Made a delivery to this place. It was my first time here. I had to wait a long time to get them to open the gate. They made me wait two hours to take a sample from my load. I did not fill luck. It was a good experience for me.

I arrived a few hours before my appt that was 1600. They checked me in, I waited for a door and they called me before my appointment to a door. I have no complaints about this place. Over 24 hours of unload time. Worst place on the dam planet. Appointment and place in line doesn't matter here. They will have every single truck cut the line because they feel like it. They also never answer the phone. Tried for 3 days to get ahold of someone.

If hauling bulk AVOID AT ALL COST. They use you as storage and are extremely slow. 10+ hrs to get unloaded. Appointment times are a joke just show up check in and get in line.

Arrived at 10 and pulled in around 17:30 and started unloading an hour later and it took over 1.5 hrs to unload 22k and 3 hrs to unload 28k

This place is 24hrs but it doesn’t matter they will use you as storage, they make me wait almost 24hrs to get me unloaded the give priority to other companies if you read this before taking a load coming here, believe avoid this place at all cost……

Finally was able to locate the Shipping / Receiving office. Loved how I could take my empty to the other lot and pickup my loaded trailer there too. For someone still learning this industry, it helps alot when having a tight schedule. And the yard dog who helped me was awesome!

I recommend not to haul a load to this facility. You will have to wait for 6 to 8 hours to unload if not more.

These people are very rude.They sent a loading diagram when the load was accepted, however they fail to load it correctly causing the axle weight to be over. It was supposed to have 6 singles in the nose and six singles in the rear. Had the load scaled and returned only for them to have an attitude and tell me to slide my 5th wheel and my tandems. The load had to go through Illinois and the law for Illinois is the 12th hole.They "reworked" the load by scooting two pallets further in moving 300 lbs off the trailer axle to the drives. The trailer axle was at 35320 and the drives were at 30. Went back for a third time and they were extremely rude trying to tell me about the laws amd weight rules. I said I have a diagram on the side of the trailer if you would like to look. They argued with my dispatcher about it being loaded correctly. Also told me to slide my tandems forward( which would put more weight on the trailer axle). "We run these loads all the time loaded the same way" the only way that would be possible is if they are running illegally overweight. This is the one and only time I will ever do business with this shameful company.

Place located EOR turn left (only option) man door beside dock 1 for bulk drivers, man beside dock 3 for drivers with pallet shipment. Some overnight parking available on side of the street (be careful don’t get your self in the ditch) over all it’s ok place.They took me on time for delivery and out less than 45 minutes 😊

This place was kind of confusing on where to check in and get unloaded.Went to three different offices until we reach the right one which caused us to be 45 mins late for our appointment . Once checked in we got a dock and started getting unloaded right away. Done in less than an hour.

over all hadnt good experience for pickup, and they sets the trailers very high and when we want to hook it it does not work, ask the yard trucker to help me with his truck, but he denied untill i called my company and they called his company,

I’m a drop and hook here. Been here 4 times and have always had to come back because weights was wrong and acted like I was the issue. Also, bring paper weight scale ticket cause they won’t take an email one you get from the app.

6 months ago good place to drop hook, thanks to other DA truckers taking whatever trailer they want, now your are babysitted entire time on property. Nice people. Management needs major overhaul!!!

If delivering ingredients BEWARE I live close to this place so it gets me home for the weekend only to sit in there parking lot on a Saturday into Sunday. Will not be back

I see some bad reviews for deliveries . I don’t know I was there an odd day but I got right into a dock the people i spoke with was nice and helpful . Just needs more signs for drivers find check in point . There is construction going on at plant so space is limited . Over all not bad

Always drop and hook // they have a drop lot 1/2 a mile away when you go into gravel lot those trl's are all empty // now go to end of lot. will see tankers behind gate there but also the loaded trl's there is a gate with a guard in a yard truck yes honk your horn guard will open gate and you can leave with loaded trl

TRUCKERS BEWARE!! EXTREMELY SLOW AND UNORGANIZED! 3 DOCKS FOR DRY VAN..BARELY ANY ROOM TO BACK IN. NO BATHROOM! CANT GO IN. WAITED OVER 4 HRS AT DOCK. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAVE NO ROOM IN WAREHOUSE.
