Took my dog to the Dog wash station the first time and was extremely disappointed. The room looked like it had not been cleaned ever. There was dirty towels thrown in floor and where the shampoo sits, so much dog hair backing up drains under wash stations, no clean towels, brushes look like they had never been cleaned, dryer only blew cold air. When asked the lady when paying about towels she said they keep them up front to keep people from washing and dashing. There was nothing on door saying this. If this is an issue they should lock the door and let people in.

Horrible experience with the store manager. Had ordered a tiller online and I had purchased it as a curb side pickup, he said the system kicked it out to a ship to store..I was explaining I have a paid receipt that says pickup today that I was not gonna wait 6 days to get a different one when they had 1 in stock. As I'm going over this with him on the phone he says I don't have time for this and HUNG UP IN MY FACE! I was speechless. I live 1 mile down the road so I got in my car to go down there and speak with the store manager...as I walk in a slender man with a orange shirt is arguing with a older gentleman about a order that showed up wrong...right then and there I knew HE was the man who spoke to me with zero respect and hung up on me. As he walks off I ask a cashier is that the store manager? She said yes..I said WOW!! so in meantime I call customer service and they canceled my order. As I'm about to leave the manager comes back upfront and I told him I was the one on the phone and didn't appreciate how he spoke to me and most of all hanging up on me. Only thing he replied was Get out of my damn store or I'll call police on u! I said for what? Customers were EVERYWHERE WATCHING AND SHAKING THEIR HEADS. 2 customers put down what they were in line for to check out and said we are going right down the road to lowes and told me I should too. I left the store. This man is unstable AND DOES NOT NEED TO BE A MANAGER!!! CALLING CORPORATE NEXT!

Very nice store and very well kept. All the prices were clearly marked and I am getting incredibly boring at this moment but that's okay cuz nobody's going to read this anyway but if you happen to comment or say something retarded like I am right now but I don't think you can say retarded anymore in this culture which is a shame because people are very sensitive and things get misconstrued in such a way that nothing is sacred anymore but now I'm just babbling on or am I talk to text message we both know what the answer is to the latter question

i placed a curbside pickup from store ,i had a family emergency and could not pick up ,i asked Joey the store manager to hold one more day,he did til a.m. then cancelled .i asked to hold back until i could re do curbside order so it would not get sold if returned to shelf .Joey refused. When i picked up items ,he was outside . i told people in parking lot what happened and Joey threatened to call cops for me using my !st amendment rights. Never shopping here again and i have a farm .CoOp it is from now on....oh his district mgr wasn t much more responsive and took forever to call me back .Toni Corbin

Most ridiculous experience 3 16 24 Went to purchase a 0TURN mower and picked out what I needed, Thank you Jerry Good man . Went in to pay for the mower and was told the use a third party check company and couldn't take my check because I didn't qualify LMAO 🤣 I went down the street and get the same exact mower 200.00 dollars less without using my points . I want be wasting my money with Tractor Supply in the future.

Drove here to get propane. The guy comes out and says I’m not aloud to fill your propane. So I asked if someone else was there who could. He said they all would say the same. A girl comes up and says oh our hose isn’t long enough. The “hose” which she pointed to was well over long enough. I was literally ten feet from the propane. The hose wasn’t extended but was well over ten feet. It was rolled so it looked to be twenty feet or so. All I’m saying that was not very polite and didn’t care for that.

If you need propane, definitely recommend somewhere else. Occasionally frequent here for miscellaneous items. On this day stopped to get two 30lb tanks filled. Three younger employeesWe’re standing inside, as it was hot outside we definitely didn’t expect anyone to be waiting in the heat at the propane kiosk. Entered the store told the female clerk whom was nice - then a younger male rudely and loudly states “ you get that out side “… of course we didn’t anticipate this to happen. My husband responded “Yes of course but there’s no one out there “ the guy then shouts again ( within three feet ) you get propane and pay for it outside. My husband again verbalized understanding- and emphasized there wasn’t anyone out there . The young lady interjected and took our money and had another person fill the tanks. Super unfortunate experience, as this rude young employee must also think peopleSelf serve getting propane and paying.- with his behavior and demonstrated intellect it perhaps may be saferPlease note - no one stays at the kiosk outside when it’s ninety to get propane filled at a random occurrence, so you will have to go in and hope for the best.It’s definitely a no star experience

I have taken my dogs a few time to their dog washing station they have in their store. It has progressively gotten worse each time with my experience there. I thought I would attempt one last time today and left the store after I walked into the dog washing station. The floor was completely wet, and dirty with wet dog hair everywhere. After I almost tripped I saw a pipe was off under one of the sink basins and clearly this area was not attended to and neglected. I immediately called the manager when I left to address my concerns and not wanting someone to trip and fall. He said they have been very busy today and that’s why it was in the condition it was. I would think that’s even more reason to clean this area up to ensure the safety of customers and their dogs they are paying for to wash their dogs. On the previous times as well, it was dirty and nearly no supply of dog shampoos and towels. This is clearly an unsanitary place in which I will never go to again. Extremely disappointed and I don’t recommend this to anyone to take their dogs to bathe them.

Eugene and the staff at the lebanon location were great. Eugene went above and beyond with helping me after my order was canceled and still showed shipped when u called. Customer service told me the 2 times I had spoked with them had to go to the store. So i will say my experience was a above a 5 star.This is a bday gift also. Thank you!

