Place is outdated and nasty! Need a new store. Doesn't match up to all the newer and updated Krogers.every single department is disgusting and unorganized. They can't even keep the hotdog isle stocked they've been out of turkey hot dogs for a year. Now . This store seriously needs to go and rebuild a new store. Building is rat Infested and just nasty as hell!

Weight doesn't match the sale price and label on 2 T Bone steaks. If this happens again, I will be contacting TN Weights and Measures. The steaks are nearly half a pound short of the sale weight.

I was on my way to Walmart but as I passed Kroger I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised at the low prices, the amount of choices, and the quality of products. I'll be coming here again.

Store is to small for this growing town. Parking lot is ridiculous, people hitting people and running people over trying to get in and out. The building is outdated and needs expanding and the buggie issue with not enough carts don't even get me started!

Normally a daily shopper until today. First , to use the promotional coupon for double fuel points on floral, produce, & meat good today - Saturday ( don’t bother the coupon doesn’t work) I first stopped at floral to get a plant. The one I wanted didn’t have a bow like the rest so I asked if I could purchase one ( even if there were ones in other pots all same price and plant) “NO” I was told by the floral employee. Very abruptly. I have pictures I wish I could post to illustrate this. Proceed to get at that point only the necessary items as she has seen me buy flowers every week and I was amazed at the rudeness! Proceed to checkout and again as I wait for an attendant to help with coupon, she had the same mood , coupon isn’t working “ call the 1-800 # they might can fix it , the coupons aren’t working!” without giving me a chance to ask the store # or anything, she to abruptly walks off. Finally I go to fuel up with the points I do have . Not one machine had tape to give a receipt. I have to wait in a line 5 people long all trying to get receipts for gas.I’m not sure if it was a bad day for them but as a customer ( that is there everyday or at least every other day) I don’t deserve to have my day ruined as well. IF I RETURN, due to it being a small town with 2 grocery stores it will only be for items I cannot find elsewhere. I proceeded to Walmart & Big Lots where I was treated much better and I’m not a regular customer. That told me a lot about Kroger! The only time I was treated like a “ valued customer “ was when the register told me I was . SAD!

Store nicely stocked, very clean, produce looked fresh and I went shopping at 2 pm.. had a great cashier, spent too much money as usual but that's normal anymore. Overall 5 star visit

I love the staff here,and proces ot meat are fair.They have a giant,and very nice selection of flowers for sale...Great cuts of steak,and good seafood here.The deli and meat sections are both really.good,and the workers are very helpful.Meats usually marked down daily and you can get good deals early in the mornings when they are pricecut and placed in cooler for purchase,like for instance deli meat is always marked down,turkey,ham,etc etc...Great place and people,and they also sell.cooled ribs pit front where they are smoked and grilled by the entrance of the store..Great deals,great selection,overall Great....

The parking lot is too small, the aisles are too narrow, they rarely have more than two checkout lanes open, their employees are rude , condescending and outright mean.I shop here when the cold drinks are on sale. July 3rd, day before Independence day and they only have 2 checkout lines open. Each one had in excess of 10 people in line waiting to check out. After 20 minutes I abandoned my shopped for items and left. Whoever scheduled the staff needs to have a better understanding of the flow of customers during the holidays. I wasn't the only customer that walked out. Kroger lost today.

This is an awesome place to shop for groceries. The staff are very friendly! This is a family oriented grocer as opposed to the stark, sterile, corporate machine that is Walmart. Definitely recommend shopping here!

Kroger's store brands are excellent quality, excellent value, and save you big bucks. Buy them instead of brand names. I worked for Kroger and I despise the staff generally. The hormone -deficient middle aged broads that boss everyone around and create a toxic workplace are a bit much, but the Gen Z gossiping drama queens are marginally worse. Shop there, but don't work there, trust me.

