I have been to several vet offices across the state of Tennessee. This is by far the best one I have ever been to. They were so helpful, kind, understanding, and so much more. They have put 2 dogs down for me and were so great and gentle about it. I had another dog that couldn't even walk and they came to my truck and carried him inside. They did a full work up, some blood work, and gave me a few medications to help him and he was like a brand new dog 24 hours later. When I didn't think I would have enough money to cover the bill, they worked with me by going over different things and helping me take a cheaper route instead of just pushing us out the door. They even called to check on my dog a day or 2 later to make sure he was okay. Everything I have had to put a dog down, they do paw prints and prints of their noses and they all sign a card and then they mail it to us with the prints. This place and the staff are so awesome! I'll never take my pets or my business anywhere else, and I'll forever refer people here. I'll always be grateful for this place and the people who work here. They truly love what they do and they take pride in it. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could!! 10/10 totally recommend.

The front desk staff, one in particular, is short with customers and somewhat condescending. The doctors are good, but some of the staff members seem either overworked or rude. If you want more personalized service, I would suggest a different veterinarian. You shouldn’t be treated like you’re a distraction.A huge issue I have is that I was lied to by the front desk on the status of my dog. And they knew exactly what they were doing. There is no reason to lie to a customer about their dog and what is going on. The front desk girl simply didn’t care about my dog, me or the situation. She wouldn’t even make eye contact.

Great vet clinic with a hometown feel. Clean and organized, rooms are cleaned well between clients. They take time with you and your pet- you feel like you're both cared for well here.

A caring, family atmosphere here. They really care for your pet and you. Always happy to see us, and they love on my critter. This has been true no matter whose name is on the sign--they have all been great, and we have been using them for 13 years. We trust them.

Rooms have doorways big enough for wheelchairs. Very considerate to the whole family and the dogs. Listened intently collected all information to make an informed decision/ recommendation for treatment. Went out of their way to obtain previous lab work from another state when we couldn't find our records. This place has average prices and offers care credit and other options for payments.

Worst experience I have ever had at a small business.I asked for an estimate for having a small cyst removed from my dog's foot. Upon seeing the vet for three minutes (realizing the vet was trying to justify a big bill) I cut the meeting off and as I prepared to leave I was told there would be a $40 charge for the "office visit". They called the police to try and intimidate me into paying. I did not agree to any charge up front so I still refused to pay and of course was allowed to leave. DO NOT make the mistake of taking a pet here.

They truly care about their animals not about the money of course fixing your pet is expensive but they do work with you they want your babies to go home and be healthy they worked wonders with my little baby so grateful for them it's nice point!! Bella and I are so thankful and we'll see him in two weeks expungement!

Thought this place was decent nope they are all about money won't even look at an emergency to give you an estimate. Recommend going to evetts or anywhere else. They would at least see an animal and let us know what we were up against even an animal we found hurt dying no help at all. Ashamed I ever brought my personal animal there I will be looking elsewhere. Want my animals to actually go to people who actually care not just for the money. Would give them a negative number if I could!

We use them for everything: check ups, nail trims, etc. Every time, they've always been so nice and caring. Even with our older dog being cranky, they've always taken him and given him amazing care.

Best place ever for your animals. Had our dog recently pass. The vet place we had went to first would not take her to try and save her and this place took her in no questions asked. And they sent the sweetest card ever in the mail to us. Would recommend to everyone to go to this place. 5 out of 5 for me!
