Placed a combo order in app and headed to pick it up. Drive through employees are confused when I arrive & ask what I ordered. I hand him my phone. He looks at it for a minute or two. Then magically my order was canceled. Instead of making it right, the employee cancelled my order while holding my phone & then acted like I had cancelled the order telling me to reorder it when the in app coupon wasn't available any longer. Im certain the '✔️Thanks! W/ order pick up time' screen was displayed when I handed him my phone. I drove off &went to KFC.Lewisburg TN 3/19/24

Service is usually OK and food is usually decent, but we've had issues with a couple of things, like today when I ordered a cheeseburger aka the Ketchup & Mustard Sundae. Literally at least a tablespoon of each on a small burger, probably more. On the patty and the outside of the bun too. Couldn't taste anything else, even after repeatedly trying to wipe it off. I won't take a star away only because everything else today was good, but that is beyond ridiculous.

Today I spent $42 for three meals, I went home and gave my daughters their meals and noticed that my meal was missing so that means I only got two meals. I drive back to DQ for the missing third meal and they said they put it in the bag because it's only three of them working and they would know. I never make a fuss and cause any complaints. But when you spend $42 and you're missing a meal, it's too much money for me to lose. They wanted me to bring the bag with the burgers and fries but I told them that I gave them to my daughters and they were already eating them so I couldn't bring it back. They told me to call my daughter and I did a video call with her. She told me exactly, (what I told them), what was in there and my meal was missing. She was eating the burger while we were doing the video call. I showed my receipt. They didn't want to see it. Because they didn't want to deal with me I'm assuming. I have a feeling that someone forgot to make my burger and didn't want to tell the truth because they were afraid of getting yelled at. They just decided to make the burger. They gave me the bag and they also forgot to give me the fries again. I decided to not go back and just not deal with it. For future orders with them, make sure you check everything in front of them so that they can take care of any missing items. That was so frustrating having to drive back to DQ just to get told that I'm lying. This restaurant in this location needs to get better management because they're always low staff. And I'm guessing it's because they don't have a good work environment. Do better Dairy Queen!

Would give no stars if possible. Pulled up 30 minutes before 8:00 and they said sorry we are only serving ice cream cause we close at 8. This place needs to be shut down when you are at work you work till closing you don't shut down 30 minutes before because your to lazy to do your job. I hate this place. I am also a door dasher and I hate picking up orders here because lobby is always closed, and my window doesn't work so it's hard going through a drive through. Should fire whole crew and start new or owner should shut down immediately.Bunch of clowns

Pulled into drive thru at 745. Ordered cheeseburger but the employee said we close at 10pm so we are not cooking anymore burgers but we can do chicken. Huh?...Its 745! I would encourage the owner of this store to read these reviews. From all the other responses it looks like corporate is just giving a standard response.

I visited this store at 7:45pm. I tried to go inside and order but the doors were locked, so I went through the drive thru and no one ever answered through the speaker so I drove around to the window and I could clearly see an employee sitting inside crouched down like she was trying to hide and on her phone. The employee knew I was there trying to order and she completely ignored me. This location needs to shut down because the service here is horrible. The employees are just being plain lazy and are not wanting to serve customers.

UPDATE: Tried to come here again. Poor service still. Ordered blizzards and they weren't even full. Half full with ice cream with a few toppings and they weren't blended. They have poor service skills and bad attitudes. They act as if you're putting them out if you ask for something or make a request. Definitely won't try this restaurant again. I'm honestly surprised it's still in business.Terrible service. Came in and ordered and sat down. 20 minutes later still waiting. They weren't busy so we were just trying to be patient. Went up and the cashier who took our order doesn't even remember taking it. Asked if we came through the drive through. Told her that we had ordered over 20 minutes ago. Several other people had gotten their orders that had ordered after us. She had to go and make them then. This DQ is terrible. Don't expect good service because you won't get any...

Waited 25 mins to get our blizzards. By the time we received them they were all melted and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich 2 times but the second time they've decided to share that they do not sell grilled chicken. What happened? This place and some of the employees are ill mannered and terrible. We will not go there anymore for sure.

The posted hours online and on the door show the drive through closing time at 10 PM. I pulled into the drive through line at 9:15. There were two cars ahead of me. After several minutes at the speaker, a young man spoke up to tell me that they were closed.I understand that many places are short staffed, but arbitrarily closing early in the middle of a line of waiting cars is not the way to deal with it.

Went thru the drive thru Sunday around 8:10 PM. I ordered my husband a burger and they said they were out of burgers for the night... I went ahead and ordered an ice cream treat that was 6.50 plus. I asked him why there wasn't any ice cream on top of the brownie. He replied we put it on the sides. I drove off and I looked at it and only one side had ice cream. I turned back around and went back thru and he was reluctant to put any more ice cream in. We have been there on several occasions and have had to wait in the drive thru forever.They need to step up or they will never stay open for business.

Lobby was locked up on a Friday night at 8:00 they may be short staffed. Moved to the drive thru with caution and low expectations. The young staff was courteous as can be. The food took a little longer than expected but everything tasted spot on. They gladly brought back out ketchup for my onion rings.

Dairy Queen in Lewisburg Tn is rude as hell. Tried to order ice cream and crew member on headset didn’t take my order and told me I was rude how when all I did was try to make an order and then flicked me off while I drove off. Well, now I know why they never have business. They better start acting right before they go out of business. They lost me as a customer. Hands down.

Worst restaurant ever! I have pictures of the manager from last week 2.5 hours before closing hiding behind the wall to avoid helping customers. This week I ordered a blizzard in the app at 7:20. Got to the restaurant at 7:24 and there was no sign of life and no way to cancel the order in the app.

The manager who works their is the absolute worst. She is extremely rude and disrespectful. Over charged me for my food and refused to give a refund. Slam the door in my face twice while trying to have a conversation. Drove off just to turn around because all my food wasn’t even in the bag after waiting for 10 mins. I have always liked dairy Queen for the ice cream. I bought food yesterday and waited for about 15 mins for them to bring my food out an my chicken strips was hard an really dried out and the ranch dressing was clabbered. This is the 2nd time going since they have opened this location an the food wasn't good an took over 15 to 30 mins to get your food.. Us people are the ones that keep these people in jobs at least they can have the decency of getting better food out an better service.

Hands down, the WORST fast food we've ever had. The fries were colder than the temperature outside. No joke, they had to have been sitting for a couple hours. The buns were super stale and as hard as hockey pucks. The meat was tough like it had been triple cooked. That was cold too. The blizzard we got barely had any candy in it. Just a bunch of stoner kids working and not paying attention to their jobs. Doesn't say much for the manager on duty either. YThanks for wasting

Went in on Sunday 8/18/18 around 5:30 pm, which is dinnertime. Customers were being turned away. Employees said they were short staffed and could only take care of the drive through customers. The customers in line inside wanting to order were told there would be a 30-40 minute pause, as they called it, before they could even take their order. This seems extremely unusual for a fast food restaurant. I hope management was made aware.

We had a nice lunch sitting in the outdoor eating area after getting our food thru the drive-thru. After eating, I got the attention of someone for a refill. They said that I would need to pay, "no more refills boss man said". I was shocked and asked again. They said that free refills are only for dine in customers that is currently closed. I mentioned that we just sat outside to eat. He said no and he was sorry that most people just drive-thru so no refills. Well, I guess that will end my visits to this Dairy Queen. Bye Bye

Pulled in at 6:50. Workers said Grill was closed but they said they were open till 8pm. Owner is either in on it or hired poor employees, regardless still a poor reflection of their business.
