I had something stuck in my tire and was advised it couldn’t be plugged, so after calling around and going to two other shops, I found these guys had my tire size in stock which typically has to be ordered. Not only was in stock, but they were running a discount tire sale for the week, and I was able to catch the last day of the sale to get an amazing price for the tire and labor. They even tried to see if they could repair my tire without having to replace it when they easily could’ve pushed for a sale. From the moment I called, got to the store and left, I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, the waiting area is very nice, and they got me in and out quickly. I also observed how they interacted with every customer around me and how phone calls were taken. Again, friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable, honest and a professional crew. I would absolutely recommend and will for sure be back to give them my business!

Thank you, so much!!I brought my truck in with a vibration that I had in the steering. I had already taken it to a different shop and they failed miserably, fixing it. Within a couple of hours, they knew the issue AND had it fixed. The whole time they had my truck, they kept constant contact, as well, letting me know everything that was wrong and what they were doing to fix it. I can not say enough about Kevin, Ryan and Steve. They are amazing!

I got a set of tires here, as well as a much needed alignment, and the experience far exceeded other dealers/tire shops. They were pretty busy and still got me out in reasonable time. The customer service was stellar and so was the price.2 I’ll definitely be back when needed and I highly recommend.

So after paying $800 for all new brakes the roters rusted after a couple months. Called up Keith and told him about the situation he told me to bring it in and they will see what they can do. Once I arrived his demeanor changed ( very interesting ) he was not willing to work with me so I asked for the store manager ( Ron ) I showed him the rusty roters he said it's because I drive it in the rain and in puddles of water. I said no I don't and he rudely told me that he find that hard to believe. How are you going to tell me how or where I drive, besides I have multiple vehicles. So basically they don't care once they get your money or at least that's how I was treated for some reason. I will never do business with this establishment again or recommend anyone else to do business with them. I am sure that they could care less. It's just sad how the world is today.

The guys at Tire World La Vergne were so friendly and helpful. Was on vacation- needed flat tire replaced and they got us back on the road quickly. Highly recommend them.

Fairly priced, and kindly people. In the the same price range as Walmart, but better qualified personnel. Will air up your tires for free. Also, rotate tires for free if you bought them there. I'm sure that's to inspect you breaks and sale you replacement pads and rotors if needed. However, no high pressure sales. They will do most any service job except muffler and exhaust work. They have a free do it yourself air pump outside, but it's out of order due to heavy use at the time of this review.

Experience was very average, price was on the upper end of the national averages without the personal touch one would expect when paying the upper end of the national average for brake/roter service. $399 per axel pre-tax, service technicians did a lotta upselling with customer's when I was sitting in the waiting area. Also heard them trash talking Subaru owning customer after they left because the condition they let one of their tires get too before coming in for a service, that's kinda unprofessional in my opinion. The whole experience wasnt good but there was nothing super negative about my experience. I live in the area and will look at other mechanics in the area as I like building long term customer business relationships. If you are not looking for the best deal or the best service this place is pretty average. Which means they don't embody the E (for excellence) in T.I.R.E their business code conduct which hangs on the wall in their waiting room. Also the paper towel dispenser in the mens room was put on the wall at a very high level so it might be difficult for an individual in a wheelchair to reach it.

Five stars for their work and atmosphere, but two stars for their pricing. Routine work is around industry average but any special work ends up being well above. It has a spacious waiting area and their employees give off a clean cut professional vibe, but these things have to be paid for somehow...

SCAMMERS!!!!! Nothing but a horrible experience at the Lavergne, TN location. Fiancé who is a loyal customer to this business (usually Murfreesboro location) took his truck in for an oil change (Lavergne location) and asked if they would check truck out because he was about to take a road trip out of town. Mechanic completed oil change and based off thorough inspection of vehicle, recommended all new tires for $1500 especially since he would be traveling. (Note: Prior to taking truck in for oil change there were no other suspected problems no noises, nothing) with that said, we get out of town and we start to hear a noise coming from rear of truck couldn’t really tell what issue was. Called TireWorld back to ask what might be the issue, truck wasn’t making this noise prior to bringing it in. They say it may be related to oil change and something possibly being loose. Get back in town and take truck back to TireWorld and now there saying “oh by the way you need back brakes and that’ll be $700”…..WTF…brakes were never mentioned not one time during there inspection or in there recommendations. I feel Our safety was neglected. He would have chosen brakes over tires any day if he had to choose. The tires were recommended but not necessarily priority. My fiancé takes pride in his truck and takes care of it as should. If they recommend it he’s getting it done. It makes you question ifTireWorld is all about quantity or quality? They managed to make a $1500 tire sale and now an additional $700 for brakes…#Tiresaleovercustomersafetysmh

