I know it's just McDonald's but I saw the staff carrying on &, the manager texting on her phone while pretty much every table in the lobby is coated in crumbs and sauce. I can understand being busy, but if you have time to chat and talk (3-5 people mind you) one can at least wipe a table down. 💀Then they cleared my order off the screen & we waited 15 minutes for ice cream cones.

This is a long review. First I tried using the app. It was down. So I came inside,when I came inside. The manager said, we are cash only currently. I never carry cash, but today I have cash. So I say that okay, I have cash. The look of disappointment was obvious. So I placed my order. Then more people came in. I told them as they came in it was cash only. But if you have cash it's worth it, to see her disappointment. They would smile and wait to order. On to faze two. Delaying the order taking. She would take forever to even acknowledge other customers. When they still didn't leave, she would take their order. Then faze three the long wait to get your food. It played out like a scene from Austin Powers movie. Bring on the unnecessary slow dipping mechanism. If I was in a hurry, it would have been infuriating. I can't leave for hours so my patience were on point. Other patrons took my urging to place orders as well. As he looks of dismay persisted. So I ask, does it make me a bad person that I enjoyed seeing them do their job. When they clearly didn't want to?

It would be much better if they would make fresh chicken nuggets when someone orders them. That way they're not rubbery and cold. I work at a McDonald's and would always make fresh nuggets. Cause if they bring them back your going to have to make them fresh anyways. So why not make it fresh the first time? Like fries I'm sure people wouldn't care to wait for fresh hot fries and nuggets... I think those two items should be cook to order....Parking: Depending on time of day your there and depending on if people are traveling for the holidays parking can be somewhat difficult. But not to bad you can always find parking...

McDonald's is McDonald's. I only go once in awhile for the Sausage McMuffin with egg sandwiches. I get two. They were made well. They toasted the english muffin good. Usually not crispy enough. They hit the spot.

Very clean, newer, extremely friendly staffed McDonald’s. This McDonald’s location is settled inside of the loves travel stop gas stations, it’s open 247 365 and everything you can expect from a McDonald’s in regards of food, drinks and other snacks. What this McDonald’s makes so special is that the staff is just plain out very friendly, and professional. It is a great experience to see all the different McDonald’s still excel on a different way. This one is awesome. Thank you guys for being awesome During the weeks I have spent there.

I ordered 2 bacon ranch mccrispys and they gave me two regular mccrispy no bacon or ranch sauce. And they weren’t fresh. Bread was tough and chewy. Meat was room temp. And tried to call but it’s off the hook. Can’t even get through to them. Just lazy!

So every single morning I go to this place I sit in the drive thru for 3 mins of not longer waiting for someone to take my order 90 percent of the time they tell me it gonna take awhile they don’t even start cooking breakfast till 4 I was 3 mins early this is multiple times this has happen but they start serving at 4 so you should be working on breakfast be for that so it ready by 4 this is the worst location here

We were the first lunch order of the day and we got two McDoubles and two bacon McDoubles! They were all so greasy the wrapper and all it was literally dripping grease! We got them with no onions and they were covered in onions! They tasted like cleaner! We couldn’t even eat them! Never will we ever go back to this McDonalds again!

I never leave reviews good or bad. However, I have also never been served food that was so stale and so disgusting as this McDonalds in my 42 years on Planet Earth.I strongly advise you not to feed your kids anything from here.

Made our order and the lady taking the order was not very friendly. When she totaled the order it was $7.00 more than usual. When I asked her to confirm the order she didn’t like it. Come to find out she had added more to our order. I told her that we didn’t order the extras and she said well somebody did. Didn’t care for the attitude.

I stopped today after work. Was this my best experience? NO. But I was completely impressed. This beautiful lady behind the counter was working both drive-thru and front counter and bagging her own food and doing the fries as well. I don't know what happened that she had to work the whole front by her self but let me tell you she was non-stop. If people today worked half as hard as she did the world would be amazing. No one has that much work ethic. They truly have a gem in that young lady. I hope they appreciate her. May she never have to do that again. But wow just wow. I know you will be tired tonight young lady. But just know your work was noticed. And you where killing it. May God bless you beautiful.

I have to say I got my food at 3am and there was two ladies running everything.. you can only pick 5 items on the menu at this time.. food was hot and fresh and it didn't take as long as I expected

On august 21, 2023 12:50 am I Wanted to stop and get a quick bite to eat since I was tired and needed an energy boost it Was posted they was open 24 hours but when I arrived lights was on but sat waiting at the drive through menu for well over 15 minutes without my order being taken drove to the window and no one was inside would not recommend this location to anyone!

We were the only customers in line when we arrived. The server asked if she could take our order. When we said we needed a minute she made a rude comment and said "ok then, I'll be over here so just let me know when you're ready" and walked literally three feet away as if we were interrupting something she was doing. She just stood there doing nothing so that whole action was just for drama to let us know we were bothering her. The burgers were raw when we received the order and ended up in the trash because we were afraid they would make us sick. After the rude attitude when we arrived we also were not going to try to send the food back for fear of the possibilities of making this server even more upset.
