I gave it a 3 because the food was fresh in subway but the shower took away the other stars it was disgusting I’m glad I bring shower shoes and my towel and washcloths, all they did was add fresh linen literally no cleaning I probably won’t shower here anymore it’s ok for resting and food

By far the worst mechanics first time I came I had a problem with my ABS light I was told that the mechanic was out getting fruit for the store and he will not be back till later on that night when he came back I waited in the bay to find out that the fruit guy is it an actual mechanic and cannot fix anything and I would have to wait till the morning wasted my whole day in the morning the mechanic did something to my ABS light and it still wasn't fixed I gave up and just went to drop off the load with a broken second time I came I asked if they could replace my light bulbs in my headlights and they told me it was 15 people ahead of me due to the weather meanwhile there's seven mechanics all standing outside smoking cigarettes with only one truck in the bay getting. If you have to park here please do not get anything fixed here the manager in the store is just as rude he doesn't care and will lie for no reason. I forgot that this was the same loves that didn't fix my ABS light if I would have remembered I would have stopped at the pilot and ta just down the road.

- The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. All of them no one singled out. The only way you can create a fantastic group of people working together like this, is if you are managed very well, and have a great atmosphere to work in. Amazing!- This Loves travel stop is always clean. Not just clean, but very clean. The showers, the bathrooms, inside the store, the coffee counters, outside the parking spot, I have seen them even cleaning off the handles of the pump installations for the people who are putting gas in the cars.- This Loves gas station has the lowest gas prices I could find in my area of all the Loves gas stations I had to visit, sometimes $.20 cheaper per gallon. Amazing!- Another amazing facts: the manager is one of the finest, most helpful, friendly, and sincere manager/human beings I have seen in the entire Loves gas station organization. I did not know that just a regular day-to-day need, could be such a “Special Thing”! Many times the staff made my day! Everyone there thank you so much for being so awesome. If it was me, this location and these people deserve the,“Happy Faces, Clean Places Loves Travel Stop” Award!!- See you guys soon!

Subway and McDonald's share the building with this Love's Truck Stop but I'd already had breakfast. I stopped this morning for a bathroom break and "second coffee" on my way through Tennessee.The men's room was one of the cleanest I've seen and Love's does a pretty good job overall. This early in the morning with plenty of folks getting coffee, the coffee station was stocked and tidy. No problem finding cups, lids, creamers or sweeteners with a clean countertop for putting it together.Lots of other snacks and drinks. It is located immediately off the Interstate and is super easy access even for larger vehicles. My 9'6" Sprinter van had no problem clearing the roof.

***From a Trucker's Point of View***The Love's was well kept with clean restrooms. They have a McDonald's and Subway inside.The parking lot is a little distance from the actual store but in my opinion, that's a good thing because we need the few extra steps. It's only bad if it's raining lolTwo things I love about Loves as a whole:1st of all and most important, they do NOT charge for parking! It is first come, first served and the closer and/or more convenient parking spaces are free of charge as it should be. After hundreds of miles driven daily, purchasing hundreds of dollars of fuel as well as the money spent inside why not provide a 100% free parking lot for the drivers? (Unlike other greedy chains who I won't mention) I prefer this chain over all!2nd and my most favorite personal addition is they have fenced in designated doggy parks with double entry doors to make it more difficult for a dog to get out by accident if closed properly. My fur baby loves to run lose when she's inside alone. We both run inside for exercise! If you have a pet Loves accommodates the driver as well as your fur baby(s). Just remember to please pick up after your pet 😊After all us drivers only transport America so we can all have what we need.

Hands-down without a doubt this Loves travel stop has been the best, cleanest, and friendliest Loves travel stop I have been visiting in the past three months. For a marketing, promotion and research company, I had to visit 56 Loves travel stop locations, and I used this location as a basis for the visitation of many other Loves travel stop gas stations. So, every single time I came back to this spot, I could see that there was no difference in one visit Or the other. Always the same quality experience:- The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. All of them no one singled out. The only way you can create a fantastic group of people working together like this, is if you are managed very well, and have a great atmosphere to work in. Amazing!- This Loves travel stop is always clean. Not just clean, but very clean. I do not say that there are no other staff members contributing to this fantastic experience, these are just the people I got to know better over time. The store was clean and well organized. I did find they no longer carry FM transmitters, and that they were completely out of fuel treatments and octane boosters. Normally I wouldn't think it was a big deal for a gas station but this is the truck stop not a gas station.

