Lenoir City is always out of Purina horse food. I have complained multiple times. I got told that Purina only lets them order a certain amount of stock at a time. That sounds like an excuse.They have no pony supplies.If there was a place to shop closer I would not go there.On a positive note, all the staff was very friendly.

Big store pet friendly everything you need in one place even pet washing station in house friendly helpful knowledgeable. store is clean and public bathrooms which wereclean and i went late one evening 859pm and they said 1 min hurry they were laughing and helpful i was greatful

I'm very fond of the store. We buy our pet food there and I've also bought supplies for my trailer there as well. The staff is usually helpful, I've never had an issue. They do have a very wide variety of items, however I've noticed they don't have a very large quantity of anything in stock. One very cool feature they have is a dog washing station in the back it's fairly inexpensive and it's a lot easier than washing your dog at home. Blackstone's and some very cool fire pits.They have a huge selection of pet food and animal husbandry supplies for your best bet for farm stuff in Lenoir City

Pretty good Tractor Supply overall. Not very well stocked in their outdoor section. It's a bit odd, small, cramped space outside - not enough space for the usual selections. Very few tractor implements here compared to other locations. Otherwise, the store is clean and organized.

This location gets the returns from other stores across the country. When you go into their "Back 40" you can get some very good deals. Sometimes hard to find an employee that is not on a register and the last one I did find was not so friendly or helpful. Cannot say that this happens all the time, so it might have just been a person's bad day. This store is fairly well stocked and fills a gap in the local market for farm supplies.

I will attempt to write as fair a review as possible. I buy the Tractor Supply brand of dog food, as they have the best quality grain-free food at a reasonable price. Over the several times I've visited this store (usually during the week), the staff in this store are typically very friendly, helpful and courteous. The only reason I give this store less than 5 stars is because they constantly (any time I've been) have a long line to check out. There is usually only one register open. During my most recent experience, there was a line with three people waiting behind the current person checking out. The employee had to call for a manager override. The manager came, did the override then left instead of opening the register to help all of us that were waiting. When the next person in line also needed an override, the employee called the manager again. By the time he got back to the front two more people were now in line. I saw one person set his items down and leave. After doing the second override, he finally opened another register. If he had done that in the first place, he might have made a few more people a lot more happy, and potentially not lost the business that they lost today. If this was the first time I had to wait in line, I would have not minded but every time I've been there's always been a long wait. Besides that, the store is satisfactory.

I had just bought dog food. Apparently, when I went out to my vehicle, I dropped my credit cards. Not only am I impressed by the Good Samaritan who turned them in, but the employees at TSC! They called me to tell me what had happened. I love this store! Always friendly, always helpful!

I recieved an email that I had two items I bought online available. I took the drive from my town to the town it was in Lenoir City to pick said items up. Only one item was available. We’re 35 minutes away. Madison the cashier just said obviously it was not there. Hmmm. Ok went on bout her business. I am not happy when I have to make another trip to get an item that was clearly there the first time. Not to mention receive several emails and texts stating if I didn’t get my items in two days money would be refunded and items put back. Not good customer service at all and rest assured I won’t be back. She walked away and didn’t say another word.

It's the only place I ever went for chicken stuff. But guess what? Their 4Health Dig Food is good for dogs. Got it because it sounded like an upgrade but wasn't so much pricier that I couldn't do it. Vet asked on next visit what I fed the dogs and, when I told her, her reply was, "Well, you couldn't be doing any better for the money."So I'd encourage anyone to check it out!

This is a nice store. They were helpful by going and getting what I needed from the back. Although the clerk was not really rude she just acted as if I was bothering her. Maybe she was just having a bad day. It is a good store though.

Incredibly friendly and courteous employees. Unfortunately, I can't remember the gentleman's name that helped us pick up our kayak. He isn't the exception, all the other employees that we've dealt with were equally as friendly and helpful.We purchased a 12' dolphin sit on fishing kayak from them and have been pleased with the purchase and the kayak. They had the best price by far of anyone in the area. You'll have to get a better paddle but I really enjoy the kayak. Once you upgrade the paddle, you won't have the as much issue with water getting in and sitting in a pool of water. However, it might be refreshing considering the temp today was 94.

Went in for replacement handle for a shovel, had trouble finding it but staff let me look in a side room and found the item. Very helpful. Good deals too, pants and shirts are reasonably priced. Lots of items not just for farm.

3:00 P.M on a Wednesday...Lenoir City store.The worst customer service I have ever experienced.After around 5-10 minutes of looking for what I was looking and/or someone that might help me, I had to wander WAY back into the stockroom to find anyone (other than the lone checkout person) in the store to talk to...who was busy and more focused on his new cup of coffee than doing his job. When I asked about some merchandise (Stove pellets), I got a snarky response ("Well, they're either up front or outside. Didn't you see them up front?") followed by a reluctant and apparently inconvenienced escort to the front of the store...where there weren't any pellets...followed by a a clueless engagement between the cashier and my "customer service" representative as to where they put them....with no further offer to assist.I walked out.I like the store, have spent many dollars there in the past and value the asset value it brings to the area. BUT, if this is how Tractor Supply feels about its revenue generators, it needs to go out of business.If I had the option to leave 0 stars, I would

Would have been a 5 star except the store manager must have been having a bad day and it was obvious !Two guys that work there ... "Ed and Larry " saved the day !They could not have been happier or more helpful 👍I got propane, and was looking for a couple of things in store. I had to " force a response from the manager " and Larry jumped in and was happy to help " !!!Thanks to them, we spent around 100 bucks in store.KUDOS to them 😀😀

Well let's say because it is the only farm/feed store in the area they have very little competition. Therefore the store associates could be a little more helpful. You finally find someone to ask for assistance, you get a "point in that direction" and they are gone ...Otherwise they have a decent variety of feed supplies and farm and garden needs.

