Walked in 15 minutes before grooming services closed and Donovan took him in and got his nails cut, teeth, and ears cleaned in 10 minutes, if even honestly. He treated our dog as if it was his own dog. We’ll definitely be back.Also look at how cute Remi is with his new bandana. Thank you Donovan!

I went in to buy dog food. First she stood there talking to a friend for 10 minutes, while I was holding a 28 pound bag of dog food. Then when I was checking out, she was saying how bad the food was for my dog & my dog is going to die of heart issues & started naming other brands I should try. I said no thank you, can you please just check me out. I asked for a bag for the bones, she said that would be 11 cents, we’re a California based company. Then when I was done, she said, I’d get your dog an echo before it’s too late. First of all, this is not in her realm of expertise. My dogs have been using that brand for years & run 3-5 miles a day. She is not a vet! My vet recommends this food for them. I will NEVER step foot in a Petco again, especially this one!!Thank you for your response, but I am also contacting corporate and filing a formal complaint on Shawnda.

Totally a cool place to get lil animals. Reptiles and fish. Nice inventory for a small space.I got 2 guinea pigs from there. Pretty sure a father and son and they love their new live home!! Thank you for the advice and I hope the pics put a smile on your face.

Do not go to the Petco in Lebanon, TN for grooming!!!! They did an absolutely horrible horrible job on my Labradoodle they shaved her to the skin and you couldn’t even recognize her!! I told them I was unhappy & they said call corporate it cost me almost $100 & it was horrible & horrible customer service!!! Do not go there!!!! This is Bailey before and after you can even see how sad she looks and her tail they even butchered too!! My other dog didn’t even recognize her!! It was truly upsetting!!! I did call corporate & im waiting for there response!! The manager there is horrible!!!!

I paid $200 plus dollars for puppy training. Well my puppy wasn’t trained anything. He don’t set walk on his leash or anything you think you might be paying for, he still pee and poop in the house. I really don’t know what I paid for, someone please tell me!

On September 14, I brought my dog Belle in for a bath and nail trimming. This is only her second visit for service. First visit was only OK not bad but OK. This visit was Outstanding and I think Belle would have stayed all day with Kelly. She was incredible with both Belle (Australian Cattle Dog) and her owner Me.Thank You

Every time I go employees are very helpful and if not knowledgeable themselves they tell me when I can come back to speak to someone or who to go to. They have a good variety of different pet supplies not just dog and cat. The plants they have for aquatic animals are actually in good condition and have survived at home until my turtles inevitably eat them. I feel like their prices are comparable to other pet stores. The store is always clean and stocked.

This is a review of the Grooming Department inside Petco at Lebanon, TN. Not all groomers are created equally. If you’ve ever had a dog that requires grooming, you likely have experienced a bad or disappointing groom. Hands down. Petco at Lebanon has the best group of groomers. We travel and have had grooming services at 5 Petco stores. Lebanon is number 1.

This place should be closed down. All of the aquariums are disgustingly dirty, with few if any fish in them. Unless you count the dead ones floating on top. The store is dirty. All of the cages/aquariums were dirty and the small selection of animals they do have didn't look very healthy. Their prices are substantially higher than the competitors. And the staff is not very friendly or knowledgeable.

My fur baby (Jappo) requires light sedation for grooming, due to his anxiety. Danielle is excellent with him. I trust her fully and she does a beautiful job on him. I highly recommend her and the Lebanon location. 5⭐️🐕

Be aware that the associates working at this location are either attempting to provide expert advice where they are not trained or equipped or they attempt to deceive you in order to upsell their products. We recently had our dog groomed here (first time ever taking him there) and were informed by the groomer that he had tape worms. We purchased the medicine that they suggested to treat him, but, hesitant to just give my dog whatever, I personally checked his feces multiple times and never saw any evidence. He is very regular and consistent and has also been to the vet recently. Please use caution when using this store and confirm a medical diagnosis made by people that may not be experts prior to giving your pets any medicine.

Well I have been there several times but I never joined their club, I had to pay for some expensive cat food since my cat has a allergy the cashier asked if I was a member, I joined for free and saved $10 off my order. I may not have to buy this again but I will be back there more often. I like the discount and the people.

Was told to buy my tank setup then come back 3 days later to buy fish. DO NOT do that. That can and will amonianize your tank and you will NOT be able to fix the problem. You'll have to start all over. I am a seasoned fish tank owner and the sheer ignorance on behalf of the staff that work here is appalling. This is how they keep you coming back for more fish.

recently adopted a puppy and went in for a few little things. had puppy in hand and basket with some toys, food, a leash and a harness.. after all was rung up (totaling about $60) the less than friendly cashier told me that they were now charging for bags.. there was no sign anywhere for me to have known that and when I suggested that people should know ahead of time so they could consider that when making purchases, she just shrugged... terrible policy and attitude.. was considering going there for groomings but now will not be returning.

Took Prissie to her 2:00 grooming today. 3:00 goes by, 4:00 goes by, 5:00 goes by. At 5:45 I go to ask about her. She was given a bath. Had to wait to get her blow dried. Took her without getting cut. Ridiculous! Never again!
