Pretty good store. Cluttered, but the store is clean and the staff are nice. It's one of the better convenience stores in the area. I do recommend coming here to get your dollar needs.

I'd give this place zero stars , soon as you walk in cashier hovers over you , first thing I pick up off of a shelf he wants to tell me it's not available for sale . Don't go unless you want to feel violated. 🤬🤬

pretty awesome place to shop at for some stuff some stuff is overpriced but for the most part it's a decent place the employees are usually really nice and the DG app is very helpful

I can forgive slow checkouts, I can forgive items not being stocked, and I can forgive someone not being at the register because they are doing their job. But when the only employee not on lunch just walks out of the store to go talk to someone who's sitting in a car, now we have issues. This particular employee is usually overly talkative with customers which causes her to be slow at her job, but when I find out after I walked outside to find where she decided to go, and that she was just talking with someone that she was annoyed with me. This woman is lucky to have a job at all and honestly should be fired, incompetent people need to understand the consequences of being a useless employee in any job. I have been coming to this store for years since I moved close by, and I've never once been annoyed enough to post a review, but this was ridiculous.

Worst store ever. The employees are rude except 1 and they should be fired. Also I have seen the manager on a couple occasions passing an unknown substance with someone in the parking lot.

This is clearly one of the less effectively run location. Don't get me wrong, Dollar General as an enterprise is fantastic. Cheap prices and usually have 90 percent of what you need to get through a week or two till your next trip to Walmart. It's just clear that the store is poorly run because there was stuff everywhere, aisles were completely empty, and in at least one or two aisles where things were stocked it was a disorganized mess.

Nice polite people. Don't know what the Manager on duty name was but she took time to help me locate an item, even went to the stock room to see if it might be bank there.Unfortunately they were out of stock, but as many people know you can hardly get an associate to look for anything, especially in retail.

I am an avid and professional Dollar General shopper! Some have a large clothes section and others have very few, I stop at EVERY ONE I pass to check them out. I just recently moved to Lewisburg and this location on Yell Road is my absolute favorite!! It is the cleanest one I have EVER been in, it has an awesome clothes AND home section, which I also love. I have been 3 times now and each and every time the employees were exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient and I got checked out very quickly. I cannot praise this particular store enough! I will go out of my way just to shop at the Yell Road store.

Cashier was so nice. Only issue is they left the poor girl there by herself to stock the store and run the register. I know some dollar generals are short staffed but someone could have atleast helped her out. Maybe if DG paid better and actually gave more hours they wouldn't be so short handed.

Closed before 9pm. Rushing, off work late, just needed dogfood and cat food. Got to door 12 min till 9pm and they closed. Clerk came to door to tell me they were closed. Price of a small town I guess.

I have become a regular Dollar General customer in the past year. I can usually find the most important items at competitive prices, the people are usually friendly, there are enough employees to take care of the customers, and I don't have to serve myself like at the big W on the other side of town.

This is not a Dollar General Market but does have a great variety of can groceries and other items. I stop in often to pick up dog food. Their dog food prices are equivalent to Walmart and I don't have to go all the way into Lewisburg get what I need. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

If you don't want us to use the 5 dollars off,why do you issue them out. Just saying. Everytime I use one, they always got something to say about it. Even question my daughter using one because I used mine also. We live at different houses that's why! Enough with the question. Not any of your business. And the one in Belfast never has change. Even when you spend almost 60 and give them a hundred. That's all I had on me. Sorry. Going to give my business to a company that appreciates it! You need to train them to be a little more courteous. Polite please.... Manners.......

Seriously, the place looks worse than the Dirt Cheap outlet. There are crates of stuff laying all over the floor, restocking instructions taped to shelves, and the shelves are in disarray. The place is a disaster, the employees are rude, even when the manager is there.

My local store is ALWAYS trashed and under stocked. There are carts filled with clothes sitting in the aisles. The employees cannot keep up from being understocked (their words and my opinion.) This store needs an overhaul

One of the most unorganized stores I've ever been in. Couldn't find something as simple as a lint roller and the employee I asked to help me find one was just as clueless as could be. Boxes everywhere, clearance item where a over the floor! Looks like it had been recently ransacked. Needs to be cleaned up.

It's a handy place to run in, grab what you need & be on your way. I like having a DG a couple miles from home, but would have been better had it been a DG Market where one could purchase groceries, but guess the head cheeses of DG didn't think rural American's needed actual groceries to survive, so I've still got to make a trip to town for food. Other than that, I like my local DG fine.

I waited in line for 15 minutes to checked out...the other cashier opened her register but took other people...then when I got to the register I was carded for ciggs....I'm 56....*I've been in there a thousand times...they refused me......oh and I have never been carded there before....I will not go back...

The store is set up oddly and the sales are hard to understand. Be sure to read the fine print and dates when you see the sale flyer to save time

Very unorganized! The cashier said that a truck would deliver tomorrow. They have a lot of stock to put out now! It is overflowing in the aisles!