Exit 368 on Eastbound side of I - 40. Very nice and clean Loves. I love how they did the drive in for truckers. Gives you plenty of room for trucker parking and no congestion at the fuel pumps. Bathrooms and store was spotless and there were no overflowing trash and. There is a CAT SCALE AND SERVICE CENTER ON SITE! It even had a closed in dog park for your furry friends.

This place is always full good luck finding a spot at anytime of the day especially at night. Keep running along to the one of the pilots in Knoxville or stop early somewhere else if you plan on coming here.

Employees of this loves travel shop and the truck drivers that were parked here sat January 26th were awesome. We afford a dexter at the Jefferson city humaine society. A 9 year old dog he got out of car while I was inside store and my husband was getting gas. He didn't know us and would come to us. Sorry spot 7 hours after he got out with the help of 2 awsome men employers they got dexter back for me. So grateful we live in Missouri and dexter is on heart worm meds . Thank you so much.

Very clean and we'll lit. Has a great sized dog park for a quick session of catch before we get back on the road. This is the nicest lowes dog park I've been to. Most are grass and just muddy.

The most honest beyond reproach mechanics. The people in the store are jewels as well. This is the gift of the family of Southern hospitality!!! Thanks Loves for a job incredibly well done! I always come to these Love gas stations, I am even registered with them, it is disappointing to arrive at this establishment right at this time there is a person who is serving in an unpleasant way, not only to me, but to everyone, it is an African American woman of purple shirt with two pigtails in her hair, if she doesn't feel like working, she should go home, she should realize that she has this job, thanks to the clients she serves, I greeted her and she didn't answer me, He gave me a sour face just because I was going to pay for what I was buying, I waited outside to see how he served the next person, and it was the same. I hope the store manager can see this message so he can take action on the matter.The store was very tidy, the bathrooms clean, but this tension stains everything.

I asked at the diesel counter how much a shower was and she was very snoody feeling like i was not welcome to buy a shower if i was not a commercial truck driver(also for a non commercial drivers a shower is 15 witch is over priced). other wise its very clean and fully stocked

Had to get air for tire that was fine . But had someone go in McDonald’s for Quarter Pounder with Cheese and Mayonnaise and Pickle well I hope whoever made my Burger is not the full time Worker Because can even get a simple Order of Mayonnaise and Pickle Right that Person might want to consider a new Care Tryer Choice . So if you go to the McDonald’s in Love’s Truck Stop in Lenoir City Tn make sure to see that your order is correct before you leave the Restaurant

Absolutely the worst loves location ever !!! It's 7:35 am and no coffee brewed and all the bean to cup machines are full of coffee grounds because no one emptied them. Yet two female employees outside smoking and talking and caring less about coffee and cleanliness of the store. This location sucks and corporate will be made aware of lack of management and store conditions

One of the best loves I’ve been to so far! Store was extremely clean, stocked and well organized. The shower was extremely clean with plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure.. Truck parking is a bit far but after driving all day it’s refreshing to get the steps in.. definitely recommend!!!

Offering 16 fuel pumps within a spacious lot, this Love's location can accommodate even the busiest of times when a surplus of visitors arrive at once. Inside the convenience market, items selection is varied. However, while the outdoor self-service area is without issue, be prepared for long, backed-up lines if needing to complete a transaction inside despite even the earlier of hours outside of peak times.As for other amenities, restrooms are clean. Outside, a small "dog park" is offered, which is a small enclosed space for dogs to break at.

Hey out there watch out when You get cash advance because last week I fuel up and get advance of 300 and they where charging me 3 dollar wich is fine but i didn't wanted to pay the 3 dollar and I got 200 dollars without paying but in my company app is showing me that they charged 300 dollas wich I'm not happy with be safe.
