Brittany, the groomer, did an excellent job with my GraceLynn on her first trip. She's a very anxious puppy, just 4 months old, and I was extremely nervous for her because when she stresses, she gets sick. She didn't get sick, and Brittany took special care of her. GraceLynn looked so cute when we picked her up. Brittany, the manager, was extremely nice when I left a compliment for her as well. Great store, clean and good prices.

The associates are always so helpful to help me find what I need. I buy crickets for my frogs every couple of weeks, and they make sure I get the freshest batch. I've also adopted 2 cats from their adoption services.

This place is amazing. I was on my way to the dollar store from Sally's and there it was.I decided to stop in and check it out. It carries my 4health dog food which is grain free of the bad grains. My pups are doing great on it. Also it has many different types of seat belt connections which I now need. It carries so many different types of tough toys our 6 month Pitts chew through everything we got the tire they love it. Everyone was happy and helpful that's hard to find these days. Visit the store you will be glad you did.

If you are looking for your cats or dogs and a little bit for your other pets and I will say if you are looking for your reptile friends I will say don't shop here do to it's a bit over priced and they don't really have a big selection for reptile but they do have a big selection for dogs and cats

Went into Petsense, and was greeted and helped by Sarah. I was going in for dog food, and left with a few things. Her customer service was unmatched. Definitely would recommend!!!

I just moved here and needed a pet store. There was only two in the area, this one and Petco. I do not like Petco so I thought I would give this place a try. I needed to get crickets and dog food. I decided to walk around and look at the store. The thing I noticed about this store is prices are way more expensive then anywhere else I have been. Then I asked for my crickets and they did not have any. Went to go get meal worms and those did not look good either. I ended up leaving the store with nothing and went to Petco. The two stars is because it was clean and neat in the store. There were employees that asked if they could help, which is hard to come by these days.

The people were friendly and the prices were amazing. Plus the day I went they had a special going on. If you spent a certain amount you got a toy or treat $9.99 or less for free. So not only did my furry friend get flea/tick treatment he also got a toy.

Went to get a muzzle ....Associates was pleasant and answered our questions good. Not sure if they wanted to walk away from the register when I asked for help but she did. She was helpful overall. Wasn't a big deal to them it felt. When she realized I was lost on how they worked she came over to make sure I was good. Wife was happy with the help also.

We have a 6 month old English bulldog that is already 50lbs and literally pulls me when I walk him, and has serious separation anxitey issues. I went inside this store and told the young lady what I was looking for and she spent ample time with me going over different options for what I was looking for. Staff was great! They even carried my 30lb bag of dog food to my vehicle for me! Now that's service! I will go back again =)

Extremely concerned with the lack of concern for customers needs! I was overlooked / ignored when discussing the lack effort with my pets haircut. Asked for the store manager (never showed up). Not to mention the odor when you walk in the store. DO NOT GO!!

I'll say the other reviews on here made me a bit nervous, but it seems like this store has really turned it around. They have a brand new manager in there and the customer service was wonderful. This will be my new place to go for all my pet needs. Hopefully as they bring more people on they will begin to mimic their new store manager.

Thankful for the dietary recommendations of the knowledgeable staff at Pet sense. They helped us find the right food for our blue tick hound. Prices are a little steep but the food bag program makes it more manageable.

I visited here because Petsmart was out of the worms I needed for my lizard. First lady was nice and even checked to make sure the qorms looked alright... there were a few dead in the little cup, so she called her coworker over for a second opinion... this coworker was condescending and a reminder of why I never go here.... ahe even had the nerve to give me a dirty look and ask "you know you have to feed these, right?"

They have a new groomer and employees every two-three months. They're all less than mediocre but the last two groomers were just entirely unprofessional and rude.I have been taking my dogs nearly once a month for two years. I tolerate the bedraggled and unrefined staff because their grooming prices are good and, for the most part, they do a good job on my pets.On our last visit I excitedly greeted our new groomer, hoping she'd be kind and professional. I was sorely mistaken. She basically responded to me with, "Oh nice to see you could finally make it, we've been calling all week to confirm your appointment, did you bring your proof of rabies?" She was very rude and unwelcoming. I advised her that I haven't received any calls, and they already have my proof of rabies on file, but if she needs a second copy I can get it within minutes. She basically called me a liar, reciting my phone number aloud, (which was the incorrect number, they had two digits mixed up). Long story short, she booked two other large dogs for that day after she spent several minutes complaining about how much it costs her when pets don't show up and now she's going to be there until "3 am" because I showed up for my appointment. I told her in 2 years we've NEVER missed an appointment. They've never confirmed my appointments in the past, she's welcome to confirm but we will ALWAYS be there the first Saturday of every month. I showed her our proof of rabies (mind you the entire time she's acting aggressive and abrasive), and told her I wanted my dogs to be clean and it was stupid to book two other large dogs when I specifically told the booking manager to let the groomer know that mine is the biggest and fluffiest dog there is and he frequently takes all day to do. I told her, whilst not ideal, that I can come back another day if I won't get my monies worth in grooming due to her over booking herself. She said she could handle it, it would just be a long day.Fast forward to 3pm, I get a phone call that she wants to shave one of my dogs. "He has too many mats and I can't do anything for him". I told her no, he is an arctic breed and cannot be shaved, per the vet and our breeder. But she's been grooming for 21 years and obviously she's more educated than the vet so she again, insists that he be shaved. I declined and requested she just bathe him and she refused. She wouldn't groom him at all. So, I went to pick them up, one groomed dog and one un-groomed. When I got my un-groomed dog home I brushed his undercoat out with our rake brush in about 2 hours. No mats on his body at all, just a few around his feet and bottom which always happen. He's blowing his undercoat right now and it just takes time to brush him out.I've saved the worst for last. When I went to pick my dogs up, my 165 lb dog, who was hands down the largest dog there, was not in the back room in his usual kennel (one of MANY empty kennels) but he was CRAMMED into a tiny portable crate in the middle of the grooming floor where he couldn't even stand up!!!!! He was visibly upset and scared. He almost jumped the counter trying to get out of there. He had not been allowed to relieve himself as when we got outside he took a bathroom break that was never ending. He looked terrible - large clumps of hair falling out of his coat. And when I got home to brush him I realized she'd shaved him to the skin on one side, under his arm, and the clippers left multiple abrasions on his skin.I paid for our grooming of one dog, gladly held onto the $50 tip I usually leave, and we will NEVER be back. $200 a month I'm happy to spend somewhere else.I even told the groomer that, because he's blowing his coat, I don't expect him to "look good" today, I just want him to "smell good" I told her I'd bring him back every Saturday for a month until his coat is done blowing out and that she didn't have to work the whole undercoat out in one day. I also told her that I didn't care what the cost was, I basically have her a blank check and unlimited time to groom him. There was no excuse for not bathing him.

I purchased a wireless fence for my Boston terrier less than 30 days ago and tried to take it and and clerk asked if I had a receipt for it and I said no but I can pull it up on my online banking and the clerk said that wouldn’t work! After I paid over $300 for so now I’m stuck with a product that don’t work and I can’t take back! So with that being said I will no longer do business there nor will I refer anyone to shop there!!!!!