Always a great shopping experience. I also only use Kroger pharmacy because the employees are always friendly and they go above and beyond to take care of every customer. Overall, best store to shop at for amything as well as best pharmacy to use in my home town!!!!!!! 👍👍💯

Kroger is my go to place. I buy most everything I need here except parrot feed because it to expensive. Seems a little cheaper than other stores couponing and that's what I love & if they make a mistake they will fix it. The only thing I don't like is that you can't get some your meds a day early but it could be some of the new rules because when I go to pick up my meds I prefer to make less trips than make a trip 2 days in a row. In Alabama you can pick all your meds up at 1 time regardless of what they are 2-3 days before you run out. It really is a pain to have to wait until the day you run out to get them. That's not fair to the elderly or anyone with health problems because some depends on a ride from others and are on limited income that can't always afford to make a 2nd trip the next day.

I don’t normally write negative reviews, but I felt compelled after my most recent trip to the nation’s largest grocery chain.Most of the employees I have encountered in the one year I have lived in Lawrenceburg have been friendly and helpful enough. Kroger in general (I have also lived and shopped in Colorado for many years) seems to have a supply chain issue. They are frequently out of items that other stores seem to have no problem keeping in stock. My frustration long precedes Covid, nationwide supply shortages and rapid inflation.What drove me to write this review was a recent experience. While attempting to take advantage of a Kroger card deal, $10 off a purchase of $30, I was told that two $14.99 items totaling $29.98 would not qualify. While I can understand this in a technical sense, I expect more than that as a loyal customer. I was directed, rather abruptly, to the customer service desk. Once there, I began to explain the problem to the agent when the phone rang. She answered it and began helping that person without any acknowledgement to me.I left the store never to return. I don’t have any power or influence over Kroger’s policies or the discourtesy of a few employees, but I have done what I can. Since this incident, I have done my grocery shopping at Walmart.

Friendly staff, clean store, but the checkout lines were INSANE. The self checkout was backed up ridiculously long also, and extremely difficult to use. I try not to complain often but this was pretty bad on a Tuesday afternoon. Idk if it's store policy to only use 2 checkouts with hundreds of people in lines going halfway down the isle but they should call ppl to open more lines when it's that jam packed.

Great sales. Very crowded on weekends though. Hard to find parking spot. But they seem to open check out lanes when needed much unlike Wal-Mart! Love the fuel points. And if they don't have your item you want they will order it for you. I had them order me lemon ice cream. Purity brand. Awesome. Wish they'd keep it stocked!

The bakery is AWESOME. Their customer service is amazing. We have had so many good experiences but today was our favorite. A particular employee named Cathy in bakery definitely spoiled my son today and for that we are SO thankful.

This was my first time in Kroger. It had regular store set up so navigating was easy.They have a good variety of merchandise to choose from. Their prices are fair and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Very nice ambience 😀I plan on going back once more since I'm only in town for a short while.

The staff at Kroger always has the customer in mind. From the time you walk in, you are greeted with smiling faces. Their attire is always neat and orderly; displaying what a professional consumer food store should be.Items are always well stocked and maintained, with attention to detail on everything from proper product placement to proper rotation.Prices are very competitive in most items. The bakery always has great and tasty items to choose from.The rewards program does a good job at customer retention, in my opinion.The fueling station onsite is a good convenience, also with competitive pricing.

Stopped at the Kroger gas station an I paid for $20 dollars worth of gas at the pump, well I didn't get a receipt after purchase well we left and maybe 2 minutes later my debit card app went off and it said they had took $125 and another $20 off my card for a total of $145 dollars, so I contacted them and they were like what are you talking about well I took a screenshot of it and they come back with well they hold it for a few days I was like what!!!! Yeah they hold it for 5 to 7 days I was like no I want my money refunded I have never had any other stores do that well here it is now $12:25 a.m an just looked to see if it was returned an nope but guess what I was charged another $20 for the gas so if a Kroger top person sees this message me asap or I will call today when to district office opens

All of the employees at Lawrenceburg Kroger are great, but the one employee who stands out the most to us every time we come to Kroger is Andrew! He is always so kind and respectful and offers to help with anything you might need! Such a hard working young man!