Store has improved a great deal since we first moved to Lebanon. Staff is friendly, they have a large selection of farm/animal needs. I usually buy online and pick up at the store. Crew is always helpful and kind.Good for our horses, pigs, cats and dogs adds up. The savings and perks help a great deal.Team was able to get me 18 rolls of horse fencing when no one else could.Will continue to be our go-to for farm and animal needs.

At the Lebanon location to day a young man helped with the heavy bags of cat food and bird seed he took them out to my truck for me because I had had surgery yesterday and he was very helpful and polite his name was Logan but I didn't get a last name. He is a very polite and helpful young man.

I almost never leave negative reviews for anyone or anywhere, but I'm truly at my wit's end with the Lebanon store. Because of an injury, I've had to use online pick up for almost a year now. It is without question the worst online pick up experience I've had with any type of business. I usually end up waiting as much as 20 minutes or more for them to bring the order out. Several times, I've gone into the store to get the order myself. I check in using the app, but almost every single time I still have to call. When I do call, they act surprised that I'm there. I don't know if this is an issue with the app or if the local store hasn't been trained on proper use of the system. The last straw with this store was yesterday. I went in thinking I could grab my horse feed and be out fairly quickly. I should have known better. The line to check out had 7 people in it. There was a self-checkout, but the system seemed to be having issues. There were several employees milling about the store, but one cashier who was also managing any issues at the self-checkout. I waited nearly 15 minutes to be able to check out. Finally, another cashier came to help. She opened up the register, but instead of taking the people who had been waiting the longest, she took the guy in the back of the line. STORE MANAGERS, TAKE A CUE FROM PUBLIX!!! GO TO THE LINE AND TAKE THE PERSON WAITING THE LONGEST. THIS IS NOT HARD TO DO!!! I'm done with this location. It's worth it to me to drive somewhere else and buy my horse feed in bulk. I will say this though. There used to be a young employee there named Shelby. She was always courteous, efficient, and she knew her stuff. She moved people through the line and could find anything you needed in that store or another location. Management, find another Shelby. Train your staff like Shelby was trained. If Shelby is gone, find her and pay her more to come back.

I love the store. The folks are usually very helpful. They always carry a wide variety of things I can't seem to find elsewhere in town. Their prices are reasonable, especially on refilling portable propane tanks. I wish they'd do a little better on expediting customer checkout, though. Sometimes it gets a little ridiculous trying to get out of there.

I have never had a bad experience here, they always smile and welcome me as soon as I walk into the store as if we are old friends. I go there regularly for dog food and dog toys and all the isles are well marked and the store is always very clean. And the dog toys that they sell exclusively at Tractor Supply are the strongest ones I've ever bought!

I took my dog for her rabies shot and the ladies who do the mobile pet clinic were there. They were so nice. They gave my dog her shot without her even noticing. Then gave us a coupon for a free bag of dog food in the brand we always use. Even went to get it for me because I'm in a wheelchair.

The only reason I gave one star , is because you gotta leave at least one . I waited , as well as 10 other people , this morning for them to open , once finally inside , I ask the sweet young lady behind the register for the item I was looking for , she took me right to it. I was in a hurry to get to work, was running late , because I needed this item for work , she ask if I needed a bag, I said no, she ask if I needed a receipt, I said no , just trying to save a few steps .... get to work and of course it’s the wrong thing, I go back to TSC , after work to get a refund , and not only were they rude because I didn’t have a receipt, the cashier looked at her mgr , (I’m guessing )and said do we even sell these ? I really don’t think we do , I’ve never seen these before , you must’ve gotten it somewhere else, I said yes ma’am you do , and here’s where they are .... then she just starred at me , for what seemed like FOREVER ...I’m like ma’am if you have security cameras , you’ll see I was one of the first customers in the door this morning, Im sorry I don’t have a receipt I was in a hurry to get to work , but there’s no need in being rude or insinuating whatever , especially over a $20 item , it was the wrong thing , it’s not been opened , We can’t use it , can I please just have a refund ? She huffed and puffed , then ask me to sign a receipt and gave me my money back. It really just hurt my feelings. But oh well , I won’t be back .

Shop here quite a bit. My granddaughter buys giant bags of dog food here. They have very nice clean restrooms for customers. Wheelchairs fit in restroom and hand rails. Soap, toilet paper and hot air hand drying.

Took our propane tanks to be refilled on a Saturday afternoon. Was told they couldn't do it "because of the storm" despite the fact that it had stopped raining over 2 hours prior. When I pointed this out, they said "sorry that's our policy." I won't be returning as this is ridiculously stupid.

The staff makes all the difference. We come to this location because they have taken care of us so well. We had 1000 ft of equine fence put up with round posts all from this store. Can't beat the 10% coupons they send out frequently.

We buy all our animal needs here, the dog food prices are fair and there's plenty of options to choose from. We get our dogs grain free food and I was happy to find they had several options on the grain free. We also have chickens and are able to buy all their needs at this location.

Was at the Lebanon store today and was treated very rudely by what i think was the manager( big young looking guy)....anyway, i was there along with 3 others to get propane tanks filled....was told by cashier someone would be right out....we all waited about 20 mins and no one came....so, went inside again and was told the same thing...so waited another 20 mins and still no one came out....so, went inside again and the guy in charge said we have no one to fill it and to let the others know very rude like infront of alot of people in the store...business lost from me

Called to ask about a product I'm sorry we don't carry that.so I look online and it says it's in stock and have 2 different options.soni go to the store and show a different employee the product..no we don't have them..it took me 2 minutes to find it.either employees don't care or they are not very good at the job.only got a 3 because I didn't have to go to Walmart