Daughter had tires rotated there. They didn't put security lug tool back in car. Couple weeks later, she had flat, in a bad section of Nashville, that we couldn't remove tire. Had to have car towed to a real tire store and have the security lug broken off. I warned her not to go there. I've had problems with them over the years.

We visited Tire World for the first time for an alignment. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. They gave us an estimate on how long the service would take and were done exactly when they said they would be. The inside of the store was clean and the waiting area was well furnished and very relaxing for our short wait. We will definitely be back!

Went to go get my tire plugged and was told the wait would be an hour and a half to 2 hours. I have no problem with the wait time. I have a problem with the guys reasoning. I was told by the gentleman in glasses that "we are prioritizing selling tires over everything else right now." If i come into an establishment for a service, don't tell me what you need done isn't that important to me, but if you actually want to buy a tire, that's different.

First off, Cory was the greatest help and is a huge part of the reason we were able to complete our 12 hr trip in a timely manner. Our 2 tires blew out on our travel trailer, and we only had one spare. Cory and his team got us in immediately, and I mean we showed up ASAP and they got to work. We could not be more appreciative given the unfortunate situation of being no where near home. I’d recommend them any day!

I literally never take my car anywhere but here, and don’t plan to ever take it anywhere else. They have always been so professional, kind, quick, and thorough. Ryan and Keith are usually the guys I deal with, and they’ve never given anything short of 5 star service. Also, you can fill your tires up with air for free, anytime day or night, right out front of the store which has come in handy plenty of times. Highly recommend for any of your car needs!

Don't go on a Sunday. The employees where helpful and communication was awesome. I had work done on my Toyota. I will always trust them to help me. Even test drive it after work was finished. Expensive for my taste.But my vehicle is my priority. So cheap is a no no on replacing an Alternator. Waiting area is clean and friendly.

Totally disappointed... I've been here twice and got excellent service. This time tho? Bad bad. I was told bring my car in Wednesday to look at my AC. On Wednesday was told sorry bring it back Friday and we can get you in and done in one day.Friday passed with no phone call. I calked Saturday and Matt told me sorry it will be done Monday. Nope no call. I calked Tuesday. It will be done by 5. Nope not done. I missed work because no car. Wednesday I finally get my car. $100 over the "out the door" price I was quoted. Then the icing on the cake... My car was full of water. They left my windows down when Hurricane Ida went through. 2 inches of water in my car.So y'all lost a very calm, very patient, no arguments, good paying customer.

I have been a regular customer at this location since 2006. I first found them looking for tires for my old truck. They sold me name brand tires for less than anywhere else I called (and I REALLY called around). Since then, I've used them exclusively for all my vehicle repairs. They have always been friendly and helpful. I have never had any issues with their repairs. Their service is top notch. I brought my boyfriend's truck in. He had been told that he had a bad wheel bearing by another shop. Even after assuming it was bad, they assured me that all the bearings are good. They could've easily charged me for something I didn't need, but they were honest. I love that. It's hard to find honesty, good service, prices and customer service all in one shop. I will continue to be a customer as long as reside in this area. I would (and do) recommend them to everyone!

These guys are amazing! I struggled with a bolt for hours to get tire off to change the valve, they took me in with 30 minutes to close and fixed it quickly, beautiful showroom. You guys got a customer for life. .

These guys are the bomb. I work nights. Took my car In and the first think the young man said to me was " I'll put a fresh pot of coffee on for you" and he did. Then at lunch time another young man offered to get me lunch. Then because my wait time was long( due to no fault of theirs) they gave me a discount off my final bill. How awesome. Will be going back when work is needed. Thanks Guys.

The guys here have 100% taken care of me every single time I've had to take my car or truck here. A little on the high end as far as pricing, but you totally get what you pay for. The staff are all very nice and remember your name, which is pretty cool for such a busy place.
