I had a truly wonderful experience at Lenoir City Home Depot. Unfortunately, we had some issues with our shower during the snow storm and had to completely remove and replace our tub/shower. Lisa at the customer service desk was amazing, she went above and beyond to help is get a line of credit and then helped us check out when there were issues with the account. Lisa is truly an outstanding employee, be more like Lisa.

I recently purchased a side-by-side fridge at the Lenior City location. The purchase was as expected, however my experience took a turn for the worse when the delivery crew arrived. Not only were they bad, but they proved to be a liability for Home Depot. Here are the issues I encountered:1. The leader of the crew displayed extreme unprofessionalism by complaining about properly setting up my fridge 'doing his job'.2. When I requested that they remove the plastic and install the fridge door handles, the team leader complained and moaned again about 'doing his job'3. To make matters worse, the crew leader informed me that the doors on my fridge were uneven, which he claimed was a common issue with my particular model. He then proceeded to explain how I fix this known problem 👀! He then acknowledged that the fridge display model at the store (Lenior City was 'fixed' to for the customers(bait /switch)!4. As a result of their incompetence, what could have been a $1,200 problem has now escalated into a $21,000 issue.Moreover, my experience with the delivery crew from this store for was extremely unprofessionalism, refusal to perform basic tasks, and lack of accountability for a known issue with the product resulted in a frustrating for me and costly situation for Home Depot. Leaving this issue for customers to resolve is unacceptable and Home Depot knows this is illegal.Home Depot should take swift action to address this crew's behavior and ensure that customers receive the level of service they expect and deserve. It is my hope that by sharing this feedback Home Depots' customers are aware of this locations' alarming issues.Furthermore, it's my hope Home Depot will make the necessary improvements to prevent similar incidents from this crew and stop bait/switch scheme going on with their appliance department, from occurring in the future and maintain the trust of their customers.Strongly urge Home Depot customers to avoid this location until management makes the nessary changes.

I find this store to always be clean and welcoming. Sharon at the customer desk is the sweetest and so helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and enjoy your shopping experience.

I used home depot for long time. I've renewed it many houses with it. The year Katrina came in to go part Mississippi. I spent over a $100000 repairing other people's houses there. My problem with home depot at this point. Especially the one in Lenore city, Tennessee and Knoxville Tennessee is. They've gotten rid of their staff. So there's nobody to help you any longer. Then whenever they take the stuff that people return, they just thaw them. Any whole possible? My time is worth money so if I have to go through 35 boxes to find what was labeled for the first box. I'd win him, but was it in there? That's wasting my time and my time's for something. But remember home depot is the almost the only game in town and they feel that their time is worth more than mine well. I don't feel that way, so therefore. I'm gonna give up a few more chances to get their act together. But I'm getting tired of this really tired. I'm in the process of renovating a building and they're the closest lumber yard supply to where I'm at. But if they can't provide me for why I need. I'm gonna have to go elsewhere. And by not providing plumbing supplies and adequate electricals applies inadequate. What do you have to do to get these people to help you? They didn't have the right type of light bulbs. Come on, how hard could it be?

There was a man named Bill that was working at a what looked like a free sample kiosk and he noticed that I was looking a little bit lost. Never been in this particular home depot before. He was very helpful and probably one of the best Home Depot Associates I've ever been in contact with. I wish they were all more like this.But the pro desk was just like the rest of the ones I have been to. I don't know why, the pro desk and the way they do business has to be so complicated. But I still go sometimes you run into one that really know what it going on.

Went in to get some squirrel repellent and went through self-checkout. I found it in the aisle next to the garden center. A few people spoke to me and everyone was nice. We shop here a lot, too. Everyone is always nice and very helpful, and we find what we are looking for.

I was buying some water this morning and carrying it by hands, and the lady was washing the floor with a machine and stood by the door for a few minutes, she went inside and the door was opened about 3 foot-it wasn’t open all the way-I passed by and I was carrying two big bottles in my hand and with one hand of the bottles accidentally touched the door and she started following me outside and started yelling that I broke the door! I barely touched the door!!! I explained it to her that it wasn’t me-I barely touched the door! She kept yelling at me “I saw you, it was you!” I will write a letter to the corporation complaining about this matter!!!