I like this place but I'm pretty sure ALL the good 'ol folks who work there dip as they all have HUGE amounts of chaw poking out of their lips. I can overlook that. But I go to this store to get my bird food and they don't ever restock fast enough for the birds to eat it! I don't want to have to go to the bigger box stores, too!

I came to Tractor Supply as a little uneducated waitress, however, when I left the store I had received the education of a lifetime. Their chicken selection is exquisite, and their resident chicken man was very knowledgeable. Needless to say, I will be heading down to Tractor Supply Lenoir City next chicken season.

Trying to fill my propane tank a week before Thanksgiving I went to two places before TSC, both closed at 7pm. I arrived at the 1st store at 630 the 2nd at 640- neither would fill my propane tank. If it were within 10 mins of closing I'd understand but that wasn't the case. I learned via Google that TDC in Lenoir City offered to his service so decided to make the 30 min drive and take my chances on arriving in time. They're open til 9pm but it wasn't til 810 that I found them on Google. Pulling into store at 845 I expected to get turned away like before....No Way! Those guys were more than happy to take care of me and even apologized for the difficult time I'd had at other retailers. So nice and helpful! I've already went back for some early Christmas shopping- regardless of the fact I passed several other places offering the same type of products as these guys. Thanks TSC

Good prices on cattle panels which are great for plants for the garden. Always got great service until tonight. The cashier, Maddy, was in a bad mood. Instead of looking up the price of the cattle panel in the binder at the register, she had us walk across the parking lot to get the number off the sign. She failed to call the clerk to come out and unlock the panels and left us standing out at the panels waiting for assistance. We had to go back into the store to get someone to help us. I don't think Maddy is well suited for her position at Tractor Supply.

Poor customer service. Pricing charged wrong at the register. The clerk often has a lip full of snuff or Skoal. Hard to find anyone to help if needed. Slow lines at the cash register EVERY time. I really need for this store to work since it is close by, but if things don't change, I guess its back to driving to the Coop. BTW one of the 5 star ratings was written by the store manager.

My husband went in the LC tractor supply store earlier today only to find a young man and two young ladies working. We needed a part for a wood splitter that we’d bought there a couple of years ago. He looked for the part himself but couldn’t find it. He walked to the front of the store to where the workers were, stood there for a couple of minutes before one of the young ladies ask if she could help him. He told her what he needed and she said the young man would be the one to help him,(which was standing right in front of him) he ignored my husband and continued to flip his phone up in the air. The young lady told him to help my husband, he “finally” made eye contact, my husband told him what he needed and the salesman said, “Oh, we don’t sale those.” My husband said, I could tell you didn’t want to help me and walked out. We know that if you don’t sale the part, that you could at least order it.So you lost a sale to a very irresponsible young man who was more interested in impressing the two young ladies over helping a costumer. We’ll order the part else where.

Tractor Supply is a very friendly work environment. Every employee seems to be happy to be there, and happy to help. This store has fairly inexpensive supplies for your animals and/or plants. Tractor supply also has a section to get pants and boots, just in case the working day gets a bit too rough.

Ok. Please forgive spelling and grammer errors, im dysliex and a horse trainer not an English major,-- I shop here ALL the time....i dont always have problems but when i do it turns into a HUGE inconvenience....the first big inconvenience was when I had placed an online order, even though the website said they were in stock of my feed they were not, they brought me out the supplement that was also on the order and then tried to make me sign that I got my whole order, I refused to sign and the employee huffed at Me....he said the manager knew id be able to pick up my feed the next day with no problems. Guess what....problems. And good thing i didnt sign bc they asked and if i did they would of not even attempted to fix my problem telling me that the employee tried to cheat me... The manager had no idea what i was talking about even tho i was told by the same employee that tried to get me to sign that he was informed....i was told to come in...and then had to wait for an hour for the manager to get off lunch when i got there even tho i was told to come in......i did finally get my feed but after alot of effort and wasited time......now todays problem.....i made an online order...i was charged twice on my card for it.... I called and guess what they are making me come in to talk to the manager after putting me on hold for 10 mins....so again I have to drive to the store.....anyone else know of a feed store that carries purina? As I believe tractor supply is going to lose my business.A few miner complaints while im here....their employees are not qualified to be working in a feed store....i had an employee at check out ask what i was buying. I thought she was curious about the type of feed so I started explaining the nutrition details, and she interrupted me and she meant what kind of animal is it for so she could mark it down....and I look at her dumb founded...and said...."a horse....like the one pictured on the bag......" If youre working at feed supply store and you dont know the difference of what feed is for what animals you prob shouldnt be working at a feed store.....ive had employees be very rude to me....ive had to have help with shavings bc the plastic wasnt cut off it that and it was stacked to high for me to safely get it on my own being a 80lb girl...and the employee who came out to do it , Huff and Puff the whole time and rolled his eyes at me , and was very rude when I said thank you. Acted like I inconvenienced him when I waited 15 minutes for him to even come out....i even had cashiers roll their eyes at me as im checking out....i dont know if its bc im normaly in expensive riding gear being and English rider i get this attitude from people alot who think im wealthy bc i ride English...but i should not get it from a place i spend alot of money at for my farm weekly and I dont like the way im treated by snobby employees....There is one old man who works check out thats great....and that's about it....
