Usually, THIS particular store is my fav... but last week I was not treated well. They had some purses for sale. I picked up 2 and was treated as if I was trying to steal them. As it was Mother's day weekend and I was going to buy myself a few things. I took a picture of the 2 bags to ask my aunt which one she liked best? Got to the check-out and was there almost 30 minutes waiting for them to check the prices. The young manager on duty wanted ME to pay half of $225 for the Patricia Nash, mind you these items were listed as a fire claim insurance sale. Full price was NEVER an option, and let's be clear.... If someone was trying to cheat the system, it wouldn't be for$64 , I'd like to think they would go as low as possible. Customer service never called me back, the numbers I was given for supervisors went unanswered. So, I left without the bag. This was very disappointing. Mr or Mrs Dirt Cheap lost a sale of $64, which would've been better than the merchandise sitting in store. I'm on the fence now about shopping there, because I don't spend my money where my honesty is called into question. I drive a truck for a living, I stop there while passing through on my way home and to work, I don't have to steal.

Awful, mostly just trash.. literally... it's owning up to its name.. they used to be way better than this. How can they even be allowed to stay open??

Everything was very disorganized and felt not clean. Not much to choose from in any area. Very disappointed. This used to be one of my favorite gems to shop, now it looks more like a junk shop

this was not my first time to a dirt cheap but I will say that it was my best experience. My cashier lacey who is very kind and friendly was one of the best customer service employees I have ever encountered and this is coming from someone who works in customer service. she checked me out quickly and efficiently without making it feel rushed and make sure to package my purchases well. the store was good but it was Lacey that made this trip amazing !!! 10/10 recommend and make sure to find lacey at checkout !!!

Lots to choose from like an indoor flea market of new items, like over runs. Watch the prices at the register. Happy shopping

Harder to shop than goodwill. If you take your time and know what you are looking for it can be a lucrative shopping trip if you don't have a budget. Prices are different than marked on the item so check out is a gamble.

Found a good deal on an electric pressure washer. Missing a few things but works well. Also found 2 dehumidifiers for very reasonable prices. Other than that their clothes are confusing as heck and i didn't find much else that i needed.

Can't recommend this store.They clearly markup items from their ACTUAL retail value at other stores and then claim that as the retail. It's then marked as a "Discount". Multiple items are even more expensive than they are brand new at normal big box stores! Found several items that I knew off hand and others that I looked up that were evidence of this.Go to a thrift store instead, or Amazon, you'll get a better deal.

My mom used to swear by this store back when she was alive. She would make special trips to it. I was in the area so I figured I would check it out. I was highly disappointed with the items the amount of items and the pricing of items! I will never visit again. Only reason for three stars is because I averaged my one star versus my mom who would have rated it five stars.

It's like.... rummaging through a thrift store full of new stuff? You never know what you're going to find and if it's actually in good condition, but there are definitely some steals to be had!

Nice selection of merchandise, however the store is unorganized and signage for sales prices are not always accurate. They will not honor the signage mistakes when an entire inventory is marked incorrectly. Failure to honor errors in marketing and merchandising on part of the business is not the best practice.

It makes me sad how much this store has declined. It's filthy (the bathroom is one of those you absolutely fear) and the products are all torn up and broken. I noticed today, the price tags are the exact same price as they were originally set as, at target, brand new.

where do i even begin!!!!! this was my first experience at any dirt cheap and it was 100% my BEST experience at ANY retail store. Lacey checked us out and simply made this the best experience with customer service. she was one of the nicest people ive ever encountered. she was very efficient, but was still very intentional while checking me out. would 10/10 recommend this location as well as try to find Lacey at checkout for a perfect experience!!

Um duh, the name says it all. My ONLY complaint is that is not closer to home. Shipping is next to impossible for some of the best deals they have at any given time.

A two star rating is generous considering how I was treated by the manager today. I came home after spending $32.94 and when unpacking my merchandise out of the bags, I noticed one particular item was missing. I checked my car in case I was mistaken and then I checked my receipt. I was charged for the item but did not receive it. I called to tell the manager what happened and he pretty much said "oh well." I attempted to ask him if I spent almost $33 why would complain over a $4 item if I wasn't telling the truth, but before I could even asked, he raised his voice to me screaming "fine! Is that what you want a $4.00 store credit!? Fine! Then that's what I'll give you $4.00!" I told him he can keep the $4 as a goodbye present. Obviously on a personal level he doesn't care if I return, but I am furious that I was treated that way over a $4.00 item. That man has no business working for the public, let alone in a managerial position. If that's all it takes for him to come unglued than he shouldn't have a job in the first place. As far as the store as a whole, great deals ;)

I was excited to go to see what bargains were there. They were advertising all over Facebook. My husband and I took a ride to Lewisburg to find a store that was an absolute mess. There is no good reason for this place to be in such chaotic disaster mode. Come on! Straighten the place up. Looks like merchandise was just thrown in any direction. Nothing is organized-other than the clothes. There are racks and bins for apparel. Everything else is just thrown on shelves without any rhyme or reason. Didn’t really see any bargains.

Tbh I can't find nothing in this store but that's not their problem tho, the thing that makes me kinda irritated is that nobody keeps up with that bathroom, like the store is already messy but I mean... It's dirt cheap no one rly cares fr,A but you would think above all they would keep their bathroom at least a little clean. Pls dirt cheap above all, KEEP THE BATHROOM CLEAN.😁

I used to love Dirt Cheap. Lots of Target castoffs (read kids shoes and clothes) that were really well-priced. Now, if there is anything, it is difficult to find and priced higher than store sales. This is the same situation for bedding as well.The store is a mess. There are boxes of broken things everywhere.I have been a few times over the past few months. It isn’t getting better, sadly. I used to enjoy treasure hunting there.The employees are nice, but that isn’t why I go there.

Sometimes App scans differently then what it shows at register. Overpriced bedding. Employees are usually friendly. Not a fan of the manager Heather, very moody and short responses, which I felt was very contemptuous...this has been the 3rd time It's happened...

I used to really enjoy this place. We went to visit once again thinking that things might be better than our last visit. I was completely floored. Graffiti on the dusty shelves items were everywhere noting was clean, the store was near being condemned. I will not go back, this store should be shut down for filth, no restrooms, and just an awful place.

They have a large selection of things things in store, and I see they try to be organized but keeping a store like that neat hs got to be a hard job. I did find some really cool home decor from pier one imports for really cheap. I will definitely check in more often.

Even better place to shop since they added the app to Google play now scan your items and really see what you are paying I bought a nice steam shampooer for $48.00 normally for over $300.00, I also bought a new 42" ceiling fan for $7.50 normally sells for $40-$50 according to where you purchased it at.

I love this store. If you want high end goods in perfect sections, this is not the place for you. I like a good challenge and I don't mind getting the second run of Target, Gap or other name brand clothes at incredibly discounted prices.

Overall it's a good place. They have some good stuff there sometimes. People who work there are pretty nice too. However, when we were checking out today the cashier (African American) told us that we should have asked another employee about getting a price for it before coming up there and she informed us that she can't do anything about that. So I find another employee and they said go to the front and they'll look up the price. :/ Really. We just left up front. So we go back and they put us on another register and that woman looked up the item with no problem. I'll come back to the store but I'll be careful about whom I talk to, especially if you have any questions that need answered.

Awesome will go back as soon as possible. Packed full buggies surprise don't know what is in them wrapped in plastic all for 10$ Had to buy 1 just to see. Just 1 item in mine was over 20$ Name brand bargain. Everything cheap. Love it.

Always a fun place to shop, they are seriously crazy on suit case prices..but overall great store.