Seems the home depot's in the entire area are all about the same as far as service. I literally stood in front of associates and customer service desk for almost 15 minutes while they pretended I was invisible. It was obvious they just hoped id walk away. Once I got help I was rang up probably 15 mins later for three boards and some spray paint. Lol guess main thing is they all finish their private conversations.? -Screw my day lol

Store was crowded with carts of merchandise in the building material aisle. This fell on my husbands head while we were trying to load these insulation panels. I give 2 stars instead of 1 due to the helpful employee that helped us after the incident.

Wish we had another close home improvement store. I spend thousands here every month, and the incompetence is alarming. No help besides one kid who works the parking lot. When they are having a morning meeting, don't expect anyone to leave the meeting to assist a paying customer. College aged males watch as people struggle to load and unload items. Complete lack of customer care. Like I said. If I had another option with a few miles I'd choose the other option every time.

Today, Veterans Day, my daughter and I were on a mission to change out 4 American Flags along Highway 75, Lenoir City and Loudon. As were prepared to pay for the flags, I approached the Duty Manager, Ryan, and explained our mission gor the day. He wholeheartedly agreed to donate the flags to the 4 locations along the Hwy. Thaks so much for you contribution.

We purchased carpet for part of our new home from Lenoir City Home Depot and the staff was great that helped us and that is where the greatness stopped. The installation company was the worst I have dealt with when purchasing anything. When the showed up it had rained for days prior. The vehicle they showed up in had bald tires and they could not make it completely up the driveway where the install was being done. I told them we could load it into my pickup and get it all the up. The install crew said they would have to charge me extra to put it in my vehicle. Well that did not go over well. I told them to call their boss and I needed to speak to someone about this. Then I was told they were going to lay the carpet out on the gravel and dirt dry way and cut it. Well it was a muddy mess and that was not going to happen. They proceeded to talk to each other in Spanish about me and the problems - some people speak Spanish and don’t look like they do - I was not happy with things they were saying told them they could get I. Their van and leave. I talked to Becky from the install company and she said that she did not think they would have said anything negative while there. Well I called Home Depot and talk with a different Becky and she said she would call them and then call me back. 3 days and no return phone call. It is almost no one cares about the customers anymore. I would avoid purchasing flooring if you are going to have a Home Depot installation company out it in. Today the installer arrived by himself to do the install and my wife and I had to help with getting stuff upstairs. No follow up from Lenoir City Home Depot is very sad and did not even offer to refund anything or do anything for us. Home Depot is not the company it used to be for sure.

Went to Home Depot of Maryville to buy a Dewalt weed trimmer but they were out. So they checked Lenoir City and they were showing 6 on hand. We waited an hour for them to try to find them but their inventory was off. So they were going to sell me the display with the battery and charger but didn’t have the charger. They wouldn’t come down on the price for not having the charger. Very poor customer service in my opinion!

Went to Home Depot today to get Large Storage bins. Of course I was not offered any help from any employee of any gender or age if they could help me with anything. I was apparently in one employees way however as he had to interrupt my lifting of the item that weighed almost as much as me as he trotted by. I think this brick and mortar store has if possible taken customer service to a new low. Can you imagine these employees being hired by Steve Jobs. 🤣🤣

Good selection and nice employees. I stopped shopping here and shop at Lowes because HD doesn't give a veteran discount. I don't really care about saving the 10%, it's the thought that matters. HD CEO is a fake conservative.

I believe you should reevaluate your delivery company. First time the refrigerator shows they give a 10 min window at 7am, get it off the truck and its damaged. Had to wait another week to get the replacement. The following Monday the second delivery shows with a five min warning, luckily I was keeping track of it on my phone and were ready for them. This time he turns on his blinkers to turn in the drive way and drives right by my home. Try to call, right to voicemail. Called LG and they transferred to the same number I've been trying to call for the drivers. So no go there. Call Home Depot customer service they say the driver stated "attempted delivery" and now have to wait another week before I get the refrigerator. This is no good. For all your hype you did not deliver. Quite literally. I ordered a waterline with the fridge. Bet it wont be on there. You've already got my money, but wont be buying from you in the future.

This location treats everyone like a criminal. I recommend making the short drive to Kingston Pike to get treated like a paying customer or better yet avoid HD all together. Best of luck to anyone that doesn't take this advice.
