I'd like to thank the employees who on December 1st showed compassion and understanding to my sister upon finding out that her insurance had cancelled her policy before the renewal date while still accepting premium payments from her. It was beyond stressful to be physically unwell only to discover that payments made in good faith were not honored by the insurance company and y'all understood. In a harsh world you remained human. Thank you.

I accidentally gave my MD the Lafayette location, versus the one in Hendersonville, to fill my medication. We drove to this location & had the most pleasant experience. The pharmacy was very busy, however, the Pharmacist — Ruby, took her time to ensure I understood the directions for correctly taking this new medication. Staff was very friendly, my medication was ready upon arrival & zero complaints!

I have been using this Walgreens pharmacy location for years and I have always been met with helpfulness, info when needed and rushed Rx’s when my babies have been sick and/or in pain. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff but more specifically Amy. She has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND out of complete kindness when we’ve had to rush our middle child to the ER and she quickly got his meds filled so we could get our son back on the mend. I will always stand by this pharmacy as long as Amy is there with her kindness and helpfulness, along with all the other super sweet and helpful staff. ;)

The Walgreens in Lafayette is like most places in Lafayette. Slow witted , hateful , and unhelpful staff . Need I say more ? I have a generally good experience at ANY other pharmacy except this one . It’s a shame we can’t have nice things in this dumpster fire of a town but … I guess not .

Everyone is great, even when having a bad day. There are lots of negative reviews here, and most of the complaints I've read seem to be from ignorance and miscommunication. My experience has always been good. The staff are very busy and work within the confines set forth by FDA, CMS, insurance guidelines, and physican orders.Fee has always been very direct. Amy is very good at multi-tasking, Ruby and Justin know the meds and the regulations but also have clinical insight into symptom management, drug interactions, and side effects. They are all very determined to help their customers, and at the end of the day, middle or beginning, they are humans who are making an honest living. Pharmacists actually have a doctorate, its the initials right behind their name. And maybe the "white coats they don't deserve to wear" are covering the sweat stains from an emotionally charged environment dealing with disgruntled, sick, worried patients and family members who, during their own limited perspective lash out at the very people trying to help them.A simple "thank you" goes a long way. Try it.

Fee was SO helpful!!! She made me understand that I couldn’t take my antibiotic for acne with dairy. She explained how sick it would make me if i did!

We have had our share of pharmacy issues in the past but anytime I have reached out to Amy or Tabitha they have always went above and beyond to get my son’s medication for him. They are the real MVPs and I am so thankful for them both. We have been told by other pharmacies they cannot get his medication in and just basically we were out of luck. Since switching to Walgreens, we have had zero issues and these ladies always makes sure my son’s seizures medications are there even before it’s time to be filled so we are never waiting for it to be ordered and come in or anything!

Amy in pharmacy WAS SOOOOOO EMBARRASSING!!! They first said my daughter script wasnt there 2 days ago then today I said ive called her dr its been in .and she said oh well its not covered so we didnt tell you . Like my kid should sit in pain because you decide WTH !!! Then she was loud enough for my husband to her her talking about our prescription all the way by body wash and then she was acting like we were misusing a pain medication for my 16 yr old daughter who just had her tonsils out . Literally loud and said well it is a C2 narcotic and the insurance decides who gets it and who doesn't. Then when I asked how much she said it's 110 looking at me like I can't afford it . They have always offered us discount cards when we come in and she said oh well you need to bring one in we can't help you with one . I feel like she violated our hippa rights and was tacky on top of it we will never be back here

I am only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. Not only will the pharmacy not allow us to pick up my dying father's medication, but they argue with us and tell us that we are going to kill him. Fee has no customer service skills. And has an attitude when she's asks why a dying hospice patient cannot pick up their own medication. Because He Is Dying!!!! My father is suffering in his last days because of this pharmacy and the staff that operates it.

I called this morning about a tetanus vaccine and spoke with the pharmacist. She said it should be covered under insurance. I get there and it is not covered. Why wasn't I told this when I called this morning? I just didn't argue. I had to go to the ER just to get my shot. I'm going somewhere else from now on.

Customer service is #1 at the Lafayette TN location! Pharmacy staff is very helpful! ! They always take the time to answer my questions in a polite an carrying way. They are fast an very sweet. There is a lady who works in cosmetics who is very helpful an does not mind coupons. I have never seen any employee with a bad attitude. They truly care about there customers. This is the only pharmacy I will use. The drive thru is a wonderful thing to use on days where I don't feel like going inside. There app makes it easy to order refills. I tell people all the time how great my favorite pharmacy is.

The past year I've had so much trouble with Walgreens. Not just locally but travel also. I've been over charged and don't even get me started on mobile photos. I've been using this since 2017 and loved it. Now, NOT so much. It's been a TOTAL nightmare. I mention when I started using it to show I'm very familiar with it. Been trying since Saturday. It is now THURSDAY. THE system was down with no notification I literally drove to the store only for the employee to say" I don't know let me ask the manager" as I stood and waited. She came back and said oh its down. You'd think a manager would tell the emoyees. After I FINALLY submitted the order, on Wednesday I checked my email ashen I thought it should be ready for pick up only to get. Oh snap this wasn't submitted ughhhh. Yes it was AND confirmed. Today tried again and guess what it kicked me out when I was three fourths done. I'll be using another service. Thank goodness for competition

Every time we try to use pharmacy they are rude and tell us they don't have the prescription so we spent hours calling to make sure they have what they need same every time doctor offices say they have send it go back and they have it now will be using a different pharmacy. One star only because had to give one to voice my opinion.
