and bought some things and was informed, at checkout, that they will no longer provide bags for your purchases. I have just about stopped shopping at GW due to the outrageous pricing over last 2 to 3 years and they just keep going up on products that are supplied to them for free through donations... don't get me started on the pricing. But, going in and finding that they have become so greedy that they don't want to provide bags for people to carry out what they purchase, well that's the last straw! If just Lewisburg,I will not be shopping there anymore. If it's all Goodwill stores, will take my business elsewhere, looks like yard sales and other fairly priced stores (not many left) for new items.

This is one of the better Goodwill locations in southern Tennessee and I’ve had a couple of good finds here and look forward to shopping here again.

Well stocked with a good variety of items, most in good used condition. A good selection of clothing and shoe sizes! We found some great things here. I also appreciated the clean restroom.

Love shopping here and great prices… but they have a male cashier that makes me very uncomfortable every time I come in. Dead staring and then getting up on me. So bad and my mother even noticed it. Disgusting. (He is the one in the wheelchair).

I love coming here to shop but they are beginning to get ridiculous with their prices. It's supposed to be a thrift store all of this stuff is used and they're putting brand new prices on some things. 👎

I have been to several in the area and found this location to be the best. More items, well organized, clean, friendly service. Whenever in the area, I stop and shop. I always find something.

It was nice for myself. Unfortunately the female that came with me is a alcoholic and drug addict whom was sad and threatening suicide so to be kind I offered her to come with me and offered to buy her whatever she wanted . I probably spent 75.00 on a variety of super nice things while she spent the hour and a half that we were in there, looking at the same rack of shoes only trying to steal the pair in her hands. She ended up telling me she just took her old ones off and put new ones on and walked out. I was so ashamed and disappointed. I can't believe I brought her with me either and regretted every minute of the shopping. Also am terribly sorry.

Found some great finds. Best find, an antique Steamer trunk with brass and leather exterior with wood cedar interior for (only!) 25 buckeroos! WOW! Another awesome find, an antique silver tray that will shine right up after a good polishing. Along with, a few wooden storage goodies in need of fresh coat of paint to meet storage needs in my art studio. Had fun visiting with some good friends ran across while there. Fun trip. Scored!!

This Goodwill is Clean, well Organized, and the Clerks were helpful. I needed a suit for the occasion of Special Honor. Goodwill had a Very Nice suit. Black with charcoal pinstripe. They offer some discounts. I got a Military discount myself.

This store is by far the BEST goodwill store I have ever been too. The merchandise is top notch and the employees are so very nice and polite. You are always welcomed with a smile and asked if you need help with anything.

If it was possible I would give no stars. The employees were rude and tried to overcharge us. They took away the 99¢ tags. There were hardly any orange tags that were half priced and it was horrible. Don’t go here. Go to Potters Hands. All the money spent at Potters Hands goes to the local community. I will never go here again.

It would be nice if customers was not allowed to stand outside the stock room door and they surround the cart as soon as it's out. I was told to never reach into a cart they are trying to put on the shelf. I watched this happen several times this was the one in Lawrenceburg

The best goodwill store we have been to in TN, we always seem to find something that we really like here and have found some amazing deals. We frequently check goodwill stores all around the area including stores in Nashville and this one seems to have better stuff for us in it. The staff here are also the nicest we have seen.

Even though I love shopping at goodwill because I'm less fortunate than others, the prices here have steadily gone higher. Although no an over night thing, some things are just way too overpriced for anybody in their right mind to buy used. For example, blow up bed with a hole in it, 80 dollars. And than they have the audacity to beg you to round your change to the nearest dollar to support goodwill after ripping you off. Thing's have got to change back to the way they used to, otherwise I'll go back to shopping at Walmart for the same price.

This Goodwill is one of the best in the area. I always find something that I feel I did great on. They are very well organized and it's so easy to find what you're looking for. My favorite place to shop in town.

The Staff is the Friendliest of any Goodwill that we have been in and it is always very neat and clean. Mike is always a huge help if you need anything.

I have a special needs child. He has applied for a job here 3 times in the past 6 months. When I finally just called and spoke to someone about it I'm told he is to special needs and they have no place for him because he wouldn't be able to run a cash register. Very heart breaking and disappointing. I thought that was what Goodwill was about, but eveidently not.

The plae in lewsburg needs better management. For example kids are allowed to open new toys and play with them in the floor and get them dirty. They take clothes off the dolls and then goodwill getd 2 purchases,one fot the toy dng one for the clothes. The toy isle is so cluttered that some times you cant go down it without falling. This is an accident waiting to happen, or a lawsuit. There needs to be more organizing. If thete was you coulg get more on the shelves without 10 itemf falling off when you look to purchase something. I go 3-4 times a week so i can give you a goog opionion. I do know cutomers can make your jobs difgicult at times, but there can be some impyovement. This if a big store. You go have some nice staff waiting on people. Thank you for your hard work. Also ih you could stand the ceramic dolls up you probably would sell them quickly. You cant see them llaying on the bottom shelf.
