When you get a product you like and other people like it too, to many times I have seen it taken off the shelf and no longer available. I order most of my stuff online and other stores that are more customer friendly and are ready to help the customer.

They are very rude workers here . Juilia is always hollering at the customers. I don't like this walmart. She's hateful. When you are at the self checkouts like at 10:50 she will say that we should had been up there before 10:50 but they always say please make final selections and be there before 11. 10:50 is before 11.

Only shop here for certain items that I know pricing is cheaper. Do NOT like self check. They need more people working cash registers! Where is all the help to make our life easier? The store does have a great selection of grocery items. Clothing is an area where I never shop. Don't know why Walmarts always have the worst dressed shoppers...

Paint department 1 gallon of antique white, 1 onyx black. I watched Michael ( an employee that has worked for Walmart over 20) pour the black into gallon to mix. I get home and open what I think is my black paint to only find its White. So I called not once not twice but three times I was hung up on. The fourth time I talked to Shirley who was in photos and she was so hateful she must be a miserable person and it is her daily go to make people just as miserable as her life is. I am on hold for 1 hour and 28 only to have to speak to Shirley again.. I still have not been able to get the correct and I also have not been able to talk to after being on hold for an hour and 28 minutes and having to speak to miserable Shirley again I was once again hung up on. Right after I cashed out for the paint and the things I bought with the paint I seen a lanyard and it called my eye I purchased it as soon as I got it home it broke.. Walmart's going down they Don't Care about Us and furthermore they are hiring the most cantankerous grouchy miserable old people

Never enough cashiers. There's always employees with pallets in the way , or employees trying to run u over doing curbside shopping. But they r some how cheaper and have more selections then ANY of our small town grocery stores.

This store is BEYOND ridiculous when it comes to price gouging. I get it we're all country bumpkins who have very limited places to shop for food and other household goods so of course a huge company like walmart is going to take advantage of the fact that we have NO WHERE else to go that is conveniant. I looked up an item that I needed to see if it was in our location. In my haste I missed that you had to order it online to get the price. Retail value of it was 24.88 sale price was 21.06. So I get to my location an hour before close and look the item back up to see which aisle it was in and bam.... $28.88. The item is now priced at $4 higher. And of course they won't honor the item at checkout. I asked nicely, explained my error and that I didn't see the online order part. So I said ok I'll go home and order it online. I click no substitutions because I need a specific port on that item. There were easily at least 4 of the item in stock at close of business last night and this is not an item that is high demand enough to have sold out in the 4 hours of the store being open. But either way that item is not available. And I know why it's not available because they are looking for an item that retails at 24.88 instead of the item that our walmart price gouges us on at 28.88. They don't realize it is the same item because of this price gouging. So I call the manager who says I should be able to come up, grab the item and finish the order. I will update when I am able todo this either today or saturday.

Walmart in Lafayette TN needs to build a supercenter store. The store has a problem keeping up with demand. You figure the store is supplying for a huge area including Kentucky. The check out is horrible. Weekends are the worst.

Pickup at this store is wonderful. However, the panhandling at the door every time I have to go inside is ridiculous. I was approached 3 times in less than an hour to give to some kind of charity organization or a church. It's like going to a third-world country anyway, but now it's worse.The grocery pickup is a mess due to the pickers not paying attention to what they are doing. For instance, I ordered some Pillsbury flakey layer biscuits and received cornbread flavor biscuits. WTH! If I wanted cornbread, I would make some from scratch. This is only one example 🙄 I hope it's better next time

My wife and I drive a half hour out of our way to use this store because it is so much nicer than the Lebanon TN store. This store has a much nicer well stocked bakery section and always has clerks at checkout counters instead of being forced to use automated stations. Also just the overall stock and appearance of this store is nicer. I don't work for Walmart so I shouldn't have to check myself out. There is no discount to use automated. Keep up the great job at this store management.

Customer Bumped to Low PriorityDear Walmart,As I shopped for hair care products, I was shooed out of the aisle 4 times in less than a couple minutes. I was told I was in the way by employed "shoppers" pushing wide carts to the staging area to pack for customer pick up or local delivery.Excuse me, but if this is the aisle used as the main path for one of your services, why do you have merchandise, much less key household staples located there? In-store customers are customers, too, and shouldn't be treated like second class.I try to shop local, but am seriously rethinking which local stores to support.Signed,A Live Customer

Some employees are very rude on top of that customers run you over. I only go into the store if I have to. I do like the employees that do the curbside it is much simpler to shop on line and just pick your grocery

My husband and I stood waiting at the hunting counter for 45 minutes waiting just to buy one box of .22 amo. We had to call to get someone paged twice and finally the team lead Tracy came and told us they were slacking and we would have to wait even longer. They are definitely slacking and need to work on their customer service. We ended up having to go somewhere else to get ammo. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great specials, aisles are well marked, honestly good to bypass self check out and be served by a friendly human cashier who took time to pack food products separately from toiletries. The only con is the entrance and exits are congested to a point that disabled customers battle to navigate.

Employees always have a great attitude and they always try to fulfill your orders completely. Lafayette Tn Walmart is one of my favorite online shopping stores for groceries

This Walmart is the closest to my house so it is convenient. Unfortunately the employees are not helpful or polite. I asked about an item I was told to wait while an employee was going to go and check on the item. I did not move and 20 min. Later I seen that same employee walking passed me with out looking at me, or ever coming back to answer my question ⁉️
